I would give this place 3 stars overall. The kids still had fun, but there were several things that made the experience disappointing. One issue was the online tickets. The passes we purchased were only valid for 3 months, and there was no reminder before they expired. We bought 6 tickets for the kids, but they got sick and couldn't come in time. When we returned later, we were simply told the tickets had expired. While I understand businesses have policies, a 3-month limit feels too short for families with young children, since schedules and illnesses can easily come up unexpectedly. The staff was polite, but not particularly helpful in trying to find a solution. The facility itself also felt somewhat under-maintained. Cleanliness could definitely be improved, seating is limited for parents, and there's no Wi-Fi available. The required socks are also $5 a pair, and overall the pricing feels more focused on maximizing profit than improving customer comfort and experience. The kids still enjoyed themselves, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of lower. I just hope management considers making the experience more customer-friendly for families. read more

My kids loved it! They had such a good time there. And it was for every one of my kids from my 12-year-old to my four-year-old. they had a blast. I would love to go there again and let my kids get all their energy out. There was a coupon online that I could have used, but the person at the desk was really nice and she said that I could use that coupon if I wanted to, but there was a better deal since it was a Tuesday and I can get my kids in there for longer because it would be the same price just double the time. We've enjoyed so many birthday parties here, so much that my son had his birthday party here as well! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process of booking the party, answering all our questions, and in setting up and cleaning up after the party. The 30 kids/jumpers enjoyed the play area, and the parents/guests enjoyed the open party area - we had so much room to move around for our party of about 80 people! Domino's Pizza and soft drinks were part of the party package, and we were able to bring outside food, drinks and cake. Took 1 star off for the bathroom, which was pretty dirty. They should clean the restrooms more often, and check to ensure soap and towels are refilled. Highly recommend this place for a fun party! read more

We have been there many times and today we went with my son and our one year old. From entering the two girls up front were very rude. We paid for our son and then one of girl had a huge problem that we didn't pay for the one year old bc she can't jump. So we went in and my son went along playing. One of the girls made it her business to watch us the whole time being there and the moment my little one year old steps foot on the trampoline they came over embarrassing us infront of people saying that we will be asked to leave if we don't pay for her to be on the trampoline. I explained she can't jump she too small why would I pay for her. She did not let it go she went over a second time to tell us that my baby can't be there. This is a trampoline place with party rooms in 2 hour intervals. It comes with some basic set up and pizza (totally not enough so make sure you plan your own food accordingly). The down side about this... it's quite dangerous for kids as proctors are limited in cramp areas. I would highly suggest you watch your kid like a hawk just in case larger kids don't listen and start doing dangerous things. There's no real age, height or weight limit, so anyone can be jumping. Get Air Pomona is a cool idea for kids to jump around on trampolines and burn off all that extra energy. This was my first time coming here and the birthday party was actually at night time. Food was ordered by one of the parents and we got Domino's pizza and some vegetable platters plus cakes and desserts. The kids all seemed to have a lot of fun with their friends. What I'm astonished by is the bathrooms. It looked like it had never been cleaned and almost like a bathroom that was in a third-world country. It's run by a bunch of kids, which is not out of the ordinary but when it comes to problem-solving, they literally have an 18 year-old that's there to try to help you out which can be very combative or unhelpful. at times a lot of the spring seems to be worn down, kind of dirty inside way too many people here on any given day.... Nice large open area for the party though they do have private rooms too - opted for open just for the visual of being able to see all the kids. Got the pizza party package for 2 hours - it came with 6 pizzas but we were allowed to customize the package. Had about 25 kids and 25 adults. At first didn't think 2 hours was enough but it was. Horrible, drove 25 minutes to Get Air in Pomona. Arrived with three children, (6,5,4), ready for some fun. Only to be told it was closed due to a "private party" between 5:00pm-10:00pm. No prior notifications via text/email of closure. When I asked if my children can use the bathroom before leaving, I was told NO! It would be appropriate for Get Air to notify its customers with prepaid memberships of any closures. It would save time, fuel, and heartbreak for children. The parking lot was filled with garbage and people smoking left and right. The attractions are fun. This evening, my friend and I went to the Get Air trampoline in Pomona with our kids. There were a lot of people at several parties. We bought three-hour tickets and thought we could let the kids have enough fun, but we encountered what I thought was discrimination. The cause was that my friend's child was playing ball with a Hispanic girl, and the Hispanic girl hit my friend's child in the face three times with the ball. After that, my friend's child also threw the ball at her, the Hispanic girl then came up and pulled my friend's child, scratched his face, and in desperation, my friend's child also hit her. There were witnesses throughout the incident, and someone immediately pulled them apart to stop them from continuing. After that, the child immediately came to the rest area to find us and explain the facts to