This we just one part of his body he had it everywhere my poor 2 years old

I am beyond horrified by our experience at this indoor playground. What was supposed to be a fun day out for my son turned into a nightmare. Just a couple of days after our visit, he came down with hand, foot, and mouth disease, something that could have been prevented if this facility maintained even basic hygiene standards. The entire place was filthy. The floors were sticky, the play equipment was visibly dirty, and there was grime and smudges everywhere. I saw multiple kids coughing, sneezing, and wiping their noses directly on the equipment -- and not once did a staff member intervene or attempt to sanitize anything. There were no hand sanitizing stations in sight, and it felt like no cleaning had been done in a long time. It was a clear health hazard. To make matters worse, while the owner initially seemed concerned and willing to help, after a brief back-and-forth she completely stopped responding. The concern disappeared once it became clear I wasn't going to just drop the issue. That level of unprofessionalism only added to my frustration. I'm writing this to warn other parents. No one warned me -- but I wish they had. Do not bring your child here. This place is unsanitary, unsafe, and clearly not maintained with children's health in mind. A truly disappointing and infuriating experience

I've been taking my kids here for years and it just keeps getting more dated and less cleanly. Today we stopped by just for an hour around 11 and the house area is chaotic. Everything is dirty and old looking. The "clean up" that happened wasn't much so my naturally tidy 3 year old wanted to clean it (I assisted). It took maybe 5 minutes to do. If there was sanitizer available I would've disinfected it myself too. The baby area was sooo messy despite very few babies being there and that too felt dirty and cluttered. Only part that I thought was fine were the play gyms. $17 for an hour for 1 child, insane price for the quality. I expect updates with the prices they charge. I also forgot to mention that the staff were on their phones texting and kids were playing with food in the play areas. One child even had seaweed snacks on the floor and in the kitchen area. It stood there for almost the entire hour, despite the staff putting some toys back.

It was our first time here. The owner Marco and his wife were very attentive and friendly. I saw them cleaning several times throughout the 2 hours we were there very nice to see with all the illness going around. Marco made it so fun for all the kids by loading up all the balls in the launcher and doing a count down! Great environment and the kids 7 and 1 loved it!! Will be back!

    Inside of place

Amazing place, just did my daughter birthday here, and the staff was so helpful and amazing. A place was super clean and cool. Everything went off without a hitch. I could not have been happier with planning her birthday here..

I took my daughters to this playground today and I had a great interaction with McKenna at the front desk. She was polite and kind, checked us in. I purchased two pairs of socks for my daughters and knowing indoor playground policies (to prevent dirt tracking in), I had my own socks. My MIL was with us, but she did not run around like myself, she was waiting for us by sitting in the comfortable chairs, with other adults who were sitting around as well. She was not planning to move around, she was relaxing and sitting in the chair. Now there is a toddler area and I have a very active 2 year old and in order for me to keep close watch on her but not hover, I stayed in the toddler area. I was approached by Marco, the manager, where he saw me sitting in the toddler area and asked me "do you have a baby in there?" I looked at him and responded "yes I do." He asked me again, and laughed saying that "you know that area is for toddlers. Not for adults." I looked at him again and said, "thanks for letting me know." I was approached by McKenna, who checked me in and I asked her if that was her manager, she said yes that was him and I shared my experience with her. I thought it was strange and rude that her manager had asked me if I had a child in the area and reminded me that the area is "for toddlers only." I told her I am not leaving my child unattended because she is very young and active, she could hurt herself. She was kind and apologized on his behalf. I said it was fine and I forgot about it. He came up to me and "apologized" saying that the area I was in was for toddlers only and I told him, "sir, there could have been a better way to approach me. You were completely rude." And he "apologized" again and he walked away. Well, it didn't stop there. I was sitting with my MIL and told her the story and he came by and as an "APOLOGY" he offered my MIL "free socks" because she was sitting in the seat and it was against policy for her to be SITTING in the CHAIR with shoes on. I would understand if she was walking around and she was dragging dirt everywhere, but my MIL is of elderly age! He said that she was in an area where she was bringing in dirt and I stopped him right there because he started fighting with me! I told him, "sir you need to stop. You have been picking on me ever since we've got here and this is not a very good experience for our first time here. You are telling me that I'm not allowed in the area where my TODDLER DAUGHTER is at and you don't even have a sign that says that!" He pointed to this sign (please see picture) that apparently says that I'm not allowed in the toddler play area. I would understand if I was messing around in the toddler area and if my daughter was not in the toddler area but I was SITTING DOWN, WATCHING MY DAUGHTER. Apparently, adults are not allowed to sit in the toddler area. Marco was rude, inconsistent, and I did not appreciate being picked on. In fact, when I told him he needed to stop talking to me, there were THREE ADULTS WATCHING THEIR CHILDREN IN THE TODDLER AREA. McKenna was kind and listened to what I had to say. She understood that as a parent, I was doing my due diligence to make sure my toddler was being tended to and assured me that I'm allowed to sit in the area, just like other parents are allowed as well. She was very kind and appreciated her and the rest of the staff who were very sweet and attentive. Regarding my experience with Marco, I was disappointed by the quality of service I received at the indoor playground. It seems there may be an opportunity for improvement in customer service training. I found the interaction to lack the level of courtesy and professionalism that one would expect. It is quite disappointing to observe the management practices in this playground.

