Took a high school softball team here for their banquet. They had a lot of fun choices as far as jumping, zip line, slides, dodgeball, and basketball. The girls had a whole lot of fun. This place is perfect for all ages. Customer service was great, all of the employees super nice and helpful. The food however, was not the best. The pizza was thin and hard. So if you're looking for a place to go have fun, this is the place for you. But be forewarned do not order the pizza at $25 each, it is awful! read more

WARNING: SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS AT SKY ZONE COVINA I rarely leave negative reviews, but after what I witnessed at Sky Zone Covina on May 9th, I feel parents deserve to be aware of the serious safety concerns and lack of leadership at this location. My daughter and I are members at several trampoline parks due to our involvement in gymnastics, and we have generally had positive experiences elsewhere. When we arrived, we accidentally wore socks from another trampoline park that looked nearly identical to Sky Zone socks. Staff immediately approached us and informed us we needed official Sky Zone socks. That was completely understandable, and we purchased new socks right away without issue. The real concern came shortly afterward. My 6-year-old daughter noticed a teenage boy face down and unresponsive in the foam pit. I called out to him and quickly realized he was not responding and his head was partially buried. I immediately jumped into the foam pit to assist while my elderly father yelled for staff to help and requested someone call 911. What was deeply concerning was the complete lack of urgency from staff and management during what appeared to be a medical emergency. While I struggled alone in the foam pit trying to reposition and support a very large teenager, staff slowly walked over and just stood by. My father repeatedly asked for emergency assistance, yet management appeared more focused on the tone of his concern than the safety of the unconscious guest and took offense when called out on it. Thankfully, the teen eventually regained consciousness, after what seemed to have been a seizure, but the response from management, specifically Teresa, was extremely disappointing. When I later asked for corporate contact information, I was told she "didn't have it." I understand businesses have policies and liability concerns, but basic human compassion and emergency response should never be optional. Parents trust facilities like this with their children's safety, and after this experience, I no longer feel confident bringing my family here. Until Sky Zone Covina improves its emergency response training and leadership standards, I cannot recommend this location. read more

Management kicked out my son and his friends for sitting down in the designated area that another manager told them to sit at. Please for the love of god if you come into contact with melba, pray. Place has been going south for a while this recent trip has just reinstated this fact, if anyone sees this DONT GO! Save yourself the headache!! Managers are close to useless in trying to solve ANY situation, they take 0 accountability, and its well knowns from multiple people use their position at SKYZONE (of all places) to powertrip on anyone they choose to have on their bad side for the day. Very disappointed with how the staff handled the line today. We had already been waiting in line with one group ahead of us and two groups behind us. Then someone from the back walked to the front and said there should be a separate membership line. Instead of organizing it fairly, an employee created a membership line on the spot. My family was the first membership group that had already been waiting in line, and I immediately told the employee that. Unfortunately, we were completely ignored. The two membership groups who had been behind us were allowed to go first, and we ended up being the last member group served. I have no problem if members receive priority. My issue is that once the rules changed, the staff should have preserved the order of the members who had already been waiting. Allowing people who arrived later to move ahead of those who had been waiting longer is unfair and poor customer service. I hope management provides better training so line changes are handled consistently and fairly in the future. read more

We just hosted my son's birthday party at Sky Zone and overall, it was a great experience! The kids had an absolute blast jumping around--it's definitely the perfect spot to burn off some energy. A huge shoutout to our party host, Sadie. She was honestly amazing--super friendly, very communicative, and made sure everything ran smoothly so I didn't have to stress. The only downside was the party room. There didn't seem to be any AC in there, and it got incredibly warm. Since the kids come in already sweating from jumping, it felt a bit stuffy and uncomfortable for them while eating cake. We visited Sky Zone Covina for the first time using Groupon tickets, while our friends are regular visitors. My older child is 12 and had a great time right away. My younger one is 5 and was a little hesitant at first, but once he got comfortable, he ended up having so much fun and kept saying he wants to come back again. There are plenty of activities to keep kids entertained, and it's a great place for them to burn off energy. Another pleasant surprise was the food pricing. We got a pizza and four ICEEs for around $20, which felt very reasonable for an indoor entertainment venue. Overall, we had a great experience and can see why our friends keep coming back. Came in yesterday and today to bring the kids and the experience was amazing. At the front desk I was greeted by Julia and she was able to answer all of our questions. We wanted a 90 minute jump and got to enjoy most of the amenities, from the zip pone to the big slide and a few games of basketball and dodge ball. The restrooms were well kept and smelled clean, I'm usually picky about using public restrooms but these were well stocked and clean. No crazy messes or splashed sinks, everything was in order. The trampoline park itself was well kept and clean, no bottles of water anywhere or crazy stains. I've seen other trampoline parks and I wonder why they'll still open. Parking is very ample and safe as well. We were able to pick up a slushy and the employees were so quick to assist. The waiver was so easy to fill out, she even helped assist with the waiver that kept freezing online. Julia is a true representation of quality customer service without compromise. We did have a small issue with some kiddos that were misbehaving and we brought it to her attention and she was quick to handle the situation. Being so attentive to keep everyone safe is always a priority and she displayed that well. Will keep coming back for sure. read more

