I would give this place 3 stars overall. The kids still had fun, but there were several things that made the experience disappointing. One issue was the online tickets. The passes we purchased were only valid for 3 months, and there was no reminder before they expired. We bought 6 tickets for the kids, but they got sick and couldn't come in time. When we returned later, we were simply told the tickets had expired. While I understand businesses have policies, a 3-month limit feels too short for families with young children, since schedules and illnesses can easily come up unexpectedly. The staff was polite, but not particularly helpful in trying to find a solution. The facility itself also felt somewhat under-maintained. Cleanliness could definitely be improved, seating is limited for parents, and there's no Wi-Fi available. The required socks are also $5 a pair, and overall the pricing feels more focused on maximizing profit than improving customer comfort and experience. The kids still enjoyed themselves, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of lower. I just hope management considers making the experience more customer-friendly for families. read more

We've enjoyed so many birthday parties here, so much that my son had his birthday party here as well! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process of booking the party, answering all our questions, and in setting up and cleaning up after the party. The 30 kids/jumpers enjoyed the play area, and the parents/guests enjoyed the open party area - we had so much room to move around for our party of about 80 people! Domino's Pizza and soft drinks were part of the party package, and we were able to bring outside food, drinks and cake. Took 1 star off for the bathroom, which was pretty dirty. They should clean the restrooms more often, and check to ensure soap and towels are refilled. Highly recommend this place for a fun party! read more

Needs some repairs and cleaning. Lots of rips and duct tape action going on here. Definitely burn your socks after visiting. You get what you pay for. read more

We have been there many times and today we went with my son and our one year old. From entering the two girls up front were very rude. We paid for our son and then one of girl had a huge problem that we didn't pay for the one year old bc she can't jump. So we went in and my son went along playing. One of the girls made it her business to watch us the whole time being there and the moment my little one year old steps foot on the trampoline they came over embarrassing us infront of people saying that we will be asked to leave if we don't pay for her to be on the trampoline. I explained she can't jump she too small why would I pay for her. She did not let it go she went over a second time to tell us that my baby can't be there. We've been there so many times never had a problem but that's the last going to that dump read more

My kids loved it! They had such a good time there. And it was for every one of my kids from my 12-year-old to my four-year-old. they had a blast. I would love to go there again and let my kids get all their energy out. There was a coupon online that I could have used, but the person at the desk was really nice and she said that I could use that coupon if I wanted to, but there was a better deal since it was a Tuesday and I can get my kids in there for longer because it would be the same price just double the time. I appreciated that level of customer service. read more

Overpriced, dirty, smells awful upon walking in. Restrooms are disgusting, not clean no toilet paper nor is it maintained. I was overcharged and told I'd receive a refund in two business days for being over charged 20$. Bring your own drinks and food or eat before because no food or snack bar only overpriced vending machines. Under staffed. I was told I could use the online discount in person and employee did not honor it. Unhappy employees, if you're going to be so rude maybe you shouldn't be employed or find something else. Seemed like a lot of open jumping space but definitely not for the toddlers unless toddler time. Save your money, I was charged 75$ for two children to jump 1 hour! That's crazy never again! read more

Great place for a party! Good pricing. The one thing I didn't like were the dirty & old ripped blocks. It was kind of nasty . The manager/owner should replace that asap. But other than that, if you are not so picky lol is good. read more

This is a trampoline place with party rooms in 2 hour intervals. It comes with some basic set up and pizza (totally not enough so make sure you plan your own food accordingly). The down side about this... it's quite dangerous for kids as proctors are limited in cramp areas. I would highly suggest you watch your kid like a hawk just in case larger kids don't listen and start doing dangerous things. There's no real age, height or weight limit, so anyone can be jumping. Plenty of parking but just a little bland with green walls. read more

I had the absolute best experience working with Jasmine at Get Air Trampoline Park while planning my daughter's 3rd birthday party. I was feeling very overwhelmed with all the details, but Jasmine completely put my mind at ease from the start. She was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Her customer service was truly excellent & made sure to answered all my questions, made the entire process simple, and made me feel confident that everything would turn out great. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares, and Jasmine definitely does. Because of our wonderful experience, I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to host a kids' birthday party to have it there. It was smooth, stress-free, and such a positive experience for our family! read more

Get Air Pomona is a cool idea for kids to jump around on trampolines and burn off all that extra energy. This was my first time coming here and the birthday party was actually at night time. Food was ordered by one of the parents and we got Domino's pizza and some vegetable platters plus cakes and desserts. The kids all seemed to have a lot of fun with their friends. What I'm astonished by is the bathrooms. It looked like it had never been cleaned and almost like a bathroom that was in a third-world country. We are in America and there should be somewhat what a standard for cleanliness, especially in a bathroom that children and kids will be using frequently. There was no soap in the dispensers and the toilet paper was littered all over the stalls. The only good thing about it is the kids were still having a good time jumping around and playing with each other. read more

Had a birthday party here. The pricing is a great value compared to other places. I like that the place is big and wide open. There aren't other add-on activities to distract them and cost me more money. There's no arcade for the kids see and constantly bug me to play. The staff are all very nice. Amy was very attentive and helpful. My daughter was accidentally hit by a bigger kid, a small Injury but she was crying. Amy saw and brought over an ice pack and noted the details in case it was something serious. read more

It's great for the kids aside from the ant invasion all over the trampoline park! On the floor, walls, run up ramps. Freaked the kids out.

