Wonderful gym- where coaches care about the athletes and skills are learned correctly.

My husband and I have taken my daughter here for some time now and we absolutely love it. Marta in the front is so helpful! Most of the coaches are awesome ( We have noticed a new coach recently and you can tell she doesn't want to be there but other than her the rest are amazing) One coach who stood out to us the most is Coach Amanda! She is always looking out for the kids making sure they're safe and their form is right. She builds good relationships with the kids which I believe allows children to perform the best knowing they can trust their coach but she always pushes her kids to be their best. Unfortunately she doesn't coach a class for my daughter's level but sometimes we catch ourselves watching her coach her class (oops!) We truly enjoy this place and look forward to coming every week thank you to the amazing staff! read more

We've had such an incredible experience at Gymnastics Pacifica since our daughter started 5ish months ago! I had a great time here although I don't go here anymore it was the best gym I've been to.The coaches were really nice and helpful.

This Gymnastics school has made me feel discrimated! I was so excited to finally find a gymnastics school that is open on weekends but the instructor literally is ignoring my daughter! My daughter is the one on the right just sitting down- and I paid a hefty amount for her to just be sitting around and not be given any extra attention! I have talked to the front desk if there is any other teacher that my daughter can go with but they said no- only that teacher is available for new students! I talked to the teacher to kinda let her know I am watching and to tell her to include my daughter in the activity and she said ok - but never did- after several lesson she literally just ignores my daughter? Probably because she is white and we are asian??? She does focuses on other students but for every student should be equal given attention and work to improve! read more

I've waited almost one year to write this because I wanted to leave a fair review, having experienced almost all the coaches and having dealt with the office lady in multiple situations. About the office staff: Marta is a hustler. She runs that office as if she's the owner (which I thought it was for a long time). Always accommodating and genuinely nice. I see how she interacts with the coaches and she's respectful and it's reciprocated. Gym parents can be like "dance moms" and I've never seen her lose her cool or be nothing but professional. She good at handling multiple requests from demanding parents at the same time, but most importantly, you can tell she does that because she cares about the kids and their growth in the sport. The coaches: fun and engaging with the students and it's my daughter's happy place! My child did dance for over three years before starting gymnastics and I got used to classes starting late and it made me feel "jipped" for the money I'm paying. That's never been the case here. Very punctual and I have come to appreciate that. As a parent who has my child in multiple activities, this one is our family's favorite. I didn't want to gate-keep this place and keep it for myself any longer, I highly recommend it. And at the risk of sounding cliche- I would give this place 10+ stars if I could! read more

Great gym with wonderful staff. The office lady is organized and always returns my call the same day when I leave a message during non-office hours. We were supposed to "try-out" this gym and then go try another gym to see which we liked better. Well, we never tried out the other place because we were satisfied with this place. The office lady never gives me a hard time to schedule a make-up class when my child misses and she genuinely cares. read more

At risk of sounding cliche, if I could give zero stars I would. Signed up for a trial and Pacifica tonight. When I called and set the appointment I was told there would be a $24 trials fee. It was said in condescending manner. I told her there was not an issue with paying for a trial. We arrived tonight and the trial did not go well. Although the groups seemed to be small the coach my child had was not friendly. My child overheard her taking harshly and rudely yo another co-worker. The coach was suppose to be evaluating my child for placement but the coach was too busy talking to other staff and even walked out of the gym for a good 5 minutes while the girls were stretching. She didn't coach and or show the girls what she wanted them to do on the bars of the floor. Their equipment is old. My daughter, who has been participating in gymnastics for 8 years gouged a chick of skin out of her hand on their bars. My daughter went to the front desk to ask for a bandage and she was given a bandage and the clerk walked away. Not a question of a concern. If it were my company or I was working g the desk and the child was in a trial session I would have asked if she was okay. (I guess when I signed the waiver, I also waived common concern and empathy). I took my child to wash her hand and clean the wound. I told the front desk my child did not want to continue the trial, it was only 15 minutes into it. The woman at the desk nodded her head and shrugged her shoulders. Yeah, don't even waste your time here. I'm so disappointed in the local gym and we will gladly give our business to another city. Also, like all gyms it does not smell the best. read more

My daughter goes to another gym and competed "against" Gymnastics Pacifica in a meet today. Due to logistics, she had to share vault equipment with the Gymnastics Pacifica team and took her turn with this team's girls. As she got ready to make her second vault attempt, the Gymnastics Pacifica girls, encouraged by their coach but also of their own habit, cheered on my daughter with the same cheer they'd cheered on each other to encourage her to do a good second vault. She wound up getting her personal best. This was a remarkable act of sportsmanship and character demonstrated by these girls, and the coaching staff at this gym. If this is the sort of coaching and mentorship that goes on at Gymnastics Pacifica I think anyone's kid would benefit. This was an incredible, demonstration of kindness, character, sportsmanship and values, that is rarely seen between competing teams. Kudos to these coaches! read more

