Abusive coach
Mo O.

This coach is such a problem. He speaks to the boys with such disrespect. He yells and he tells them things like "your going to get hurt! I don't care it's not my body" "That's why you get such bad scores because you keep stepping back" " what are you stupid" The abuse the boys get from him is unreal but most parents are looking at their iPads or they just drop off the kids and have no clue what's going on

It does get pretty hot inside, but there are fans throughout the gym. My only complaint is that there isn't seating inside for parents, so it can be a little hard to watch her class through the window from the waiting area. Overall, we've had a great experience and my daughter really enjoys her classes!

I am writing this negative review about Winners Gymnastics with an extreme heavy heart. First, I…read moremust say that my 5 year old daughter loves gymnastics and we thought Winners Gymnastics was the place that would allow for her to grow and excel, not only in just recreation, but competition gymnastics. Tonight all 9 parents of Level 2 completion team were delivered a shocking ultimatum that left 90% percent of the team without a gym. I'll start by saying that earlier in the Summer, parents noticed that the Level 2 competition team was falling considerably behind in their competition routines. When parents brought this concern to the owner, Eva, she assured the parents they were not behind although they were supposed to have learned their comp routine during the summer, which added an extra 3 hours a week for an additional $25 dollars. This would take the 9 weekly hours in the summer at a rate of $390 to 12 hours at a rate on $415. The problem is that the team did not learn any of the routine during the summer and the team went back to 9 hours a week after the summer. The girls never used the extra hour to work on their competition routine as well as inconsistent coaches within the week, thereby creating more of a setback for the girls for their upcoming competition. As we headed into Fall, owner Eva further suggested to bombard the girls with 3 additional hours a week for $475, adding an additional $85 to the base Fall rate of $390. The major concern all parents had with this suggestion was having the girls practice late into the night at the gym would certainly affect school performance. As a result, parents again settled for one additional hour per week for the Fall as opposed to 3 additional hours. However, owner Eva still charged the parents $475 for the 1 extra hour a week. So the question became, "How do you quote the price for 3 extra hours as $475 and the price for one extra hour as $475?"This makes no financial sense. And since, parents gave pushback for this nonsensical pricing change, owner Eva decided that today would be the Climax day to make a unilateral decision to dissolve the Level 2 competition team and give parents an ultimatum to 1. demote from the Level 2 competition team to a recreation team, or 2. Leave the Winner's Gym and find another Gymnastics home at another gym. Wow. Who gives parents just a few hours for such a massive decision like this??? Parents were not only shocked by this rash and impulsive decision, but many were left wondering how owner Eva could dissolve the Level 2 competition team 2 months before competition. First, my personal thought is not only is this type of business operation model unprofessional, but also without regard for the students and parents. Secondly, hasty decisions like canceling an entire competition team mid season causes a major disruption and disappointment because the girls have worked really hard on the routines thus far and it separates the team camaraderie and relationships that the girls have built amongst each other. Lastly, the price gauging for additional clinics and added training hours was frequently unpredictable and irregular, which in turn affects family household budgets. Needless to say, that due to the pressure that parents faced in making an immediate decision of the aforementioned ultimatums, 6 of 9 parents decide to terminate their association with Winner Gymnastics. Similarly, since the Level 2 competition coach was blindsided by the actions of owner Eva, the Coach actively quit employment on the spot which is so telling of a larger more cancerous problem with the Winners Organization. My overall sentiment regarding the operations of Winner Gymnastics is that they truly don't care about its students, but more so their reputation and the relentless money grab. I'm writing this to simply share my experience and encourage any further patrons to proceed with caution because your child will not be a "winner". Sincerely, Concerned & Disappointed Parent

During 2026, we never saw her…read moreuse the bars even once, and over the last couple of seasons I don't remember seeing the Level 1 class use the balance beam either. Each season is around seven weeks and is paid for in advance, so as parents we kept hoping the next session would involve more actual gymnastics. Instead, a large portion of the classes consisted of conditioning exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, planks, carrying mats, and other workouts. After finishing the exercises, they might work on a gymnastics skill, but most of what we saw was basic skills such as cartwheels. While one student was being taught the skill, the other students would often be doing another workout or conditioning drill. Classes would frequently finish with more conditioning as well. I completely understand that strength and conditioning are important in gymnastics, but after watching this continue for roughly six months, it felt like conditioning was the main focus rather than gymnastics. In my opinion, conditioning should be a smaller part of the class, with the majority of the paid class time spent practicing gymnastics skills and using the equipment. I'm mainly writing this for parents considering Level 1. If you are expecting to regularly watch your child practice bars, beam, and other gymnastics skills, our experience was very different. Unfortunately, a lot of the time we were watching our daughter do push-ups and conditioning exercises rather than use the gymnastics equipment.

My daughter was in a beginner class and had never taken gymnastics before. The girl told her to do whatever on the bar. My daughter asked for help. She commented back that she knew how to do it and that my daughter just wanted her to babysit her. Again, my daughter had zero experience with gymnastics. She was upset and cried in the car. I didn't even get an apology at the desk when I said my daughter would not be coming back. Since then we have found an amazing place in Fontana on Cherry!!!

What an amazing experience at Era Gymnastics…read more My daughter has been attending Era Gymnastics for just a couple of weeks now, and I honestly couldn't be happier with our experience! From day one, what really stood out to me was the attention to detail, the level of care the kids receive, and how welcoming and positive the entire atmosphere is. You can tell the staff genuinely enjoys working with children and helping them learn and develop their skills. My daughter absolutely loves coming here! After a full day of school, it's the perfect place for her to stay active, burn off some energy, build confidence, and learn something new. She looks forward to every class, and as a parent, there's nothing better than seeing your child excited about an activity. A special shout-out to Kelsey and Amber! Since the moment I met them, they've been nothing but professional, friendly, and incredibly welcoming to my family. That kind of customer service and genuine care makes a huge difference. We originally signed our daughter up for just one class a week, but after seeing how much she enjoys it and how positive the experience has been, we decided to increase it to two classes a week! If you're a parent looking for a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment where your child can learn the fundamentals of gymnastics, develop new skills, and have fun doing it, I highly recommend Era Gymnastics. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a great environment. We're excited to continue watching our daughter grow here!

When enrolling my…read moredaughter, I was under the impression that I was paying for a single class, as that was how the receptionist communicated it to me. I was not made to feel that the ongoing billing policy and cancellation requirements were clearly explained at the time of enrollment. When I noticed the charges and reached out to address the situation, I was met with repeated responses emphasizing the online agreement I had signed rather than a genuine effort to understand my concerns regarding the lack of communication during enrollment. I understand that businesses have policies in place, and I respect that they need to reserve spots for enrolled students. However, I believe it is equally important for staff to clearly communicate recurring payments and cancellation policies upfront so parents can make informed decisions before providing payment information. What made this experience even more frustrating was having to go back and forth through multiple emails without feeling that my original concern was being acknowledged. Instead of feeling supported as a parent, I felt that the focus was solely on enforcing the policy. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to the program. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication during the enrollment process so other families do not experience the same frustration. I am sharing my experience honestly so other parents can be aware of the importance of confirming all billing terms before enrolling their children.
