I was invited to a party here at Party Kingdom over the weekend. i was a little confused initially because online it shows closed on Saturdays but i learned it was due to party reservations. Finding the location was a little difficult because it's in a hidden industrial office like space but there was plenty of parking since other businesses were closed on the weekends. it was definitly unlike other jump/trampoline or play places. the reservation was split into 3 different rooms. first was the trampoline and jumper area about 45 min, next room was the play area with slides, soft play and other gaming, another 30-45 min and then the last room was the "party" where food and drinks were to celebrate. this was a perfect mix of play and fun and the staff was amazing at keeping the flow of the party and attentive. the areas were clean and plenty of seating for parents in each area. grip socks are required for adults and kids only issue i had was the bathrooms were quite dirty and could of used more attention. otherwise a great experience and i would attend again for free jump/play if in the area.

We have been to trampoline playground at party kingdom on weekday and also birthday party. It is well managed if you host a party. Party assigned 2 workers for managing and serve customers for all birthday party needs. Trampoline playground is designed for kids 11 and under in my opinion. Adults can go in and help, play and take photos. All guests are required to wear special grip socks. Place is clean, and not as crowded as other trampoline parks on weekends. Price is reasonable, best offers are on weekdays!

I love Party Kingdom! All of my kids have had their birthday parties here. Our last kid, just had her 5th bday party here yesterday. The online booking is fast and easy. The staff are all friendly. Our party host, Isabelle, was AMAZING! She was friendly, professional, and so patient and sweet with the kids. I highly recommend this place. We also ordered our cake through @theflourandfoxbakery Wednesday Addam's themed bday cake and it was so beautiful and delicious!

For what it is, it is fun! It is an indoor playground. Pros: reasonable priced -time slots, limited peeps -friendly workers - many different activities for the young ones Cons: kind of small, 2 rooms -age limits, kind of. Each activity has different ages, but the workers are not truly enforcing -no water fountains -no food -not supposed to bring your own food or drink, but everyone had it. Wish I would have known. They sell not snacks or food. Kept my kids entertained for a couple of hours. Adults play for free!

If you are a family considering this park, read this review and choose ANYWHERE else. As an active…read morecommunity member who has supported this local facility through countless PTA events, community fundraisers, and multiple birthday parties (spending thousands of dollars over the years), the hostile and unethical treatment we received today is absolutely unacceptable. This shocking standard of practice shows exactly why local families are abandoning this facility for competitors like Get Air. The Problem: A $27 Misunderstanding and Staff Failure The entire ordeal stemmed from a simple Groupon redemption that was disastrously botched, escalating a minor $27 transaction issue into a hostile confrontation: Technical Failure: The staff member initiated the Groupon process but failed to properly authorize or close the transaction on their end. Due to the system being left open, I mistakenly believed a second charge had been run and flagged it as an incorrect purchase. In reality, the staff member simply never successfully validated our entry to begin with. Unwarranted Confrontation: After my family had been jumping and enjoying the facility for approximately one hour, a staff member approached us as we were leaving and advised there was an issue with the Groupon. I immediately went to the front to resolve it. Aggressive Demands & False Accusations: Another worker then aggressively demanded that we pay the full, non-discounted price for our jump time, falsely claiming we had gone "over time." We had not. The children had stopped jumping, gone to the bathroom, and were standing with me at the front desk. The Line-Crossing Threat: When I objected and stated customer service needed to be contacted to resolve a system error, the employee escalated to a truly disturbing level of aggression. They falsely stated they were "sending someone to go get my children," who were standing right next to me. I had to insist again that my children were next to me and had been. This was a direct, dishonest attempt to use intimidation and fear to pressure me. I insisted they could wait with me while I contacted customer service. The Aftermath: Resolution for Misconduct, Not Billing While at the counter, I immediately contacted Groupon support. I received a direct link via chat and re-processed the payment correctly. This action resolved the technical issue, and Big Air received their payment. However, I was so disturbed and disgusted by the staff's aggressive misconduct and the way the business handled the discussion that I immediately contacted Groupon again. Recognizing the severity of the hostility and poor customer treatment, Groupon issued a full credit to my account for the inconvenience and stated they would be reviewing their contract with Big Air. Groupon's action confirms that the payment issue was resolved, and the refund was specifically for the unacceptable intimidation tactics used by Big Air's staff. Final Word: Warning to the Community A business that can only resolve a simple billing error through customer self-service and resorts to hostile, threatening tactics against a parent--especially one who has actively spent thousands of dollars supporting their local community events--has a completely broken Standard of Practice. Management needs rigorous re-training for the staff. This is not a "bad day" issue; this is a safety and ethics issue, and serves as a warning for any other patrons visiting this location. Do not risk your family's experience here. Go elsewhere.

WARNING: SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS AT SKY ZONE COVINA…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but after what I witnessed at Sky Zone Covina on May 9th, I feel parents deserve to be aware of the serious safety concerns and lack of leadership at this location. My daughter and I are members at several trampoline parks due to our involvement in gymnastics, and we have generally had positive experiences elsewhere. When we arrived, we accidentally wore socks from another trampoline park that looked nearly identical to Sky Zone socks. Staff immediately approached us and informed us we needed official Sky Zone socks. That was completely understandable, and we purchased new socks right away without issue. The real concern came shortly afterward. My 6-year-old daughter noticed a teenage boy face down and unresponsive in the foam pit. I called out to him and quickly realized he was not responding and his head was partially buried. I immediately jumped into the foam pit to assist while my elderly father yelled for staff to help and requested someone call 911. What was deeply concerning was the complete lack of urgency from staff and management during what appeared to be a medical emergency. While I struggled alone in the foam pit trying to reposition and support a very large teenager, staff slowly walked over and just stood by. My father repeatedly asked for emergency assistance, yet management appeared more focused on the tone of his concern than the safety of the unconscious guest and took offense when called out on it. Thankfully, the teen eventually regained consciousness, after what seemed to have been a seizure, but the response from management, specifically Teresa, was extremely disappointing. When I later asked for corporate contact information, I was told she "didn't have it." I understand businesses have policies and liability concerns, but basic human compassion and emergency response should never be optional. Parents trust facilities like this with their children's safety, and after this experience, I no longer feel confident bringing my family here. Until Sky Zone Covina improves its emergency response training and leadership standards, I cannot recommend this location.