This indoor play center is loved by both me and my kids! It's the perfect size so they always have something new to discover each time we go, but not so big that I have trouble keeping an eye on both of them. Their membership deals are a great buy, and they're always having fun events that keep things fresh and new. Marco, the owner, and all the other wonderful people that work there are always so nice and helpful. I especially love how on top of the cleaning they are! I constantly see someone wiping down toys, surfaces, floors, etc. to make sure everything stays as germ free as possible. We have absolutely become regulars!

Clear padding at the base of a main slide is tearing off, and still no improvement to the hygiene of the bathrooms. We've now come to expect to bring extra clothing for ourselves and the kids as it's just not as clean as it was before. It's also a bummer they took out the train, although we understand it was costing them a lot in maintenance fees to keep up. Still, we will continue bringing our kids. Disappointing experience - not the same as before…read more I visited Candeeland Carlsbad yesterday with my 5-year-old son, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I want to start by saying the front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming. However, the rest of the staff completely changed the tone of our visit. They were consistently rude and made us feel not welcomed there. I've been there before and had a very different experience, so this was surprising. This time, I was not allowed to sit at the tables with my coffee and reusable water bottle, even though they sell drinks and snacks on-site and I've done this on previous visits. I had no intention of taking anything into the play structures, just sitting at the tables. I also planned to do some light work on my computer while my son played, something I've done there before, but I was told that wasn't allowed either. I was told I had to stay with my son at all times. The way this was communicated was the most frustrating part. The staff came across as dismissive and unwelcoming, not just to me but to other families as well. I ended up speaking with the assistant manager because the situation felt so uncomfortable. As I was leaving, another family actually thanked me for saying something because they were feeling the same way, which says a lot. I had been planning to host my son's birthday party there in June, but after this experience, I will definitely be making other plans. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this place has potential, but the customer experience needs a lot of improvement.

FINALLY REOPENED!! They been through a lot since their opening and it was worth it!…read more We went to their Vista location a few weeks ago and it was amazing (see my review for Vista) and the Rancho location was even better. The lines to get in last weekend was literally out the door. It felt like I was waiting to get into a club LOL Rancho is about 27,000 sq ft of kid focused activities. A lot of their set up was similar to Vista but there are things that I liked better at the Rancho one. First let's talk about pricing as that is super important. It's $30 for the full day and ins and out privileges are allowed. We went during their reopening weekend and admission and parties were 50% off. So I def had to book my little one's party. Their snack bar is so reasonable priced. I have been to other indoor playgrounds and snacks are so expensive where a can of soda was $5. Secondly, the play structures, interactive actives and jumpers are huge. The jumper was so big that it had a basketball court, climbing apparatus and mini obstacle course inside (much bigger than Vista). The multi level play structure had a basketball/soccer court inside, touch screen projection video game and many slides ( I count at least 4). The toddler area had a ball out and slide and had this spaceship where it would drop balls into the ball out. This is where all the kiddos were cause it was so fun. In the toddler area, there was a mini jumper so the toddlers could also enjoy a jumper and be safe from the bigger kiddos. Oh! There was a trampoline in the toddler area too! Overall I'm still really impressed with Play City and can't wait to go back. As the summer is coming and staying away from outside playground while not impacting play time...Play City is the answer. Ninja Factory is an indoor playground for older kiddos should be opening in 3-4 weeks. Same owners so you know it's going to be great!

