Came here for the first time with my 6 and 8yo boys. I feel like the sweet spot for this place is 4-6yo. As others have commented, it is a small space. The tiny foyer has cubbies for shoes, but no bench to sit on to take on/off shoes. There isn't much seating for the parents/caregivers and the blue and red fuzzy paper-clip-looking benches aren't comfortable at all. The place looked and felt clean. The boys enjoyed the water area the most and the climbing web. There's a giant inflatable gummy bear near the climbing web, which takes up a good amount of space but the kids aren't really able to play with it so not sure why it's there. It's good to check out at least once or if your kiddos are younger, good for repeat visits. read more

We had the best time today! My kids looooooved the big climbing thing, the water table, the dance room- all of it. Super clean and not over stimulating at all! They even played upbeat adult music and had really good coffee and tea for the parents. Loved that they played oldies for the parents. It wasn't super cheap but labor and everything is expensive so I get it. My kids had a wonderful time. The only thing I wish was different was I wish they would be open until 7 or so on weekdays so I can take my kids here after work and get some energy out, especially in the winter with it getting dark early, I'm always looking for stuff to do in the evenings during the week. They would not get out of it once they figured out how to navigate it. Best to secure reservations that way since the space cannot accommodate that many people. It's better that number people are limited so there is space to roam around and play the toys and attractions inside. Kids loved the new kitchen, the draw on car concept, the make your own bubbles and the water area. Not sure we will come back again but a one time visit is good enough for us. This is an amazing screenfree indoor playplace for kids up to about 8. I love how details were thought out in designing the place. The center is in the same plaza as 99 ranch market. Entry is $35 for a two hour play time but if you buy a 10 punch pass, it ends up being $28 for two hours. The pass can be used for your kids and you can bring friends also. Parents come in for free which was a relief! Two hours is plenty of time to explore each of the different stations and the kids will just have a blast being kids there. There is a quieter room down the hallway for younger kids. They have bathrooms in the back and a coffee/tea station for parents. Also I asked about a snack eating area and you can eat in the back if the kids need a snack but there is no official table and chair situation for you to snack. And in case your kids do not want to leave (which they probably won't), they have a complimentary yummy earth lollipop on the way out. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was upsetting enough that I felt I should share it. From the moment my toddler and I walked in, the woman at the front desk made us feel unwelcome. Her attitude toward us was cold from the start, and throughout our visit she constantly hovered over us, correcting my toddler and telling me what he could and couldn't touch. At one point, she told me not to let him play with a LEGO set because "it's for older kids and he's going to mess it up." The problem wasn't just that comment--it was that she seemed to be watching us the entire time while other families were left alone. I saw other children playing freely without being constantly monitored or corrected, yet we were singled out. As a mother, it was heartbreaking to feel like my child was being treated differently for simply playing in an indoor playground. Based on the difference in how we were treated compared with other families, I left feeling that racial bias may have influenced the way we were treated. No family should leave a children's play space feeling unwelcome or singled out. What a unique, well planned, engaging experience!! My toddler loves going to indoor/outdoor playgrounds with slides, tunnels, etc however Imagine Minds provided a different experience which was amazing! It was really an elevated, beautiful, and fun museum. I wasn't sure if it was going to keep our attention prior to going, however my toddler didn't want to leave once we went! The well thought out water experience, Lego ramp with car build out, Lego City play, and more really kept our attention. Go enjoy the experience as that is really what it is!! Bring the kiddos grippy socks, a change of clothes as they will definitely get wet no matter what you do, and a great attitude and have fun! Went with my son, there was another kid there visibly sick, I mean whole face covered in snot and mucus sneezing and putting things in his mouth. I'm aware of the risks bringing kids to these types of things but I couldn't believe they would even let a kid like that in the space.