Overall, not a bad location for your kids to run wild. However, the bathrooms need a total remodel. The sinks don't work, the soap dispensers are broken. There was TOILET paper to dry your hands. Be so for real right now. It was probably the worse thing. I was grossed out. They stunk pretty bad Also, there is absolutely no supervision with staff. There is just madness so make sure you're keeping tabs on your Littles. read more

It's run by a bunch of kids, which is not out of the ordinary but when it comes to problem-solving, they literally have an 18 year-old that's there to try to help you out which can be very combative or unhelpful. at times a lot of the spring seems to be worn down, kind of dirty inside way too many people here on any given day.... Restrooms are always disastrous. I see kids running in there with their socks and there's piss on the floor and then they go right back to jumping so I would say there's nothing sanitary about that but whatever it is what it is you pay for what you get. read more

Had a birthday party here. Staff was really helpful and accommodating. Nice large open area for the party though they do have private rooms too - opted for open just for the visual of being able to see all the kids. Got the pizza party package for 2 hours - it came with 6 pizzas but we were allowed to customize the package. Had about 25 kids and 25 adults. At first didn't think 2 hours was enough but it was. Staff checked on us often - brought extra plates, napkins, utensils and an extra table. Price was great. Highly recommend! read more

Easy check in. Bought tickets online for discounts applied. This place was exseptionally clean and well maintained. They even added those silky-cloth roll-down acrobatic swings which was a favorite of my granddaughters. Will keep returning as long as there open. 10 out of 10 stars. read more

There no workers watching over stuff. They only have help in the front and kids mistreat it . The obstacles are not as cool as sky zone but it's pretty much the same price for the same product but less nice. Kids don't know the difference until about age 10. So I'd say 10 and under is great read more

Monica and Amy helped me a lot during my trip at get air. When I had a birthday party she was super respectful with us and with the kids.

Horrible, drove 25 minutes to Get Air in Pomona. Arrived with three children, (6,5,4), ready for some fun. Only to be told it was closed due to a "private party" between 5:00pm-10:00pm. No prior notifications via text/email of closure. When I asked if my children can use the bathroom before leaving, I was told NO! It would be appropriate for Get Air to notify its customers with prepaid memberships of any closures. It would save time, fuel, and heartbreak for children. I called GetAir corporate office and made suggestions but the representative didn't seem to care! read more

Glow night is fun and affordable compared to other places. The air is blasting which is great when you're running around. The area I wasn't so impressed with. The parking lot was filled with garbage and people smoking left and right. The attractions are fun. I was shocked to find out that the "Guest Wifi" is connected to their computers/registers as I was told when I asked for the password. You would think they would offer free wifi to keep the adults happy while the kiddos bounce around. Very poor customer service. I experienced a robbery along with two other young boys at this place on Thursday, July 18th at this specific location in Pomona. Get Air - Trampoline Parks Near Me - Pomona, California

This evening, my friend and I went to the Get Air trampoline in Pomona with our kids. There were a lot of people at several parties. We bought three-hour tickets and thought we could let the kids have enough fun, but we encountered what I thought was discrimination. The cause was that my friend's child was playing ball with a Hispanic girl, and the Hispanic girl hit my friend's child in the face three times with the ball. After that, my friend's child also threw the ball at her, the Hispanic girl then came up and pulled my friend's child, scratched his face, and in desperation, my friend's child also hit her. There were witnesses throughout the incident, and someone immediately pulled them apart to stop them from continuing. After that, the child immediately came to the rest area to find us and explain the facts to us. The Hispanic girl's father had found a girl named Leanne Lopez at the front desk of the venue. This staff member was very aggressive with totally attack attitude. Before we knew what happened, she immediately found us and asked the child's name and birthday and said she would ban him permanently. We were confused after hearing this. She kept talking for about two minutes. We wanted to explain what happened, but she interrupted us and said that if we didn't give the name of the child, she would check the surveillance and check the names of all the people who came and ban us all. First, we understand that the staff had to respond in an emergency, but I don't think you can assume that it was our problem without investigation. Just because the friend's child is a boy, does it mean that he was the first to hit? Second, we didn't want to cover up our children, and we also admitted that the child did hit him, but she didn't give the child any chance to explain. Did she think we couldn't explain it clearly? Third, I asked her clearly whether the other Hispanic girl would be banned. She said that she would do a follow-up investigation, but now she had to ban us and asked us to provide identity information first. I said since you can check the surveillance, why don't you take a look at what happened first, but I was rejected. After that, I made it clear that we were discriminated against. Leanne Lopez walked away and handed the rest to another staff member and never returned. I asked the staff to find the manager, and he said the manager was not there. Of course, we have no right to watch the video. I asked how to complain and he said that we can only do a review through Google. It was nothing but a painless experience, and I was watched as I left. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and I think the child should admit his mistakes, but you neither stood in a neutral position to mediate properly, nor gave both parties a fair opportunity to state the facts, let alone call both parties together to properly resolve the issue. From beginning to end, there was only naked neglect and bias. I can hardly imagine how Chinese parents who are not good at speaking the language would be treated. I hope everyone can speak up for themselves when appropriate and not suffer from injustice. read more

