I am extremely upset and deeply concerned about the lack of safety at this BounceU location. My child told me that a man approached them inappropriately and asked to see their private area. Right after that, he walked out through the emergency exit -- a door that is supposed to have an alarm for safety. When I checked the door myself, it did not make any sound. This is unacceptable. A child could walk out, or someone could take a child, and staff would have no idea. My biggest fear is that someone like that man could have taken my kids and no one would notice. Families trust this place with their children, but the broken emergency alarm and the lack of proper supervision show that this location is not a safe environment for kids. I hope they take this seriously and fix their safety protocols immediately.

Want a 5 star birthday experience for your child? Then book this location of BounceU. We celebrated my son's 6th birthday with a private party that came with all the VIP experience and no headaches. Shout out to Jennifer and Zachary who were our party team. They made the experience easy and pain free. The set up of the room was so fun and their energy and vibes encouraged the guests to enjoy the facility. The bounce rooms had multiple kinds of Bounce environments for all the ages. Even my 70 year old mother joined in the fun of the super slides. Our guests told their parents "This was the best party ever!" And "I want my birthday party here next time!" Money well spent for fun core memories our child will hold onto for their whole life.

I had my daughter's 5th birthday here. I booked online and later spoke to Nathaniel the manager about the details. I was originally going to do the glow supreme package but after speaking to Nathaniel, he advised me to just add the glow pack to save some money. I had originally bargained for no additional balloons or goodie bags for two 2 Liter sodas lol He probably thought I was weird. We connected a couple days before the party for head count and confirmation. On the day of, he greeted my family and I with a smile. Makayla and Josie were awesome at helping out with set up, serving and breakdown. I volunteered to do a lot of the set up due to me being particular with my dessert table and things. They were always there to lend a hand. All the kids were served by them so the adults could just get their own food. The only downfall was $20 outside food charge per entree. I only charged one for my food since I ordered the pizza through them but it could easily add up for other parties. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. There is no better place to BOUNCE than here. Why? You get private jumping times with just your party goers the entire time. Auto gratuity is tacked on but they all did a super job. Highly recommend this place. Thank you guys!

Came for a birthday party. There is a parking lot right in front of the store. You checkin and sign a waiver. You start in one room with ginormous bounce slides and play areas. They allow you plenty of time. Very spacious. Then later on you move to a second room with more bounce slides. Each room has a shelf for you to store your shoes. Later on you move on to the dining area. The flow was very smooth and staff were friendly and made sure things go smoothly. I would consider this spot for my kid's bday. All the kids...and adults....looked like they were having an awesome time.

Our 1st visit here for a Birthday Party on a Friday Evening. 2.10.23 Party was from 6:10 pm - 8:10 p.m. The concept of the party is we go into 2 different rooms during the duration of the party. 1st room is the bounc house/slides for a good 45 min. Than we go into the 2nd room where it's a Glow in the dark/Cosmic bounce. Pretty cool. A glow in the dark necklace is provided. The lighting was pretty cool. Associate was pumping hand sanitizer for kids to clean their hands b4 walking into the last room. Where we end up in the party room at the end of the party to eat & blow cake. Salad, Alfredo Fettuccine, fruits & papa John's pizza is served. Food was all bland. I'm a fan of Papa John's pizza but for some reason. The pizza wasn't good at all. I ate only half of my pizza & about 25% of my plate. Associates were available and seem to be at every turn. Available to assist especially in the party room Where we were eating at. BounceU is pretty big. Location is really clean with lots of parking right out front. Highly recommend this party spot for kids party.

Great 10th Birthday with the help of Josie and Hailey!

We had my daughter's 10th Birthday at BounceU and I just have to say the two host that ran the celebration for us were phenomenal. Josie and Hailey made the whole party run so smoothly. The kids were all smiles. Everything was organized and they moved the kids along well through the two rooms and the party room. They had so much energy, enthusiasm, and were all around amazing. They set up the party room super quick and they did great taking pictures of the entire event and had kids pose with my daughter for special buddy pictures. They were just an amazing team and I can't them both enough.

This Bounce U is close to us and we enjoy coming here for Open Bounce hours. We were Invited to a birthday party recently and had a great time. They had two rooms for us to play in then we had food in the party room. The kids loved it and enjoyed playing with their friends. The only mishap was some kids got behind some of the structure and unplugged one of the inflatables and when it started to deflate caused a panic but other then that it was a great time. You will have to watch your kids as some of the obstacles are more difficult then others. Check online for deals before you come play. Have fun!

Ask the Community - BounceU Orange

Do they have a toddler area/baby area for smaller kids?

No, we don’t have an area for toddlers or babies, but we do have some ride on toys for our younger guests.

    How many rooms are there?

2 bounce rooms and 2 party rooms

Are the party rooms big enough to fit a party of 50?

I went to an 8 yr olds party of about that size. But, it is a max of 25 kids. The rest were adults that did not bounce.

Where do they cater their pizza and wings from?

    We use Papa Johns...

Is this something you can just taking your child to play? No birthday party just me and him?

Yes, they do offer public play. I would recommend you call the center for hours and details.

Kids love this place as they can run around, go down a slide, and use the tire zipline among the rope climbing areas. I think it's a more physical and interactive space where they can also learn about the wilderness and how we can take care of nature around us versus just running around a regular playground. You can interact with the cast members there and sometimes they have photo pass opportunities here too. For Oogie Boogie Bash, this area is used for the Villain's Grove and during the Xmas season you can meet Santa here or decorate some cookies. It was changed to Tarzan's Treehouse and then in 2023, Disney re-imagined it into a cool new yet retro Swiss Family Robinson inspired theme. It's pretty cool now, and it's worth checking out. There's rarely (if ever) a line, and you need to be able to climb a lot of stairs to experience this attraction. The ground level is ADA accessible, but you won't be able to go up into the treetops if you can't handle stairs. Since there's a ton of climbing, this is a great place to let kids burn off some energy as well. The premise is that you are walking through an "open house" of the family's treetop home. There's mother's music room with an inventive organ and other instruments, sister's telescope and astronomy room, and a cute animal-themed area for the little brother. There are lots of neat little details to discover along the way too, and the whole place feels peaceful and immersive and full of Disney magic. There are lots of water features too, which is calming and is a relaxing way to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy park. This isn't the most exciting attraction, and that adds to its charm. In fact, it IS the treehouse's total charm! That being said, this is much better when it's uncrowded. It isn't fun to be stuck on the stairways here when it's busy, so I would avoid it if you see a ton of parkgoers walking among the branches. The view from the top is fantastic, and it's a great spot for panoramic photos of the park, including the Rivers of America, Frontierland, and Big Thunder. It's a different experience in the daytime versus nighttime, but both are great times to explore the treehouse. Overall, the Adventureland Treehouse is a great hidden gem if you're looking for something low-key and scenic to do in between the bigger attractions. It's not a must-do for everyone, but it's a fun little stop that can add some extra magic to your day at Disneyland.

I responded that this isn't a good testament to their quality. He continued the conversation with a slight bitterness about how children play so I stopped; kids are the main reason for your source of income- you should probably be nicer (I did not say this to him though I wanted to). The quality overall was quite low (everything is plastic!) so we opted to build models instead. The girl who showed us that was enthusiastic and helpful. We spent over 150$ on our custom vehicles; I got cool skull accessories on my truck. This store is better if you want to throw a party than to leave with a toy that will last. It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.
