We love visiting Romp-o-Rama! It's never too crowded, everything is clean and well-maintained, and the kids always have a blast. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and always willing to help--but we have to give a special shoutout to Gretel! She's amazing with the kids and truly goes above and beyond every time. She's a staple at Romp-O-Rama There's a great variety of activities to keep little ones entertained, and they even have tables where you can enjoy lunch--just don't forget to bring water and snacks. And remember, socks are required for everyone! I recommend Romp-o-Rama to all my friends and family with young kids. It's the perfect spot for safe, active fun!

I had my son's 4th birthday party here and he had a blast! The staff was extremely nice party room was great size for everyone loved that it includes a refrigerator/ freezer to store food and drinks. All the kids enjoyed it and had an amazing time. Will definitely be back just for play dates and future parties.

We came here for some indoor family fun on a hot triple digit California summer day. This place is pretty unassuming from the outside. There are plenty of parking spaces and the complex shares spaces with other businesses, so it can get busy but we were able to find parking quickly. Upon entrance, we were greeted and checked in almost immediately. We arrived about 5 minutes before our appointed time. We had filled out all the waivers and paperwork prior so that helped a lot. We had 2 little ones with us that day and after we received our huge check in stickers for all of the party, we went to take off our shoes, and then went on with the fun. You'd have to wear socks inside the play area. They have placed multiple shoe racks throughout the areas - inside as well. But I think not a lot of people know that so the front area gets really crowded with people taking off and putting on their shoes. There are restrooms inside and changing tables. AND they provide you with little bathroom slippers so your socks don't need to touch the bathroom floors. The bathroom was kept clean, we went just before noon. They have plenty of areas for the little ones to explore. They have a lot of neat and cool areas that are sectioned off. Their only rule is that to watch the kids so that they won't put the little items of toys in their mouth. and if they do, to please place the toys in their bins so that it can be sanitized. I love the little pretend town that they have, the super fun playground in the back with the slides, and the section reserved for those under 2 years old. It seems like all the kids have safe spaces for them to explore and let out their energy. There are plenty of seating areas as well. There's a little concession area where you can get some snacks/drinks if you didn't bring your own. I saw a sign that they do not allow stroller in. Overall our kids had a great time here and I'm sure we'll be back here and we'll invite some of our friends with little ones too!

Best Experience ever! Needed somewhere to celebrate my daughter's birthday and friends and family met us here with their little ones too! Customer service was amazing and friendly and this place was very clean, organized and overall just fun! I love that you can buy drinks and snacks for your little ones while you are there if you would like too! They have great lounge and seating areas in the back so parents can work on their laptops if needed, sit in a comfortable chair or watch on the bleachers if your kid just wanted to keep going up and down on the big slide. Tips: reserve your spot online and sign your waiver in advance to save time. You can buy 1 or 2 hour admission and I highly recommend 2 hours so your child is actually exhausted :) Time goes fast! They don't open until 9 or 10am. If they open the doors a few mins late, don't worry your time doesn't start until they populate your shift sticker inside. My daughter had the best time and so did we! Ps this is an old movie theater so if you can imagine the amount of space inside- it's great!

Romp-O-Rama is our favorite place to take the kids! The space is always spotless, with staff constantly cleaning and sanitizing toys and play areas. It even looks like they recently reorganized, making it feel extra fresh and inviting. Safety is a top priority here--the staff double-check stickers to be sure every child leaves with the right adult, which gives us peace of mind. If you book in advance, you can even get a discount. Clean, safe, and fun--what more could you ask for?

Really cute indoor playground. I loved the little town they had. My girls had a lot of fun and they had face painting which I thought was really cool. The only thing i didn't like was that you have to reserve your time prior to getting there or else you can't get in. Because of that rule we were only able to be there for an hour since it was the only available time. The girls wanted to stay longer but couldn't and that's why I gave this place a 3 star.

I have loved to take my kids to this place for a few years now! It's always sooo clean and staff is very friendly (most of the time) I did have one not so friendly experience where a staff member snatched a doll from my daughter and made her cry because she left a designated area with it but that's water under the bridge. My real disappointment is they added these giant, super brightly lit crane machines, in two sections of the place. They are at eye level with every age kid including toddlers/babies. They are impossible to avoid as they go down the entire wall. The machines have tiny key chain items in it worth .25 (if I'm being generous) but it's a dollar to play. These particular claw machines are super duper scammy, weak and IMPOSSIBLE to win even though items in it are worthless. I'm sure it adds nice revenue but it's just a headache when we go and a disappointment to parents and children waiting to happen. I have spent $30 the last few times trying to stop and prevent a meltdown and get her a toy but the claws are about as strong as paper. Anyhow, I wouldn't mind so much if it were at a place where we'd expect these scam machines but it's honestly such a bummer to spend all the money to come in and then have to deal with this issue. If you have a child that is drawn to these kinds of things... be sure to bring a lot of cash and be ready to watch your kid cry when you spend all your money trying to win something. I will also admit my kids were quite bored this time around...seems like there are less and less toys for them to play with everytime we go. We will unfortunately have to go to dos logos for indoor play going forward

Coming here for the past two years and always have a good time. It's very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly around work through the day to maintain the place. They're always wiping it down and cleaning up the sections. Gretel who sits at the front is so friendly. I see her here every time i bring my girls. I'm convinced she sleeps here and has a bed in the back lol.

Off the 91 and 71 in corona. Located in a plaza next to a boxing gym and some good pizza. I would drive out of the way again to come here just because of how CLEAN it is! During the 1 hr we booked I saw staff cleaning the entire time. They go up in the play ground and through the equipment, they wipe down and sanitize everything even with these kids running wild. Everything is clean and smell fresh in there. It's a pretty good sized play ground. They have cute play areas, kids can wear firefighter hats and equipment. They can play house. And "go to the movie". The larger playground is huge, they have multiple slides and fun zones. They even have more than one toddler section. I will set the age cap is probably at 8/9 years old. My daughter is 11 and she was too big for the place but had fun non the less.

