The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole visit even better. The space is very thoughtfully set up with lots of imaginative play areas where kids can explore, create, and pretend. My kids were entertained the entire time -- there was so much for them to do and they didn't want to leave! It's honestly one of the most engaging indoor play places we've been to for younger kids. I was especially impressed with how clean everything was. The play areas, toys, and even the bathrooms were well maintained, which is something every parent appreciates. You can really tell they put effort into keeping the space safe and enjoyable for families. They're open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM, which makes it easy to plan a visit during the week or weekend. When Kamryn (I believe that's how you spell her name) is working it is a 5 star experience She really reorganizes each room and is cleaning constantly. It is nice because when its crowded the facility stays in good shape and you can go into each room and enjoy it and get to enjoy the full experience because once a room is used she goes in to make sure it's back to tip top shape She even swiffer the floor if the automated mop did not get spots well and truly takes the time to keep the facility clean Which is essential in my opinion for safe play for the children. Also nobody wants to go into the kitchen room and all the toys are in disarray She also remembers guests names and is super friendly and makes sure to greet people timely and also say goodbye to each guest. That is how you keep client retention. Also, The bathrooms are always super clean The facility itself is cleaner than other places I've been to but it could use some professional deep cleaning, there of course is some dust build up and a little grime. and maybe switching out some worn out toys? For example in the craft room, some new crayons would make a difference. Or in the plush room some more of the connecting magnetic blocks. Or in the instrument room maybe some new equipment. Overall we really enjoy attending this monthly club. I'd say the perfect age range is for baby - toddlers I'd also advice that moms please watch your kids, I've seen some parents come in working on their computers the staff is not there to watch your children read more

Went again this past weekend. Kids had a blast, was definitely less crowded since it wasn't a rainy day. Check-in was seamless and the kiddos had a blast. I visited Mom Amore today for the first time with my toddler and newborn. There's tons to do and 2 hours flies by quickly! This place is immaculately clean, including the bathroom which has a changing table, wipes, and diapers. It's nice and cool inside, which was great since it was 90+ today. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. My toddler had a mini meltdown and one of the employees appeared out of nowhere with a gift for her, promptly stopping her crying. It was super sweet and very much appreciated :) We'll definitely be back and I would definitely recommend checking out this place if you're in the area. read more

TONS to do here! My son had a blast. My only negative feedback is they did not have bins to put small toys in for cleaning. Toddlers mouth things. Literally had the cutest time here, took my 2 year old on a Thursday. We were the only ones in here for literally almost our 2 hour pass haha, we ended up leaving with a membership because of how fun it was for him & how many different rooms & settings there was for him to explore. I have zero doubt he'll enjoy going back weekly. The employee working was super kind & kind of just let us do our own thing which was nice, overall place was really clean! She even came out once or twice I believe to actually pick up what toys my kid was leaving around, (sorry!) & sanitizing some rooms as well. 100% will make some playdates for this place & hope it sticks around cause we loved it. They also kept it a nice 68 degrees inside while it's 93 outside so that was awesome to have a genuine indoor cool place to play. read more

We have been going to Mom Amore for about a year and a half. We love it! My son has a great time. He usually cries when it is time to go. The only reason I am not scoring 5 is because "Happy Hour" is not very happy. It is supposed to be from 3:30 to 5:00- but the last few visits it has been 3:30-4:30. They aren't supposed to close until 5:00 (according to their website) but the employee says she needs to clean and needs everyone to leave. I am guessing she only works until 5:00 and wants to leave right at 5:00, which I understand - but then advertise you close at 4:30. It's misleading. You really aren't getting a deal for "happy hour". read more

It's not what it use to be. When the first opened I was very excited to take my toddler. They have so many different rooms for her to play in, a play gym, karaoke singing room, a kitchen, a veterinarian room, a dress up area and plenty more. I was one of the first customers would come on a regular when they first opened. It was worth the price! But in such a short amount of time, things have changed. My last recent visits they no longer turn on the AC and instead Open the back door. I was shocked since a child who is a runner could easily make their way out. Both the owner and the worker were present and I guess this is normal. The toys aren't as clean and it doesn't have the how exciting factor it once use to. Took my kiddo here to get her energy out without having to chase her around the outdoor playground. At first arrival, the staff was all super friendly. They helped my daughter take off her shoes and put them in the cubby. The place was really clean and overall felt really safe. I have brought my 3 year old here twice over the past several months and he always had a good time. The toys and activity rooms are decent and seem to be well kept for the most part. I have to give two stars for my experience today (Sunday). Yesterday, I checked the times on their website for Sunday. The website stated they were closed from 12-3 and open from 3-5. We arrived at 3pm exactly and there was a sign on the door that said birthday party from 12:15-3:15. I waited in front of the door with my 3 year old for about 20 minutes while the birthday party was still going on and kids were still playing. Around 3:20 a worker came to the front door and said they would be closed for cleaning for another 30 minutes as they just had a party. My 3 year old, now restless, after waiting for 20 minutes, began crying as we walked away back to our car. I checked the times again on their website thinking maybe I missed something and noticed the website refers to google maps for the most updated times. I checked google maps and time said 3:15, not 3:50. Totally unacceptable when parents have to then leave with a child who is so excited to play. There was another parent who also had to leave with her two children after waiting in front for several minutes. Unprofessional and unacceptable. We probably won't return. There are other similar places in the area where I have never encountered this problem. read more

I took my 21 mos old to this new indoor playground today and when I tell u HE ENJOYED SO MUCH! It's very clean, lots of things to do for your LO, peaceful, clean, cute, and the lady who was working there was very sweet and attentive. They give complimentary water as well. They also my LO a free toothbrush to take home! We paid 20$/2 hrs which was SO WORTH IT. I believe they have a day pass (32$) and a month pass (89$). Go check them out!! The AD for this place popped up on my IG I decided to check it out and was excited to see it was opening up in Murrieta just down the street from me ! My friend and I went to check it out with our two toddlers and our 10 month old babies. They all had so much fun , it is geared for toddlers the little ones had fun crawling around . The place is clean and loved how they provided shoe covers for adults so we wouldn't have to take our shoes off. They even provide diapers and wipes in the restroom which I thought was awesome. The kids got a free juice , we got a complimentary water and they even provided a dance class for the kiddos which was fun. I went last week. This is my kid 3rd time there. He is almost 4 years old and autistic. For some reason this time we went, he was loving it more than ever. Selena greeted me right away and was such a sweetheart. She checked if we were already signed the waiver and gave me a receipt. She offered socks at a later time when I forgot I I didn't bring my own socks for me as an adult. She even was so sweet to make sure prior to leaving offering a gift to my son that he and I picked together and we love that toy now. I know the gift was not normal, but somehow we got in a good time. Everything is so clean there and has a a little bit of everything in each room for all toddlers. My 3 year old enjoyed this cute indoor play space. I took off one star because they charged me $18 for my 9 month old who isn't crawling or walking yet. Initially, I assumed it was because they must have had a baby space with lots of toys and things for infants but I didn't see any type of area like that. My husband is military and gone a lot so it's nice to find a place to take my daughter but I didn't feel that it was worth taking and paying for an infant.