my boyfriend's phone fell at the bottom of the foam pit. we were trying to look for it. it was 3 of us in the big area, including a little girl who was throwing the foam balls at my boyfriend's head and the worker (melba, she had dark hair and was on the bigger side) she saw and didn't say anything by the way. anyways, she told him to stop creating a "hazard" and he told her that he lost his phone. she didn't care and didn't even try to find a solution to the problem. she was very disrespectful and unprofessional. my boyfriend explained that he needed his phone and she kept saying no you can't get it?? like what?? melba or whatever her name is, called someone else over i believe her manager. this older lady didn't even say anything, didn't try to help, nothing. they both kept giving us dirty looks. it was very uncomfortable. we were able to find the phone and put everything back how it was. these ladies are unfriendly and you can tell they are miserable. also when i went to the restroom; that worker melba, also used the restroom and didn't wash her hands either until she saw me. im assuming she didn't think anyone was in there. but yeah that's so nasty and unsanitary. read more

Terrible experience for families. I came here with my wife and three kids, hoping to spend my one day off from work jumping with my 5-year-old and 10-year-olds. I pay a monthly membership for this exact privilege and even bought my own jump socks at the counter today. Yet, I was barred from entering the jump zone with my kids the entire time we were there. I'm just a dad trying to spend quality time with my kids, and instead, I was forced to sit on the sidelines after paying to participate. Came here on a Saturday night with my little cousin to try out their glow night. It's 40 bucks which comes with a shirt for her to bounce around in and be easily seen. Glow night is from 8 PM to 11 PM on Saturdays. There was a good amount of kids there. I've been here before during the summer and it's not as packed. I had a very frustrating experience at this Sky Zone. I asked for hot water to warm a baby bottle, and the staff refused. Initially, they claimed it was against their policy. I then requested for the staff to ask the manager and they came back and told me they can only give me room temperature water. This response is concerning because Sky Zone serves food and any facility that does so is required by health codes to have access to hot water for proper handwashing and sanitation. If they don't have hot water, that raises serious hygiene concerns. This location will not accommodate families with young children and left me questioning their food safety practices. If you spend all day here plan accordingly as the staff are not helpful and would prefer to let your baby be hungry. If this is the policy at all sky zones I don't think I will be returning to any of them. read more

