I attended a birthday party here for my sister's child, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, you could see the confusion on everyone's faces. As guests walked in for the party, no one knew where to go or what to do. There were multiple parties leaving and arriving at the same time, with easily over 100 people crowded into the lobby. Check-in was a mess, and people were standing around frustrated and confused. There was only one staff member at the front desk trying to manage everything--waivers, wristbands, socks, and questions--while dozens of parents and kids tried to get her attention. The lack of organization was unbelievable. When it was time to go into the party areas, the chaos continued. While we understood the rooms were not private, the setup was so unorganized that you couldn't tell which kids belonged to which party. People were sitting everywhere, staff were scattered with no clear direction, and the entire area felt overwhelming and poorly managed. Another major issue was the grip socks. I understand requiring them for children, but forcing adults to purchase them as well feels like nothing more than a money grab. We already signed waivers, so this was unnecessary and frustrating. To make matters worse, the place felt dirty and not well maintained. We have attended birthday parties at places like Pump It Up in Chino in the past, and the difference is night and day--those parties were clean, organized, and stress-free. This experience was the complete opposite. Paying close to $1,000 for a birthday party that was chaotic, unorganized, and dirty is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place and will definitely never return. Do not waste your money. read more

We absolutely loved coming to this spot. We had no idea there was a bounce place in Chino and I'm so glad we found it. We areived here on a Friday around 10:30 am. The last at the front asked if we had a reservation we said no. Apparently you can go online to reserve a spot because they can sometimes fill up fast and turn people away. They had us fill out waivers which are provided on little tablets at the front. Once we signed it we then purchased socks, $3 a pair. They also allow you to bring your own to use. We had a coupon for a free jump for the kids so we gave it and got in. This place was super fun! They have huge inflatable bounce houses, slides, obstacle course and a trampoline area. The trampoline area also has a small toddler area to play in, 6 and under. However it's not enforced. The other area has a huge play area with slides, soft balls and guns for shooting the balls. It's a huge play place. That room also has a small kid area attached and there are tables and chairs for parents to sit. I had a 11 month, 3 year old, 4 year old and 5 year old with me and they all loved it and never got bored. At 1pm they closed and told everyone to begin exiting the play area. They have a short break until 1:30 then they open back up. However, if you want to jump again, they charge you. We ended up coming back and paid for each kid, $12.99 per kid and it includes an adult. They then have a jump from 1:30pm-4:30pm then open back up at 5 pm - 8pm. Some advice 1. Book the free jump online and reserve your spot because they do fill up quickly. It was busy in the afternoon compared to the morning time. 2. Get there early so you can jump during the WHOLE time. 3. Bring your own socks that you can use inside. 4. I was invited to a party here at Party Kingdom over the weekend. i was a little confused initially because online it shows closed on Saturdays but i learned it was due to party reservations. Finding the location was a little difficult because it's in a hidden industrial office like space but there was plenty of parking since other businesses were closed on the weekends. it was definitly unlike other jump/trampoline or play places. the reservation was split into 3 different rooms. first was the trampoline and jumper area about 45 min, next room was the play area with slides, soft play and other gaming, another 30-45 min and then the last room was the "party" where food and drinks were to celebrate. this was a perfect mix of play and fun and the staff was amazing at keeping the flow of the party and attentive. the areas were clean and plenty of seating for parents in each area. grip socks are required for adults and kids only issue i had was the bathrooms were quite dirty and could of used more attention. otherwise a great experience and i would attend again for free jump/play if in the area. read more

We came here recently for a birthday party. Everyone was required to wear nonslip socks before entering the rooms. We signed waivers, put our shoes in cubbies near the door, and then waited for everyone to arrive to enter together. We started out in a room with various bouncers and trampolines, and a small ball pit area. Many of the bouncers had really high slides, so many of the younger children and toddlers got scared. I found the balls in the ball pit sticky and pretty gross to touch. After 45 minutes, we got ushered to another play room. This time, it was more like a climbing style gym where kids had to climb upwards, and there were ball shooters, slides, ball pits and more. However, I found many parts of the gym sticky to the touch again. I also found it pretty gross that many of the people wore their socks directly to restrooms, and then back into the play areas. Additionally, employees wore their shoes instead of nonslip socks in areas we were required to wear our socks. After another 45 minutes in the second play room, we went into a party room for pizza. It felt crammed to have 25 kids and their families all crowded in a room for pizza. The pizza was cold and mediocre in tastes. The staff were friendly, but the facility itself could definitely be cleaner. This wasn't my first indoor playground, but definitely the one with the stickiest balls and gyms. My kids did have fun, but I think we will go to other cleaner facilities in the future. read more

