This place is huge with plenty of different things the kids can do. They got tired really fast. Great place to take the kids to tire them out!

Old socks left from a prior day.

The good and the bad. Good: Large facility with plenty of things to do. Trampolines, foam pits, trampolines with basketball hoops, swinging ropes in ball pit area, obstacle courses, climbing tower, arcade games, snack bars, and more. You can rent rooms for a party, buys socks, etc. It is also well ventilated and the employees are also friendly. Bad: it's pricey. In the pit play areas are filthy. It is obvious the staff does not clean at night. Dirty socks on a bench from a previous day, potato chips on the ground EVERYWHERE in the trampoline section of the business. My thought is if the employees don't clean the obvious areas, then disinfecting the important areas are probably not done either. The party rooms and tiled areas were clean and organized. There are plenty of chairs and tables for their guests. Recommendations: At minimum have the staff vacvacuum each morning prior to opening or at the end of each business day. There are also employees standing around who could also monitor the guests at the same time they are vacuuming with a powerless vacuum instead of just chatting with their partners. If they would address the cleaning issue, an additional star would be deserved.

Kids kids kids...everywhere...bouncing, flying, swinging...expending energy so mom and dad (or guardian) can relax. What can be better than that?! Place is nice and clean. Doesn't smell like dirty feet and sweat like a gymnastics place. Solid choice for a birthday party idea.

We came here for the 3:15-4:15 session. It's seems so hectic and loud lol !! I recommend sign up for their membership, prices seems reasonable and don't forget to save the gripper socks to bring back again the next time around . Thank goodness they have seats for parents to sit . Overall my kids had a blast .

We've come here numerous times for Birthdays or just for a regular jump play date. Kids love it here. Our local jump spot for kids. The pizza & pasta served here is ok for their parties. It's from Zitos. Restroom and party rooms are pretty clean. Host for parties are also pretty attentive. Currently the Ninja Warrior Course & Zip-line wasn't open 07.18.22 The concession stand area, you must go pay for the items in the sign in party register than go grab your items when we were there on a Monday. During weekend, theirs a cashier/associate at the stands. To get the kids out of the house for a few hours and be active. We enjoy coming here. Came during Glow zone, Sat 7.30.22 and it was crazy mad house @ 8:30 p.m. the line was crazy to check in. During glow zone, you must buy the glow in the dark shirts. An additional cost. Downside. FYI if you're a member. You get 20% off party along w getting 20% off at concession stand.

Review challenge 58/365 Day Challenge…read more We frequently visit UA for casual Play dates or bday celebration either it's for a friend or a mini celebration for my 2 youngest kids, this past year. Especially hearing that there's a new attraction SKYRIDER that opened mid September 2025, my son came here w 2 of his closet bud to celebrate his bday. They were so excited to ride the Skyrider, it's a zip line across partial of the park. I highly definitely recommend this indoor playground. It's probably the best one in OC. We've gone to a lot the past years. This place has so much for your kids to do. Met the manager Terry and Sally. They are both amazing and friendly. Always there to answer your questions and needs. Our school Mabel Paine had a day of fundraising here also. UA loves to support and gives back to the community. Love a friendly oriented company. What's awesome is they now have a security here that I love since it's open. Security really nice. The indoor playground is pretty clean and well taken care of. Love the mascot Urbie. He's also cool with the kids. We are regulars here and definitely plan to return. They have great yearly membership at a great value. Must check it out!

As soon as I walked in everything was decorated/setup as I had requested. Natalie was on top of it all - she reviewed my food order one last time day of to ensure all was accurate (we communicated food allergies and she made sure the right pizza crusts/ orders were in place - Thank you this truly meant a lot) . She was so sweet and attentive she answered all my questions and executed the party flow perfectly. Andre did an amazing job getting my guests checked it and set with wristbands/socks. They both were patient and welcoming! They truly made this such an unforgettable fun, smooth and well organized experience for us! THANK YOU!

