Came to this sky zone for the first time today. It is massive inside, the biggest trampoline park I've ever been to. There's a foam pit, rock climbing, and an obstacle course apart from the various jump areas. The floors were pretty dirty around the seating areas. But everything else seemed ok. Bathroom was clean. There are water fountains to refill your bottles. My son had a ton of fun. He did not stop moving for the whole 90 min lol. He did the zip line over and over again, and did everything except for the rock wall. I'd come back to this location again. read more

Went to a kids birthday party here, second time coming to this one. It's really fun for the kids they have a blast jumping and swinging on that rope thing. Also the zip-line is pretty cool!! They have a low one for the smaller kids and a higher one for the taller or older kids. It's really cool all kids like jumping so it's perfect. They have this area that's like an obstacle course which is pretty cool. Each one next to the other is a bit different and challenging to finish. Lol kinda fun, because it gives them a workout and helps with releasing all that energy they have lol. They have a rock climbing area as well in the back where they have a whole area just for jumping as well and this fun running or dance game kids can use their bodies to navigate it or play it. And massage chairs for the parents is a plus LOL although all of them were taken. The birthday parties lasts quite a few hours which is cool then at the end when all the children are tired we go in this freezing cold room where we ate pizza and fruit and cake. They do a good job putting everything together though. The snack bar is actually not bad, they have an icee machine with 3 flavors. They have nachos and cheese which I did eat cause I love nachos lol. They have a small but decent variety of snacks for a good price. 4 stars though cause the ac was on full blast in the party rooms and it's not the cleanest place. Half the workers were nice the other half looked like they were over it lol. It's a fun place to take your kids though that is for sure. The good and the bad. Good: Large facility with plenty of things to do. Trampolines, foam pits, trampolines with basketball hoops, swinging ropes in ball pit area, obstacle courses, climbing tower, arcade games, snack bars, and more. You can rent rooms for a party, buys socks, etc. It is also well ventilated and the employees are also friendly. Bad: it's pricey. In the pit play areas are filthy. It is obvious the staff does not clean at night. Dirty socks on a bench from a previous day, potato chips on the ground EVERYWHERE in the trampoline section of the business. My thought is if the employees don't clean the obvious areas, then disinfecting the important areas are probably not done either. The party rooms and tiled areas were clean and organized. There are plenty of chairs and tables for their guests. Recommendations: At minimum have the staff vacvacuum each morning prior to opening or at the end of each business day. There are also employees standing around who could also monitor the guests at the same time they are vacuuming with a powerless vacuum instead of just chatting with their partners. If they would address the cleaning issue, an additional star would be deserved. read more

My nephew had a party at this location yesterday and needless to say we're never coming back. When we were taken over to the party space I let the employee know we needed a some chairs for our older guest that weren't able to sit on the benches. I couldn't believe my eyes when the guy brought back 2 pre-k sized plastic chairs and said that's all they had available..REALLY! I told one of my family members what happened and the family member went to get us real chairs smh. Now..when he brought over the drinks and pizza, OMG he opened the pizza and started putting it on people's plates with his bare hands...WTF! When I noticed what he was doing I told him to stop immediately and go get some damn gloves smfh! He returned with gloves but I was over everything at this point. He was completely in our way so we started doing things ourselves. Around our time to leave another employee came over rudely might I add to let us know we had a few minutes left so wrap this up..girl what! The time reminder could've definitely been said in a more pleasant manner. To sum things up, some employees need to be retrained on how to deal with customers and food serving safety. One more thing, the bathroom was nasty..broken soap dispenser, tissue, seat covers and wet spots all over the floor..this location is a HELL NO for me smh! Clean things up and do better! read more

An ok trampoline park. Not five star worthy. The equipment was on the older side (still safe but just looked raggedy and old) and the birthday check in was an absolute nightmare. There was not enough staff checking people in for birthdays. There must have been 2 or 3 parties and all of us were in the same check in line being helped by only 2 associates. I would never book a birthday here. It's impossible to get a hold of a manager so you are mostly dealing with minimum wage teens who have no idea what they are doing and seem to have no authority to change anything if you call with issues that need to be fixed. The trampoline sections were fun. I did appreciate the 6 and under trampoline sections. I did feel like this place was geared more towards older kids. But that's ok. Will we be back? Probably not. It's a lot farther than other competitor locations and those are a lot closer to home. Again, do NOT book a birthday party here!! read more

I think out of all the sky zones this might just be the best one. We live closer to the Cerritos location but that one is always packed and kind of too filled up to enjoy the attractions. This one actually had lots of space and my kids were able to enjoy going on the zip line and jumping without bumping into others as many times as they wanted. The price is definitely cheaper here as well (I always do Groupon) and I wanna say it was $50 cheaper than Cerritos. I spent $40 here and near our home I spend about $90 just on tickets alone. Very discriminatory towards special needs children. And their staff do nothing to help children or adults that get stuck and yell for help. Why are they working at sky zone if they do nothing. They scrutinize special-needs parents who have multiple kids. The manager is very fake and calls, children, honey and sweetheart. read more