My son and I go to the Skyzone in Alhambra and loves it. I was hoping this other location had the same amenities and was found to be quite wrong. The largest issue in this place is the layout. Perhaps to gain more revenue the only seating in the middle of the space is their massage chairs. These massage chairs absolutely did not work, and would let you know they didn't work but beeping extremely loud the entire time. In fact, the noise from 10-15ish chairs beeping off of each other is as relaxing as a sandpaper rubdown with an alchohol rinse. Another issue is this space really didn't have anywhere for families with multiple kids making it hard for mothers to watch one kid play as their strollers blocked most of the space. The one thing that really made this difference than other locations was an absolute lack of any sort of personnel on the floor to ensure kids were being safe. I saw kids sprinting around the place, climbing on things they should not be climbing, and kids in the games near the mechanics. Their business model seems to rely on trapping people into memberships and then pocketing your money if you forget to cancel--even if you haven't set foot there in ages. I explained clearly that I hadn't visited for a long time, and they couldn't have cared less. No empathy, no flexibility, no refund--just a flat refusal while happily keeping every cent they charged. The only thing they offered was to stop charging me after they'd already taken my money. The staff was rude, condescending, and openly dismissive, as if customers are just walking wallets to them. I've been going to this location since I was a kid. Although I do appreciate the effort of them trying to add amenities I feel they are taking out too many trampolines getting rid of the point of skyzone and jumping. This location isn't as big enough to have amenities but nonetheless they added them. There is a lack of personnel at each of the amenities which is very annoying. But I will give it to one of the managers Julian for being very informational and so helpful and kind when buying tickets or passes letting you know of different ways to purchase for what fits your needs. It's still a nice place to take the kids for a while but I don't think the prices should be what they are for what the location offers. Have to give a huge shout out to the Sales Manager, Julian. We showed up 20 minutes early from our scheduled time so we asked if we could just start jumping in 5 mins versus 20. He did a quick switch and got us all set with no issues. We tried this at a different jump spot and they hassled us and rolled their eyes, so not being treated like an inconvenience was a win. He was SO nice and welcoming too. Made the start of our jump great! Everything was clean and well kept, even on a crazy Saturday. There were no available tables and the kids had to literally wait for a long time for the two mere attractions. Why promote the event if there is no staff to supervise the attractions?!? My 3 year old has been attending this location for months. She's very active and very well aware of her physical limitations. She been on every single attraction countless times to be told today that she can't go on half the attractions here. If you have little ones don't bother bringing them. They don't care about their physical limitations. Age is just a number and my little one does not need an age restriction to test her boundaries. My daughter insisted on having her birthday party here this year and it went great! Skyzone reached out to confirm everything a week before which was reassuring. Katharine was our host and was attentive and kept things moving smoothly. My tips if you are having a birthday party here are below in case it helps: - They say 1 pizza feeds 10 kids and it really did. I bought 2 extras to be safe but didn't end up needing them. - I got the mozzarella sticks as an add-on, I'd skip those next time. They were lukewarm and not great (I realize this is a kids jump place and not a restaurant but the kids didn't seem to like them either). -The room was a lot bigger than I expected so I would've brought more decorations if I'd seen it ahead of time. -When they say to arrive 30 minutes early, listen. We arrived 30 minutes early and it took almost that much time to get everyone checked in ready to go. Only recommendation to make it better would be to allow outside food (even if we need to pay a fee to bring outside food and drinks). We had a Pokémon theme and there were so many cute snacks I wanted to make from Pinterest but couldn't bring outside food and drinks except cake/cupcakes. They don't keep kids safe from BULLIES! Regardless of how many times the monitors are told of the same boy hurting other kids hitting them IN the head playing Dodgeball nothing is done. We have an Elite membership and every time we come the same boy is hurting other kids. If you see this kid at Sky Zone Covina.... DO NOT let your kids play in the dodgeball court with him. He purposely aims for and hits other kids in the head, using far too much force. Dodgeball is a ruff game but there is NO reason to allow this boy to continually hit other kids IN THE HEAD. He is here every time we come and we've seen him doing it each time. Staff knows and doesn't do anything, soooo.... I had to scold him myself after he PURPOSELY hit my child (large 10 year old) on his head (the ear), which caused ringing in his ear. There is DEFINITELY something wrong with this child, keep your children away from him... he is an overly aggressive child with serious issues playing with other kids. He probably belongs to one of the staff members so he is allowed to behave poorly. There has been other reviews regarding this same child. I WILL call Covina PD next time this happens and press assault charges if management doesn't address the problem. read more

We had about 35-40 guest total and had 10 pizzas in total which was more than enough because we had plenty of leftovers. Anthonie was our party host, he was really kind, cool, and professional. It's cleaner, bigger, brighter, more food options, more games, more toilet stalls that work, lots of different obstacles to play on; only one is closed right now. Checking in was easy and fairly quick. Randy was very helpful at the food counter. Apologized for the wait times and offered more plates and condiments. Even helpful to my 8 year old who wanted to buy his own pizza all by himself. Food is not epic, but kids ate it and had energy to keep jumping. (Could you guys add French fries to the menu?) It's ok compared to other sky zones. I paid for the membership for the summer but be warned that the "elite membership" only applies to the skyzone you bought it at. I found out the hard way when I went to a different location. I was really annoyed because it's almost 40 dollars a month to only go to one skyzone when there many locations. Also, the one is Azusa is small and most of the attractions are out of order most of the time. Save your money and get a knotts pass (20 a month).. To end on a positive note the a/c works great and my son had fun despite the conditions. Will be finding another membership for him elsewhere. read more