I can't say enough how professional and friendly the management and instructors of Pacifica are!! Last week I took my daughter to Pacifica for the first time after doing deep research to find the best gymnastics place in Corona. Marta, the owner, was very friendly and caring about my daughter. She explained the programs and options available and scheduled us immediately. My daughter loved the place and enjoyed working with her coach. Don't waste your time if you are looking for a Gymnastic Place in Corona and other close cities. Pacifica is the BEST OPTION!! read more

This place is a dump. Please start investing in your business and actually start cleaning it and upgrading the equipment. I doubt anything has been replaced since this place opened. The classes are very unorganized.. Also, the instructors are young teenage girls who don't know really what they are doing.. if you are serious about gymnastics then take your kids somewhere else. read more

My daughter did her free trial a few months ago and she loved it. She started her 1st class today and she was a bit nervous at first but did the class and she really likes it. This gym is not the best. I am a gymnast and I went here when I was younger...just to get locked in the bathroom! One of the workers? Or owners? Said that happens a lot and the door just doesn't work sometimes???!! I haven't gone here in years, but I really hoped they improved. read more

The staff all get 5 stars. The place..I'm afraid is unsanitary..I feel this way because it's so hot in the place with no A/C and your breathing hot smelly air when your inside. So breathing this bad air makes me think they don't clean..just because it doesn't smell clean. I hope they do though because my daughter loves the class and has learned a lot after the first session. I hope they clean their mattes and equipment after every use. Most bacteria thrives in sweat and heat..I might try another place.. :( If only they had AC and hand sanitizer readily available would I feel good. read more

My daughter attended a trial class that was free. From The moment we walked in the door we were greeted by friendly staff. The class instruction covered a lot in the hour she was there. They also took extra precautions due to covid. My daughter loved the class we registered her on the spot. We signed our daughter up to this gym back in March. Our daughter came in timid and not sure. The staff and her coach, Coach Taby made her feel at ease. She looks forward every week to come here. Don't go here. Reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau. Clutter! Unorganized! No air condition for the students to are busting the asses! The 3/4 year class is horrible. Coaches do not have control of the students. Especially while conducting obstacle exercises. My 4 yro was sitting on a may when a fellow "student" decided to use my daughter as her personal trampoline. I was sitting of to the distance and could hear my daughter asking the girl to stop and get off of her. I'm blown away that the coaches, didn't put a stop to it. And that was just one incident that occurred during the 50min class. But that was the incident that made my husband throw in the towel and seek for a refund. Unfortunately for us, there was no one there to assist. So we had to make a trip out and call the office several times to get a "refund" Your child safety is the last thing on they're mind. Don't bother expressing your safety concerns to Martha. She doesn't care one bit. When I addressed her with an incident to occurred while my daughter attended her first class, I got not sense of true concern. She goes on to tell me and I quote " you should be thankful you're getting a refund"....Are you kidding me? She should be thankful that all I am considering at this point is a report to the BBB. Supposedly a refund check is coming via snail mail. Wish there were a way to give zero stars. read more

My daughter has been coming here since she was three. She LOVES it. The staff is truly great with the kids. I have witnessed a lot of improvement with my daughter over the last year, with respect to discipline, listening and skill. I highly recommend this gym. The owners are wonderful as well. My daughter wakes up every day asking me if it is "gymnastic day." It is rather hot in the summer, but we do love in Corona. I say, get over it :). read more

I take my little one to the mommy and me class. The instructors are young but very sweet and fun. My little one loves everything about it. Cons- they charge a reg fee and first and last months tuition, they don't do auto deduct from your cc, and the parking could be an issue at times. read more

I've been bringing my daughter here for a few months now and she loves it! Coach Kaitlyn is so good with the kids in her class. My daughter practiced her lil heart out for the Christmas recital and had so much fun. She still shows family and friends her performance and is so happy she learned how to do a cartwheel! I have 3 daughter's my oldest who's now 11 has gone since she was 2yrs and 3 months .and my 8 yr old started since she was a year in a half . I stopped going because I went through a divorce it was to much for me I just had a baby , now that I'm better I'm taking my 4 yr old daughter and my other 2 wanna go back. It's a great place to take your kids if your serious about gymnastics. Martha is the lady upfront she's great with kids the coaches are strict but good , they are strict because they don't want any children getting hurt their main concern is safety and when we say safety that means no playing around or Willy the owner who teaches as well because it's what drives him, to see children grow to succeed as gymnasts If you need your child to be better at specific things then,, you see the improvement within your children it could be balance , indurance , listening etc..... Anything you need your children will deliver within time . I've never had a bad experience at this gym if it wasn't for the team of gymnastics everyone whoms there it wouldn't be complete , everyone plays an important role their don't take my words see it for yourself. Sometimes also take in mind not every child behaves or is taught to so don't blame the coaches for that plus any horse playing isn't allowed .