We took my son here for his birthday and Josh was absolutely amazing with the kids. He was helpful with getting the kids on the zip line and hyping them up to have fun. He also helped grab the swing ropes for the kids when they couldn't reach them. He made the experience very memorable for my son's birthday! This review is for the Anaheim Hills location on Kellog Drive. I hate writing bad reviews about businesses, but as a concerned parent, I felt the obligation to inform and warn other parents about an incident that happened there with my daughter. I was quietly waiting for her at one of the tables while she was playing when she suddenly appeared in tears She said an older boy had groped her after which he said it was an "accident" without even a word of apology. She cried as she told me she felt violated. I immediately called a staff member over to ask her for assistance. I walked over to where the boy was, and when we asked him what happened, he said that my daughter ran into him, and then quickly changed his story in the same breath to say that it was an accident. How would he know it was an accident if it was my daughter that ran into him and not the other way around? The staff member called over the manager, who said that she would review video footage to see what happened. After some minutes, she emerged saying that what she saw in the video was the boy running into my daughter but that it was just an accident and that he had simply walked past her. Not the same story my daughter told me, who said his hand had lingered in appropriately. What infuriates me is that the manager would not show me the video saying that it was against policy. So how do I know if her interpretation of the video is accurate and she is not just acting to protect Skyzone or her own job??? What is Skyzone hiding that they can't share the footage? Additionally, I asked to speak to his parents but apparently, he did not come with any adult. In case anyone reading this didn't know either, anyone 13 or older can come to Skyzone without an adult. They can also sign waivers online without having to prove their identity or age. If you care about the safety of your children, please don't come here. This establishment has no concern for the safety or well-being of its patrons and it saddens me that this boy will be allowed to return to violate other children. Personally, I don't know why Skyzone corporate continues to institute policies that not only harm its patrons but leave their business vulnerable to liability and litigations like this. read more

We've come here numerous times for Birthdays or just for a regular jump play date. Kids love it here. Our local jump spot for kids. The pizza & pasta served here is ok for their parties. It's from Zitos. Restroom and party rooms are pretty clean. Host for parties are also pretty attentive. Currently the Ninja Warrior Course & Zip-line wasn't open 07.18.22 The concession stand area, you must go pay for the items in the sign in party register than go grab your items when we were there on a Monday. During weekend, theirs a cashier/associate at the stands. To get the kids out of the house for a few hours and be active. We enjoy coming here. Came during Glow zone, Sat 7.30.22 and it was crazy mad house @ 8:30 p.m. the line was crazy to check in. During glow zone, you must buy the glow in the dark shirts. An additional cost. Downside. FYI if you're a member. You get 20% off party along w getting 20% off at concession stand. read more

I don't give many 1 star reviews. But sky zone continued charging my card after canceling back in November. Sky zone does not have a working phone number like all the other sky zone locations. I even went in person to cancel and they still couldn't help me. This is beyond frustrating, not a reputable business! read more

This is a great location. It's clean and the staff is friendly. My kids are a little older (18,19, 14), I think coming on a Saturday afternoon was probably the wrong time for them. They're were tons of little kids (under 10) running around. It's a fun environment. read more

I came here because of a Groupon and it was really cheap. Would I come back? Not really. I should have read the reviews before buying it because it really is dirty. I have no problem with teenagers running the place, however my problem is with the staff letting kids sit with their feet up on the food counter service area. There was a really sweaty kid sitting for about an hour and a half directly on top of the glass counter with his feet near the register the entire time I was there, and none of the staff said anything to him. I get it's a place for kids, so it is bound to be dirty, but the floor had trash everywhere and could really use a sweeping. None of their phones go through for calls so don't count on your questions being answered through phone calls :( read more

This location was scheduled to close on 1/31/2025 since their lease was not renewed by the building owner. Our autopay membership was stopped as a result. The on-site supervisor told us in late December 2024 that it would be eighteen months before reopening. We were disappointed that we were not given the opportunity to transfer the membership to the Buena Park location as a temporary solution. read more

My experience was so great at sky zone yesterday! From when I first walked in to being greeted by Vance and purchasing our passes! Explained to me all the different packages/passes sky zone offers and recommended the best one for my cousins and I. So helpful and amazing customer service from Vance. Then to later wanting an icee and dip n dots Alicyn was so sweet!!!! She was so kind and patient with what flavors we wanted! I have never had such an amazing experience at sky zone before! GREAT TIME HAD!!! A Definite wear the kids out kinda place! Would recommend this one for the older crew, like maybe 8 to 10 yrs old and up. I took a 5 yr old, he had a Blast. However, I Totally needed to be in there w/him Every step of the way & Thankfully Parents are Allowed. There were just Mostly older Full Of Energy Much Bigger kids Running & Bouncing All Around. Some or Most of the Activities are made & designed for the double digit crew. Not Even on the same scale as like Kid Empire or Candyland which are a better fit I think for smaller guys. Sky Zone was HUGE!! And, on a Level All its Own!! We will be Back in A few yrs for Sure and I can Chill & Watch and feel more safe when my little is A Litl Bigger! I've been to a few sky zones with my nephews, and I think this is the first time I've been cleaning like this. In some places, even though the sofa overflows with garbage, dust rolls around after leaving it unattended for more than a month, but this place is too clean compared to there. We had a team event here for the kids, and it was great! We'd rather come to this location that's 12 miles from our home, than the one right next to us. The party room was great, and the staff was super helpful. The activities were awesome, they even had Motion, sensing video games! read more

