Went again this past weekend. Kids had a blast, was definitely less crowded since it wasn't a rainy day. Check-in was seamless and the kiddos had a blast. Only thing that I wish they would have are step stools for the little ones in the bathroom. I do see they added a door chime, which is helpful for safety purposes.

Literally had the cutest time here, took my 2 year old on a Thursday. We were the only ones in here for literally almost our 2 hour pass haha, we ended up leaving with a membership because of how fun it was for him & how many different rooms & settings there was for him to explore. I have zero doubt he'll enjoy going back weekly. The employee working was super kind & kind of just let us do our own thing which was nice, overall place was really clean! She even came out once or twice I believe to actually pick up what toys my kid was leaving around, (sorry!) & sanitizing some rooms as well. 100% will make some playdates for this place & hope it sticks around cause we loved it. They also kept it a nice 68 degrees inside while it's 93 outside so that was awesome to have a genuine indoor cool place to play.

Such a cute place! Very clean! My 4 year old loved it here and didn't want to leave. They have so many cute rooms to play in. Highly recommend and will be telling everyone to come check it out.

Wanted to escape the rainy day and decided to give this spot a chance! my child is on the spectrum so i am always very nervous to go to kid places because im worried it may be to overstimulating for him and this place was perfect! he had an amazing time and didn't want to leave . its $20 for 2 hours and we felt it was the perfect amount of time. the place itself was very clean and kept together well. i wasn't worried at all for my child's safety or what he was doing and that's such a win for me. i cannot recommend this place enough. thank you for coming to town! we will definitely be back

We had the best time today, I brought my 2 year old twins and there was so much for them to do. This is definitely our new go to spot! This is a kids dream come true place!

Took my kiddo here to get her energy out without having to chase her around the outdoor playground. At first arrival, the staff was all super friendly. They helped my daughter take off her shoes and put them in the cubby. The place was really clean and overall felt really safe. I didn't bring my 4 month old this time, but I saw several moms with toddlers and babies on carriers. Totally doable if you have a baby and want to take your toddler out. There's no crazy walking or chasing involved. Definitely grab a mom friend and take your kids here to play!

I can't say enough good things about this place!!! There really isn't anywhere to take little ones as far as an indoor playground was concerned until I found this spot!! So many rooms for fun and imagination. I took my 3 youngest kids who are 9, 4, and 1 and there was something for all of them. $20 for two hour was tons of time for them to laugh play and wear themselves out. It's a perfect play date meet up spot and they do birthday parties!!! We will definitely be back and I will be telling all my mom friends and families at preschool.

The cutest indoor playground I've taken my daughter to. So many activities from karaoke, to drawing, reading, dress up, and much more pretend play. Staff was friendly and it was an overall great experience. Can't wait to go back!

Clean and cute with various themed rooms for the littles. I wish there was a one hour option because my child gets antsy, but maybe in the future. It's $20 for 2 hours of play.

    Great toys and costumes!

A great place to bring your kids to play! It's a really nice, clean space with great toys.

Our friend's daughter had her birthday celebrated here and we immediately fell in love with this place! It's fun and educational! Imagine walking to a restaurant, bank, gym, doctor's office, fire station with all kids sized equipment! How amazing is that for the little ones! Definitely will come back again!

It's a shoe-free facility and staff is doing a great job at keeping the facility sanitized and sparkling. So many fun play areas here, and everything is safe and thoughtfully designed. Lots of pretend play rooms--kitchens, doll houses, dress up--but also lots of space for big movement play, like slides and monkey bars. We loved that we could rent out the entire space for two hours. We didn't have to dodge other kids or manage sharing space, so parents got to kick back a bit and enjoy the party too knowing that it was only our familiar group of friends. Parking is easy for guests, plenty of amazing fun areas for littles to explore, and lots of fresh air and light to keep the space feeling good. We look forward to returning for regular play hours, and happy to share this gem with all of our friends.

It's also one of the only play places we've been to where they don't end up sick afterward -- which is a huge plus for any parent! Highly recommend for anyone with young kids.