The little foam blocks were really dirty and I couldn't wait to shower afterwards. I went into the foam pits with my baby brother and I couldn't help but feel really dirty being surrounded by it. The foam blocks need a major refresh or replacement ASAP! The cost to jump seems a little steep, especially if you don't own the grip socks that are mandatory for entering the trampoline areas. I do think that the unlimited jump membership with is worth it because my little brother goes about 1-3 times a week, so he's def getting his money's worth.

Review #975 2026-041…read more Host/Sky Zone Team Member: Grace My son was invited to his Cantonese school classmates' birthday party at Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Westminster Mall on the 2nd level; their 3 birthdays were within weeks of one another (turning 6, 8, 11) so dad decided to celebrate together. It seems like a dead mall with many departed tenants, yet parking wasn't an available as one might think, though we were nearby the closest entrance to the trampoline park. Core attractions include: Battle Beam, Foam Zone, Freestyle Jump, SkyHoops, SkyJoust, SkySlam, Ultimate Dodgeball, Warped Wall, Warrior Course, Zip Line, Toddler Zone; Sky Zone offers trampoline activities from toddlers to adults. Once inside, we completed & signed the waivers at the kiosks, & received their Sky Zone socks. Guests are required to wear their Sky Zone socks, which are provided as part of the entrance fee, in order to play/jump in the park. I don't recall if Westminster follows the Gardena location (refer to Review #478) re: "sky time" reminder stickers & didn't see it on my kids. With the long open hours & large space (though it's feels smaller & definitely more cramped than Gardena), I highly doubt this park gets cleaned/sanitized even though it's been a couple of years since the pandemic lockdown. The OCD in me starts to nitpick areas of stickiness... stairwell railing, foam pit (this raise my hackles the most... I had to pull my son out of the joust pit & felt "moist" foam block... aaugh!!), arcade controllers, joust sticks, etc. This facility also has an unusual musky odor that permeate throughout the facility. \(`0´)/ The ladies restrooms were clean & stocked, though the floors were wet so my socks got wet as I tried to step around the puddles. The kids played an hour before we rallied them back to the party room for pizza, chips, & drinks, followed by birthday cake. Grace was a pretty good host, though not as bubbly as I would have liked; this is a kids birthday party & I feel our host should be perky & friendly in a way that draws you in. She did her job, was nice to all, made sure everyone was served, & helped the family pack up the gifts & leftover food, checking all the boxes; not much of an entertainer host but got the job done right. Assuming most parties are 2-hours & our party room didn't have a booking after us, we stayed a few minutes past the hour & no staff enforced our party's sky time. The kids had fun running around, & the park provided plenty of active entertainment! Free arcade games were dotted around with the newer ones with a wait, particularly the driving ones. A few random machines had controller/joystick issues with a couple dark screens. We were here for a birthday & it's not conducive for team play since there's multiple parties as well as open play, more for individual/paired fun... the only time the kids were together was in the party room otherwise they were in pairs or their little groups. I noticed some older guests that weren't mindful of the younger set in shared spaces, which is concerning for their safety, particularly in the open Freestyle Jump area. Both my kids are old enough that I don't have to be tethered to them, though I infrequently checked in to make sure they're ok & to remind them to be watchful of toddlers/younger kids. Left of the entrance is their food court/concession stand that offers a variety of snacks & refreshments: hot foods (most expensive item is whole specialty pizza for $32), snacks, drinks & Icees with a combos menu that offers some savings; it's pretty pricey for the quantity & quality, particularly for a whole pizza, bottled drinks, & Icees. If you're tired, there's some massaging chairs in front of concession that takes cash. Staff service varies from friendly to indifferent or preoccupied. The mall is closed due to redevelopment & will be demoed for a mixed-use community, hence Sky Zone Trampoline Park is forced to close.

Just from visiting this spot a couple times on separate occasions, I would definitely consider this…read morethe best indoor spot I have ever seen for a toddler. It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.