us. The Hispanic girl's father had found a girl named Leanne Lopez at the front desk of the venue. This staff member was very aggressive with totally attack attitude. Before we knew what happened, she immediately found us and asked the child's name and birthday and said she would ban him permanently. We were confused after hearing this. She kept talking for about two minutes. We wanted to explain what happened, but she interrupted us and said that if we didn't give the name of the child, she would check the surveillance and check the names of all the people who came and ban us all. First, we understand that the staff had to respond in an emergency, but I don't think you can assume that it was our problem without investigation. Just because the friend's child is a boy, does it mean that he was the first to hit? Second, we didn't want to cover up our children, and we also admitted that the child did hit him, but she didn't give the child any chance to explain. Did she think we couldn't explain it clearly? Third, I asked her clearly whether the other Hispanic girl would be banned. She said that she would do a follow-up investigation, but now she had to ban us and asked us to provide identity information first. I said since you can check the surveillance, why don't you take a look at what happened first, but I was rejected. After that, I made it clear that we were discriminated against. Leanne Lopez walked away and handed the rest to another staff member and never returned. I asked the staff to find the manager, and he said the manager was not there. Of course, we have no right to watch the video. I asked how to complain and he said that we can only do a review through Google. It was nothing but a painless experience, and I was watched as I left. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and I think the child should admit his mistakes, but you neither stood in a neutral position to mediate properly, nor gave both parties a fair opportunity to state the facts, let alone call both parties together to properly resolve the issue. From beginning to end, there was only naked neglect and bias. I can hardly imagine how Chinese parents who are not good at speaking the language would be treated. Went to a child's birthday party. Signs posted at the entrance saying "Restrooms are out of Service but we have Port-a-potties available". Seriously?! We had over 20 people coming and nothing was mentioned when the reservations were made. The 2 port-a-potties were located directly by the check in counter. For a party costing over $350, lasting under 2 hours, management should have reached out or at least offered a discount at check in. Bring your own water. Bottled water here is $3 per bottle. I went to get air with my family it was our first time and it was disappointing. The facility was dirty and had vomit on the floor from kids. It also had leaks throughout resulting in buckets balancing on trampolines. The kids and teens would kick the buckets over and throw them around causing water to get everywhere. They were also throwing dirty wet rags getting others around them wet. We asked a group of teenagers to be careful but they were making fun of us all, yelling and pointing at us. Not to mention half of the activity areas didn't have foam blocks so you couldn't even use half of the areas they had kids were taking them out and throwing them everywhere. There were no attendants watching over the area so everyone was out of control. A couple of my family members went to notify the girls at the desk one of them being a lead and they were not helpful & rude. It resulted to us leaving early. It was fun until it wasn't I would go to a different location or a different company. Bleh. I saw a grand total of two employees running the entire joint. This is a trampoline park, so I see some safety concerns with this. No one was supervising and redirecting patrons from unsafe behavior on the various trampolines, foam pits and obstacle courses. Since this venue is open to the public, people from various walks of life are visiting looking to have a good time. Unfortunately, not everyone is on the same page on what constitutes a good time. A major concern I noticed is when the kids I had in my party of 6, ages 8-15 wanted to dodgeball in their designated dodgeball area, they had difficulty finding balls to play with. The reason is because many of the visitors had removed the balls and had them all around the trampoline park. When I alerted the front desk, they brought over about three or four balls after about a half hour.... Sigh. Once the balls were in play, at least two or three sets of parents just let their small children, around age two saunter on into the dodgeball arena where older kids were playing pretty aggressively. Other children were going in and out making game play very difficult. My biggest concern was the safety of the toddlers that were mostly unattended or had parents that had little to no situational awareness.... Another major safety issue was the three foam pits. Again, not monitored. Children were jumping into the pits without being mindful of who they may be jumping on top of. I had one kid in my party get injured in this area because of some unsafe behavior. I was doing my best to monitor, but with five, it was a lot. There were two areas with obstacle courses. One section was closed due to the equipment being broken. They did not make it clear as to whether it was part of the section that was closed or the entire section. As such, children were still going in and out of the area. I myself attempted the balance beam, and had a kid come up quickly behind me and startle me causing me to fall. Hard. Now I am left with a major bruise covering my entire thigh. The restrooms were not only disgusting, they were not stocked with soap. Gross. The safety pieces covering the springs on the trampolines was falling off in many places. To add to the run down esthetics they seemed to be striving for, I random pieces of gum pressed into parts of the trampolines. Barf. To add icing to the cake, we bought the two hour passes and off course I needed to get my money's worth. It was exhausting to try to keep staying inventive in order to keep the kids occupied.