I want to start by saying the front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming. However, the rest of the staff completely changed the tone of our visit. They were consistently rude and made us feel not welcomed there. I've been there before and had a very different experience, so this was surprising. This time, I was not allowed to sit at the tables with my coffee and reusable water bottle, even though they sell drinks and snacks on-site and I've done this on previous visits. I had no intention of taking anything into the play structures, just sitting at the tables. I also planned to do some light work on my computer while my son played, something I've done there before, but I was told that wasn't allowed either. I was told I had to stay with my son at all times. The way this was communicated was the most frustrating part. The staff came across as dismissive and unwelcoming, not just to me but to other families as well. I ended up speaking with the assistant manager because the situation felt so uncomfortable. As I was leaving, another family actually thanked me for saying something because they were feeling the same way, which says a lot. I had been planning to host my son's birthday party there in June, but after this experience, I will definitely be making other plans. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this place has potential, but the customer experience needs a lot of improvement.

The play area was exceptionally crowded, and my toddler who had just turned 2 at the time had a hard time navigating around the older, bigger kids. The age range felt a little questionable to me. At other play places we frequent, the kids tend to be closer in age, but that wasn't the case here. My son was knocked around a few times by bigger children, and the environment became very overstimulating. We ended up leaving early because of the chaos and my son not able to properly use anything... nearly all of the fruit and vegetable toys from the market area had been scattered throughout the play space, leaving the market and kitchen section where many of the younger kids were gathered mostly empty. Overall, it just didn't feel like the right fit for us. We decided to give Kids and Coffee another try this past Wednesday, thinking it might be a better experience without a birthday party happening... and it was! We paid for two hours, stayed about an hour and a half, and my son had a great time. One thing I really appreciate about Kids and Coffee is that their café is nut and peanut free, which is especially important for families like ours dealing with multiple food allergies. That peace of mind was honestly the main reason I wanted to give the space another chance. We were even considering adding Kids and Coffee into our regular rotation since it's closer to us than some of the other play places we enjoy. Unfortunately, after our visit, my son became extremely sick most likely with norovirus. I completely understand that illnesses can happen anywhere kids gather, and I don't blame the business for that. However, during our entire visit, I didn't see any employees actively present in the play area. Parents, myself included, were gathering and returning the pretend produce to the market area, but none of the toys appeared to be wiped down or sanitized. At other play places, such as Tiny Tiger, there always seems to be staff actively cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day. Because we have been to so many play places now with great experiences and have not come home with an illness from any other we will just be sticking to our regular spots moving forward. I think sanitation still needs a little work at this location or perhaps even someone checking temperatures at the door like other places All in all, we unfortunately won't be returning.

It's hot..." We're part timers and we actually enjoy the summer months both here and at our other vacation property in Bullhead City, AZ. We do the usual swim time and go out on the lake in a boat where we live. We also go to Boomers down the street for the twilight specials. So, for the most part, my kids keep active. But this past Sunday, after mass, we decided to have breakfast at Dennys. From where I was sitting in our booth, I saw the sign for Zebra World Indoor Playground. I mentioned it at the table and my 3 young boys got really excited. Actually, my wife and I did, too, as the casino was literally across the street and we thought we could drop the kids off and spend some quality mama and Dada time. Sadly, no. When I called, at least one parent has to accompany the children. Sigh! The Sunday price was $24.99/ child with unlimited in's and out's. SOCKS are REQUIRED for all who enter, including adults. However, if you forgot to bring some, they charge $3.95 per pair. We decided to go back home (10 minutes away) rather than spend the $16.00 for the 4 of us. The temperature is nice and cool inside and my boys really, really enjoyed this place. We spent the better part of 3 hours here, got some snacks and took some pics. There are two obstacle courses, an indoor slide, and trampolines. The snack bar is just that, but they do offer hot dogs, chips, and sodas if you're so inclined. I saw a young orthodox couple with their child and I believe some of their prepackaged Blue Bunny ice creams are kosher. Almost every kid and parent there were polite. I didn't witness any disruptive behavior, which is nice, but also speaks well of the Valley in general. They have different party packages and we might consider this place for my 6 year old when he turns 7 in December. My boys had a blast here, made some new friends, and can't wait to come back. We timed the visit with our departure back to LA and it was one of the quietest car rides back, as my 3 guys were fast asleep after burning so many calories. Sure, $75.00 for a few hours of play is steep, but for that quiet ride home where my wife and I could actually talk to each other and hold hands, was priceless...