If you're a parent, you already know that alone is a win. It was busy, but not the kind of busy where you're stressed the whole time. My son was still able to run straight to all the fun spots and actually try everything without waiting forever. That made such a difference. I did overhear a parent frustrated that they charge for infants (0-11 months). Parents can come in free to supervise, which is nice, but you do have to pay if you plan to jump. We went during a 50% off weekend, so two hours at half price felt like a total mom win. Also they allow outside food, which I honestly love. Someone had an entire box of Costco pizza, and I saw another parent with Uber Eats McDonald's. No overpriced snack-bar pressure, just bring your own food. I've been going back and forth about the membership... but $54.99 a month (with one buddy pass) and $89.99 for VIP just feels a little steep for our budget right now. Maybe if they run a special or adjust pricing. Overall though we had a really good time and we'll definitely be back.

The man cursed in Spanish and did not realize the man came with a WHOLE family for an event. The man kept telling the father of the autistic little girl to come outside and fight.... Beyond NOT classy. He was very lucky the family did not all come out to throw him to his car. What happened ..... The autistic girl said excuse me to the little toddler, the toddler blocked the entrance. The autistic little 4 year old made her way around the girls hand and said excuse me while doing it and the bullying toddler ran to her dad. The mom and grandma sat and watched the entire thing chuckling. The enraged dad (boyfriend/sancho; whatever he was) ran through kids to get to the little girl to grab her and scream. The parents of the special needs girl, grabbed her away really quick as they were with her the entire time. Another special needs mom told the man what was his problem and not to scream at children and that there are four autistic children that he's acting crazy in front of. The mother instigated as saying to the mother of the little girl to go outside and fight and the man did as well. We felt safe here once the man left. Therefore this place is very safe. I just say if you see this lic plate, BEWARE. Stick up for your child and don't back down. Beware of this man ANYWHERE in the Corona/Riverside/Norco/Eastvale area *************** GREAT EXPERIENCE: the owner is a lovely Person. In no way did she encourage this behavior by her "usual customers". The establishment went on to promote love and hugs which they did incredibly. The establishment is great. Very clean. The staff is overwhelmingly nice. The owner definitely decorates with passion. Everything was lovely. I had to start with the tiny hiccup as that man should NOT be allowed near children. I can just imagine what he does behind closed doors. Prices are very reasonable. Toy area was very clean. Party area was clean and roomy. Music was fun. Restrooms were clean. This place is a delight. Ample parking. Clean, clean, clean!!!! Place is safe. Lots of areas for kids to run and enjoy. Parents.... It's OKAY to teach yours kids the word "NO". Kids will be kids so everyone should be mindful of that and not get crazy at a child for being a kid. If you're not okay with kids being kids and some kids not knowing not to run all over the place, maybe places with children around are not for you. Luv n Huggs goes over and beyond to make sure your kids are safe and don't run out. I cannot express how much love that the owner puts into making each party experience a great one. Her touch to each decoration is spectacular.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole visit even better. The space is very thoughtfully set up with lots of imaginative play areas where kids can explore, create, and pretend. My kids were entertained the entire time -- there was so much for them to do and they didn't want to leave! It's honestly one of the most engaging indoor play places we've been to for younger kids. I was especially impressed with how clean everything was. The play areas, toys, and even the bathrooms were well maintained, which is something every parent appreciates. You can really tell they put effort into keeping the space safe and enjoyable for families. They're open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM, which makes it easy to plan a visit during the week or weekend. The pricing for open play is reasonable for the amount of entertainment and activities the kids get. (Play. Kreate. Learn) Overall we absolutely loved it and will definitely be coming back. If you have younger kids and are looking for a clean, fun, and creative indoor play place in Murrieta, this is a must-visit!
