    So dirty

Just filthy. When was this place last cleaned??? Is there a cleaning log??? The health department will be notified about the cleanliness. Good place for kids, good music. Get a cleaning crew

Fun with old dirty ripped blocks

Great place for a party! Good pricing. The one thing I didn't like were the dirty & old ripped blocks. It was kind of nasty . The manager/owner should replace that asap. But other than that, if you are not so picky lol is good.

Had a birthday party here. The pricing is a great value compared to other places. I like that the place is big and wide open. There aren't other add-on activities to distract them and cost me more money. There's no arcade for the kids see and constantly bug me to play. The staff are all very nice. Amy was very attentive and helpful. My daughter was accidentally hit by a bigger kid, a small Injury but she was crying. Amy saw and brought over an ice pack and noted the details in case it was something serious.

Get Air Pomona is a cool idea for kids to jump around on trampolines and burn off all that extra energy. This was my first time coming here and the birthday party was actually at night time. Food was ordered by one of the parents and we got Domino's pizza and some vegetable platters plus cakes and desserts. The kids all seemed to have a lot of fun with their friends. What I'm astonished by is the bathrooms. It looked like it had never been cleaned and almost like a bathroom that was in a third-world country. We are in America and there should be somewhat what a standard for cleanliness, especially in a bathroom that children and kids will be using frequently. There was no soap in the dispensers and the toilet paper was littered all over the stalls. The only good thing about it is the kids were still having a good time jumping around and playing with each other.

It's great for the kids aside from the ant invasion all over the trampoline park! On the floor, walls, run up ramps. Freaked the kids out.

I appreciated how everything was setup before we arrived, and he would come back to check on us regularly. The party area we had was spacious and there was plenty of room for the kids and adults. The facility is great with a wide variety of different things to do; basketball, dodgeball, trampoline areas, slides and an arcade. We had a wide variety of ages at our party between 5 - 16 and all the kids had fun. The other staff throughout the facility seemed very nice and friendly, amd the place was clean. I highly recommend this place.

Save your money or go toSky Zone or Kids Empire in Covina…read more The facility itself is nice, but the experience was disappointing and not because it appears to be severely understaffed. ?During our visit, there were very few employees visible, and no one seemed to be actively monitoring the trampolines or helping ensure guests were using the equipment safely.) We were also excited to try one of the interactive games, but there were no balls available. After finally tracking down an employee to ask, we were simply told, "There aren't any." It's frustrating when an advertised attraction can't even be used because the necessary equipment isn't available. Most of the employees appeared to be minors, which left me wondering who would respond if someone were seriously injured. Having adult supervisors visibly present would make families feel much more confident about safety. The park has potential, but it really needs better staffing, more visible supervision, and basic maintenance of its attractions. I hope management addresses these issues because they have a nice facility that could offer a much better experience.

WARNING: SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS AT SKY ZONE COVINA…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but after what I witnessed at Sky Zone Covina on May 9th, I feel parents deserve to be aware of the serious safety concerns and lack of leadership at this location. My daughter and I are members at several trampoline parks due to our involvement in gymnastics, and we have generally had positive experiences elsewhere. When we arrived, we accidentally wore socks from another trampoline park that looked nearly identical to Sky Zone socks. Staff immediately approached us and informed us we needed official Sky Zone socks. That was completely understandable, and we purchased new socks right away without issue. The real concern came shortly afterward. My 6-year-old daughter noticed a teenage boy face down and unresponsive in the foam pit. I called out to him and quickly realized he was not responding and his head was partially buried. I immediately jumped into the foam pit to assist while my elderly father yelled for staff to help and requested someone call 911. What was deeply concerning was the complete lack of urgency from staff and management during what appeared to be a medical emergency. While I struggled alone in the foam pit trying to reposition and support a very large teenager, staff slowly walked over and just stood by. My father repeatedly asked for emergency assistance, yet management appeared more focused on the tone of his concern than the safety of the unconscious guest and took offense when called out on it. Thankfully, the teen eventually regained consciousness, after what seemed to have been a seizure, but the response from management, specifically Teresa, was extremely disappointing. When I later asked for corporate contact information, I was told she "didn't have it." I understand businesses have policies and liability concerns, but basic human compassion and emergency response should never be optional. Parents trust facilities like this with their children's safety, and after this experience, I no longer feel confident bringing my family here. Until Sky Zone Covina improves its emergency response training and leadership standards, I cannot recommend this location.

The little foam blocks were really dirty and I couldn't wait to shower afterwards. I went into the foam pits with my baby brother and I couldn't help but feel really dirty being surrounded by it. The foam blocks need a major refresh or replacement ASAP! The cost to jump seems a little steep, especially if you don't own the grip socks that are mandatory for entering the trampoline areas. I do think that the unlimited jump membership with is worth it because my little brother goes about 1-3 times a week, so he's def getting his money's worth.

At the bottom of the toddler slides there are these colorful soft blocks in a dark area underneath the obstacle course for kids to climb around. At the start/end of the area, there's a large orange block that's high up and it's placed under the LOWEST part of the ceiling with large metal screws. You have to go through it to get in and out and you have to crawl or worm your way through. My toddler hit his head pretty hard on that ceiling getting out of it, twice. And I saw a few other kids do the same. They need to replace it with a shorter block or take it out completely. Toddlers dont really have the concept of low ceilings + high blocks = crawling/worming your way through until they hit their heads a few times. As for the bigger playground, I tried to keep my toddler away but he got so excited seeing all the kids in there and went running. They have these big holes placed in the ground on every level near obstacle courses. If you're not paying attention, you can easily fall through. Which is what happened. My toddler fell through the first hole climbing up and I twisted my ankle on a different hole. So I'd be very very careful around the man holes placed randomly on ever level. Don't get me wrong, it's awesome for an active kid. But they have to be really careful.