I had my daughter's 8th birthday party here. We had over 20 kids attend. The staff were so friendly, supportive, and on top of everything that I can't even express my gratitude enough. They were easy to contact and to speak to real people. Once I was there for the party, they filled the balloons I brought (I provided the helium tank.) I didn't even know they would do that; I was doing myself in the parking lot and they came out and told me they would take care of it. They decorated the room with the decorations I brought so I could greet the guests! They did an amazing job. They kept the timeline smooth and were so gracious. I had my son's 5th birthday party here. It was easy booking everything online for the party package. I received an email confirmation and someone called me the week before the party to confirm the guest count and finalize my food order. Weeks before the party, I called to ask questions as to what I can bring, decorations, etc. The staff on the phone were super friendly and helpful. Likes: -Pay one fee and everything is done for you: decorations, food, set up/clean up. -Two different rooms with various jumpers and things to do for all ages. -The most affordable place I could find for a private party. -Friendly staff. -Good food. -Clean restrooms. Dislikes: -Small eating room. -Have to order food from Mountain Mikes, the restaurant they partner with. Quality of pizza and chicken wings were good but expensive. -Very specific things on what's allowed in terms of decorations. -Annoying online waiver. Why do my guests have to make an account to sign a waiver? The staff assigned to help set up and decorate was not good at decorating, cutting cake, or communicating the time limits of the party. I provided him with the centerpieces and stickers I wanted on the table. The centerpieces were sloppily placed (some tables didn't even have it while other tables had 2-3) and he didn't even bother placing the stickers on the table. I brought two cakes and specified which cake I wanted cut first. He didn't follow my directions and cut the other cake. Due to the poor communication, everything felt extremely rushed. What matters most is that my son had a great time! We enjoy coming here for open jump, too. I would do future birthday parties here. read more

This indoor playground is so fun for my kids age 8 and age 10. I went on weekday afternoon so it was not crowded and very clean. Big trampoline and slides and all different warrior challenges bars and bounce houses. My kids had so much fun! We went there for almost 3 hours. Took the kids to play today and they had a great time! Even though there were A LOT of people (almost too many) so it felt very overwhelming at times. I was under the impression that they had a cap on number of attendees to avoid this issue. Everything seemed clean and well kept. The only issue I had was about safety. They do not administer wrist bands or anything that would help keep the children accountable with their adult. With younger children especially, it is worrisome that someone could walk out with my child. If they could find and use a system to help monitor this I feel it would benefit them greatly. I brought my kids here just before winter break ended. Upon entering the smell was not pleasant. (It smelled like smoke). Nonetheless, we were checked in and asked if we had socks (we did) and that was it! Check in at front desk was seamless, and I was able to use a coupon ahead of time online, AND fill out the waiver. My girls had a BLAST here. They didn't want to leave when it was time. You get 3 hours, we didn't stay the entire time but next time will plan on it. There is a lot to do here within the jumpers and slides and ball pits. It felt VERY CLEAN, and I had no reservations about letting my girls go into each okay area. They do dodge ball here on the bigger trampoline area for some of the older kids. The restroom was spotless and stocked with soap and paper towels. Only qualm is anyone can walk out the door, kids included. There was a young lady walking around keeping an eye on things , but obviously watch your kids! They didn't let us bring in our food that we paid $180 from Olive Garden after the lady who she spoke on the phone said it was ok. The drinks are not cold they don't allow ice. The AC doesn't work right our cake broke apart from the heat. The benches are deformed, broken and hurt when you sit on it. The girl that we spoke with here Julia would not help and wouldn't even give us the manager name. We got a email to contact the owner. I would be careful because people here, online website and the email they sent are not align with whatever the rules are. In the play area they have lumps on the floors. Weekends here are reserved for private parties and weekdays are open play. There are 2 main rooms- the first one has trampolines, bounce houses, ball pits and a zip line. The second is a big indoor play ground you get to be in each room for 45 mins each with your private party, followed by a 1 hour pizza party. You have to bring your own GRIP socks (they do check and there are sock police looking throughout your time there) or buy some for $3. We celebrated our son's 6th birthday here. He loved this playground as well as us. We had a gentleman catering to us and assist with everything here and he was amazing. We did leave him a good tip as well for his amazing work. I totally love how in every step Party Kingdom takes the kids first and makes sure the kids sit and eat first as their plates are already served for them. That is amazing as some parents don't have that concept that all kids should sit and eat first. This part is amazing. The playhouse is pretty big and enough for the kids to completely exhaust themselves with so much fun. I love how they perfectly time everything to keep moving to the next step. The one less star I gave them is because of the room we received. We did the max party of 25 kids and which even then we were almost at max capacity with adults included of 60 people. We ended up getting a small room. This room needs to be totally expanded as it is so small maybe enough for no more than 35 people or max 40. We also ordered food which was pretty good pizza since we like this pizza place. We just wished that Party kingdom would give us more options to oder from other restaurants or let us bring more goodies for the kids then their current policy. In all I loved this location and our son would like to have his 7th birthday here again. We will see how we feel and if we can arrange it to get a bigger room or if they remodel the small room to be way bigger, maybe wider since it's so hard to walk in there. We had my Daughters 7th birthday party here and it was great! So much easier then having it at the house or a park (in the dead heat of July!) All the employees were extremely nice and attentive. The room was set up nicely by the employees I just had to bring Everything. Aiden was our party helper and he did great keeping us on time and played games with the kids. Clean, safe and fun! One of my mom friends told me about this place and we were anxious to go and try something new. This place is tucked away in an industrial area, a little bit hard to find but theres plenty of free parking. The cost is 10.95 per child and the adults are free. It requires grip socks for kids but you can buy a pair there if you dont have any for $2 bucks. This indoor playground is huge! Plenty of space for my 2 year old to run around, climb and slide. Most of the play area is big enough for adults to climb in, so my toddler loves that I can play and slide with her. There's so much to do! You can bring in snacks and drinks to eat at the designated seating area. The staff is polite and friendly and they do a great job monitoring the play area making sure kids are being safe. read more