What age would you say this is for? Are 4th and 5th graders too old to play here?

I think they would be fine there. It is a fun place for the whole family. There are areas for smaller babies and toddlers so as long as the bigger kiddos are mindful, fun for all around.

    Is this place stroller friendly?

They don't let you wear shoes inside to keep the floors clean for all the children. So they don't let strollers in because that would track in dirt from outside. Same cleanliness policy applies.

This just happens to be a customer that is known to frequent this establishment PLEASE be very careful with the husband of the wife who may come with her from time to time. He does NOT have patience and allows his baby (toddler younger than 3) to B U L L Y -and then screams at other peoples children. I did not get a great pic but this is their license. The mother also allows the child to block other children, without consequence, from entering the play areas. The husband or maybe boyfriend, deliberately went into an Autistic child's face and cursed her out. I hope there are cameras at the establishment so they can possibly ban this man. It was disrespectful, uncalled for and disgusting. The man THOUGHT the father of the child was alone with the mother and he decided to try and pick a fight. The man cursed in Spanish and did not realize the man came with a WHOLE family for an event. The man kept telling the father of the autistic little girl to come outside and fight.... Beyond NOT classy. He was very lucky the family did not all come out to throw him to his car. What happened ..... The autistic girl said excuse me to the little toddler, the toddler blocked the entrance. The autistic little 4 year old made her way around the girls hand and said excuse me while doing it and the bullying toddler ran to her dad. The mom and grandma sat and watched the entire thing chuckling. The enraged dad (boyfriend/sancho; whatever he was) ran through kids to get to the little girl to grab her and scream. The parents of the special needs girl, grabbed her away really quick as they were with her the entire time. Another special needs mom told the man what was his problem and not to scream at children and that there are four autistic children that he's acting crazy in front of. The mother instigated as saying to the mother of the little girl to go outside and fight and the man did as well. We felt safe here once the man left. Therefore this place is very safe. I just say if you see this lic plate, BEWARE. Stick up for your child and don't back down. Beware of this man ANYWHERE in the Corona/Riverside/Norco/Eastvale area *************** GREAT EXPERIENCE: the owner is a lovely Person. In no way did she encourage this behavior by her "usual customers". The establishment went on to promote love and hugs which they did incredibly. The establishment is great. Very clean. The staff is overwhelmingly nice. The owner definitely decorates with passion. Everything was lovely. I had to start with the tiny hiccup as that man should NOT be allowed near children. I can just imagine what he does behind closed doors. Prices are very reasonable. Toy area was very clean. Party area was clean and roomy. Music was fun. Restrooms were clean. This place is a delight. Ample parking. Clean, clean, clean!!!! Place is safe. Lots of areas for kids to run and enjoy. Parents.... It's OKAY to teach yours kids the word "NO". Kids will be kids so everyone should be mindful of that and not get crazy at a child for being a kid. If you're not okay with kids being kids and some kids not knowing not to run all over the place, maybe places with children around are not for you. Luv n Huggs goes over and beyond to make sure your kids are safe and don't run out. I cannot express how much love that the owner puts into making each party experience a great one. Her touch to each decoration is spectacular.

It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.

FINALLY REOPENED!! They been through a lot since their opening and it was worth it!…read more We went to their Vista location a few weeks ago and it was amazing (see my review for Vista) and the Rancho location was even better. The lines to get in last weekend was literally out the door. It felt like I was waiting to get into a club LOL Rancho is about 27,000 sq ft of kid focused activities. A lot of their set up was similar to Vista but there are things that I liked better at the Rancho one. First let's talk about pricing as that is super important. It's $30 for the full day and ins and out privileges are allowed. We went during their reopening weekend and admission and parties were 50% off. So I def had to book my little one's party. Their snack bar is so reasonable priced. I have been to other indoor playgrounds and snacks are so expensive where a can of soda was $5. Secondly, the play structures, interactive actives and jumpers are huge. The jumper was so big that it had a basketball court, climbing apparatus and mini obstacle course inside (much bigger than Vista). The multi level play structure had a basketball/soccer court inside, touch screen projection video game and many slides ( I count at least 4). The toddler area had a ball out and slide and had this spaceship where it would drop balls into the ball out. This is where all the kiddos were cause it was so fun. In the toddler area, there was a mini jumper so the toddlers could also enjoy a jumper and be safe from the bigger kiddos. Oh! There was a trampoline in the toddler area too! Overall I'm still really impressed with Play City and can't wait to go back. As the summer is coming and staying away from outside playground while not impacting play time...Play City is the answer. Ninja Factory is an indoor playground for older kiddos should be opening in 3-4 weeks. Same owners so you know it's going to be great!

If you're a parent, you already know that alone is a win. It was busy, but not the kind of busy where you're stressed the whole time. My son was still able to run straight to all the fun spots and actually try everything without waiting forever. That made such a difference. I did overhear a parent frustrated that they charge for infants (0-11 months). Parents can come in free to supervise, which is nice, but you do have to pay if you plan to jump. We went during a 50% off weekend, so two hours at half price felt like a total mom win. Also they allow outside food, which I honestly love. Someone had an entire box of Costco pizza, and I saw another parent with Uber Eats McDonald's. No overpriced snack-bar pressure, just bring your own food. I've been going back and forth about the membership... but $54.99 a month (with one buddy pass) and $89.99 for VIP just feels a little steep for our budget right now. Maybe if they run a special or adjust pricing. Overall though we had a really good time and we'll definitely be back.