If I had to sum up Sky Zone in one word, it would simply be: CHAOTIC. I've been to many indoor play places over the years for birthday parties, but they usually section people off in groups and move them accordingly for crowd control purposes. Unfortunately, they don't do that here, so it's literally open play for anyone who is there. Because of this, there were a lot of older kids double jumping, aggressively pushing one another, roughhousing, monopolizing certain areas, etc. It can definitely be overwhelming for younger kids, so please be extra vigilant in keeping your kids safe if you come here. The staff does not enforce rules at all and sadly, the patrons won't comply anyway, as I witnessed over 50 people enter the play area through an unmonitored stairwell despite an employee continuously whistling at them. Furthermore, I overhead an employee casually mentioning someone barfed in a communal play space and also witnessed people bringing their dogs into the play area, which was all super unsanitary! If you look closely at the foam block pits, you can tell they're super dirty and never cleaned, which honestly makes me shudder, as I wonder what lurks beneath most of their structures. The bathrooms are also horrific and don't have paper towels, plus one of the two soap dispensers was completely broken inside the women's restroom. So much for cleanliness?!! On a side note, you can't feel the A/C here at all, so make sure you dress light or be prepared to overheat, ugh! On the slight bright side, they do have a concession stand here, so we were able to grab some icees for $4 each to cool off. Obviously most of their food items are overpriced and marked up for convenience. For the most part, this is a fun place, but definitely more busy and crowded than what I'm used to. I must say... the private room for our party at the end was great, as our party host was super sweet and everything was set up nicely! I'm thankful we got to check this place out, but not sure I'd personally throw a party here in the future. read more

NOT clean and TERRIBLE customer service. Overall a frustrating experience! Our son got a weird rash after going to this location. Doesn't seem to be as clean as they claim. They then charged us for a whole other month, we called but they said they couldn't deal with it and that we'd have to email, so we tried emailing but were told "you signed the contract" and that we didn't cancel correctly (that was after emailing a couple of times back and forth already). Each email always took a couple of days to actually receive a response from them as well. I see their responses on other bad reviews, asking for people to email them, my wife and I have both emailed and it has done nothing. Apparently only for show. What a headache! read more

Love the idea of taking my child here to have fun, but I think this place needs employees who actually want to be here and implement the rules. Kids watching kids can end up pretty bad. My child loves coming to play dodge ball, but it is horrible that the employee watching doesn't make the kids play by the rules. Why are they even standing there if they're not going to implement the rules of dodge ball. Maddie ruined kid's future as a D1 athlete. Maddie is a supervisor at this location. My was son (13) was trying to play dodgeball and enjoy his night of fun with friends for his birthday. He came to realize that no dodgeballs were available. We asked Maddie for help, and she proceeded to cuss out my child and call his a f***ing idiot. The altercation escalated quickly. My son cooled down and tried to walk away, but Maddie grabbed him by his shirt and proceeded to choke him out. Not undoing the chokehold, she waited until he passed out and then broke his arm. My kids love this place. Whether for a birthday party or just a good time they always have fun. There is lots of space and many areas to explore. A good time is had by all. Staff is great and parking is ample. Not sure how often they have deals or specials but the summer jump pass seems like a great savings. $30 per kid for an hour of jumping is nice and all but when you have multiple kids it becomes a little pricey. First timer and not disappointed The place was very welcoming! I explained to the young guy that it was our first time and we didn't know the process. He explained we must first fill out " release of liability" forms, then return to the front. After we were walked through the prices and the necessary purchase of socks. ( the socks need a grip feature) we purchased the socks and one hour of jump time. One hour is $26 bucks and the socks are like $5 bucks. The ac and environment as a whole felt very clean, including their restrooms. I appreciate the number of folks they have working at each zone. As a parent I was able to sit back and relax as the kids find stations to play. I will definitely visit sky zone again but in my area. read more

We had our daughters birthday party here a few months back. It was nice since we had our private area, but only for a hours. Not many areas lounge while your kids are playing. If you're fortunate enough to get seats/table then your most likely camping there until your kids are done. Lately we got our daughter a monthly pass and her friends parents have been bringing the group of kids, so thankful for them lol. She's been having a blast everytime she goes, about once a week.