Prices are reasonable but the facilities need some work (maintenance and cleanliness). My kid has been here twice for parties and has enjoyed it. I've passed by this place off the 60 Pomona freeway a zillion times and never knew there was an indoor playground until my daughter got invited here for a play date with her friends. First of all, this place sits inside a dead empty plaza, therefore you will have 0 issues with finding a place to park, however and I will bring my kids back for the following reason: (1) They required you to complete a safety consent form prior to playing, which is fine. However I spent 20 minutes completing the form online the night prior for 3 kids to be told when I got there they couldn't locate the form in the system. When I told them I would fill it out again, the girl at the front just told me "It's okay." and allowed us in. Then what's the whole point of having this policy in place if it didn't matter if they need it on file or not? (2) They advertised the place as having a play area for smaller children but when I got there, kids from toddlers to 50 year olds were jumping all over the place. I don't see a specific area for smaller children which is really unsafe because my daughter (who is 5) almost got slammed into twice by an much older adult (who appeared to be at 180 pounds) while HE was jumping around. (3) They give you colored coded wrist bands that are provided to you according to the hour(s) of play time purchased but I honestly do not see anyone actually checking. In fact, I saw some parents dropping off their kids and entering through the EXIT without paying. Another red flag as ANY ONE can enter or exit WITH your children at ANY time without checking an ID. (4) They have vending machines for ice cream with an "out of order" sign but you can actually purchase Costco (Kirkland) brand ice cream cone or sandwiches for about $4 EACH. Yep.... Will I come here again? Maybe not. If you do decide to bring your children, make sure to check the online deals as it is MUCH cheaper to purchase tickets online than to buy the day of. read more

Bleh. I saw a grand total of two employees running the entire joint. This is a trampoline park, so I see some safety concerns with this. No one was supervising and redirecting patrons from unsafe behavior on the various trampolines, foam pits and obstacle courses. Since this venue is open to the public, people from various walks of life are visiting looking to have a good time. Unfortunately, not everyone is on the same page on what constitutes a good time. A major concern I noticed is when the kids I had in my party of 6, ages 8-15 wanted to dodgeball in their designated dodgeball area, they had difficulty finding balls to play with. The reason is because many of the visitors had removed the balls and had them all around the trampoline park. When I alerted the front desk, they brought over about three or four balls after about a half hour.... Sigh. Once the balls were in play, at least two or three sets of parents just let their small children, around age two saunter on into the dodgeball arena where older kids were playing pretty aggressively. Other children were going in and out making game play very difficult. My biggest concern was the safety of the toddlers that were mostly unattended or had parents that had little to no situational awareness.... Another major safety issue was the three foam pits. Again, not monitored. Children were jumping into the pits without being mindful of who they may be jumping on top of. I had one kid in my party get injured in this area because of some unsafe behavior. I was doing my best to monitor, but with five, it was a lot. There were two areas with obstacle courses. One section was closed due to the equipment being broken. They did not make it clear as to whether it was part of the section that was closed or the entire section. As such, children were still going in and out of the area. I myself attempted the balance beam, and had a kid come up quickly behind me and startle me causing me to fall. Hard. Now I am left with a major bruise covering my entire thigh. The restrooms were not only disgusting, they were not stocked with soap. Gross. The safety pieces covering the springs on the trampolines was falling off in many places. To add to the run down esthetics they seemed to be striving for, I random pieces of gum pressed into parts of the trampolines. Barf. To add icing to the cake, we bought the two hour passes and off course I needed to get my money's worth. It was exhausting to try to keep staying inventive in order to keep the kids occupied. I will not be returning. read more

Went to a child's birthday party. Signs posted at the entrance saying "Restrooms are out of Service but we have Port-a-potties available". Seriously?! We had over 20 people coming and nothing was mentioned when the reservations were made. The 2 port-a-potties were located directly by the check in counter. For a party costing over $350, lasting under 2 hours, management should have reached out or at least offered a discount at check in. Bring your own water. Bottled water here is $3 per bottle. The pizza is delivered from Domino's. Pay the extra $50 charge and bring your own food. read more
