As a small business owner, it is difficult to find a space in Chino Valley for a team meeting outside of the work space. I also love supporting our small businesses in our community. We recently held our annual employee meeting, training and celebration at Infuzion Zone, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The owner was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure we had a safe and welcoming space for our team to reflect on last year's accomplishments and plan for the coming year. The facility was spotless and having access to a private room made our meeting both comfortable and productive. After our meeting, we were able to unwind and celebrate together by playing some classic arcade games, which was a fun and unique perk. We didn't have enough time to play a game of Laser Tag, but we will plan another outing to get our game on. The combination of a clean, well-maintained space and the thoughtful support from the staff made Infuzion Zone the perfect venue for our event. One of the staff members, Elah, explained the game perfectly and made everything super easy to understand. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. Was there for a birthday. Food was ok. The birthday rooms was dark and small and VERY hot we were sweating. Wouldn't recommend this for a birthday for a big crowd. The game card was a good touch and they had decent arcade games. The playhouse at the back was fun for the kids. Their claw machine wasn't a rip off kids actually won stuff so that was nice. This was my second time coming and this place is amazing. The first time I went was for a Mother son date that was done by my son's school. This year they had the event again, the laser tag was so much fun our first round felt more like 40 min instead of the 20. Had so much fun, I seen they had options to do laser tag all day and will be coming back with my younger son and husband. They had a playground area for younger kids but older son took advantage. I was at Infusion Zone yesterday, with a group of 13 adults to play laser tag. Game 1 my vest stops working right away telling me my game was over. I go the vest room, tell the employee, she tells me to change my vest. I go back to the game floor for it to stop working again, this time several others had the ssme issue, the employee said lets reset and start again. We all go back to the game for it to do the same thing. This time the employee figured out the game was set to the wrong game setting and reset the game to the right one, and said we'll start over again. We all re enter the game floor and no issues happen, it was a fun time for all. After a short break, we go in for game 2, no issues for anyone and a great game for all. Another short break. Game 3, we all go back in, this time my gun not working, I couldn't shoot anyone, my vest worked but not the gun. I looked for the employee no where to be found, I had to wslk out to the very front of the building to find an employee, she walks back with me trys the gun and ssid lets change your vest, after confirming that the gun wasn't working. I get back to the floor, and get about 2 minutes of game time before the game was over. I tell the front desk that and she offers me a game card. I told her I'm not from here I live over an hour away, she said you can use it now. I told her but my group is leaving, she said I'm sorry. Nothing else was offered! The game was very fun, but for all the trouble I had, I believe a discounted price should of been offered. The first game had to be restarted 3 times before we were able to get it in. I'm not sure if I would really recommend this place, or go back here. I know I would go to another laser tag place to play. Even at 68 yrs old, it was a great fun. Everyone in our group was in their 60's. Everyone loved playing the game, and everyone said they'd love to fo it again. It was great exercise!! read more

Went here for a birthday party - bought a game card that I did not need - did not use. The lady behind the counter didn't even hand them to me before I realized I did not need them. Asked for a refund - was told they don't do refunds.... they called the manager and the manager said _ THEY DONT DO REFUNDS - did not use, did not even get them in my hands before telling them I didn't need it. This place crazy - don't go here No sign that says no refund anywhere whatsoever. My daughter had her 10th birthday today, and honestly I see why this place has so many 5 star reviews. For the most part, everything went well...but just a few things that didn't sit well with me as a first timer to this place. I felt they dropped the ball on just the little things that could have been prevented. I was about 30 mins late due to street closures, but when I got there I noticed no one had touched the two large bowls of salad that was on the table. Right away I saw there was no salad dressing, and when I tried to ask around for our hostess whose name I believe was America, she was no where to be found. After about 15 mins, one of the staff called her and for some reason she was playing in the virtual reality area. Ummm ok. So when I asked about the dressing, she acted like no big deal. I'm like it's been almost an hour and I have to ask you for dressing which should have been there in the first place...and not to say a lot of the salad would have been eaten, but when I pay that much for a party, can I at least get the person assigned to us be readily available? Am I in the wrong for at least asking that much? My other gripe was the last minute notice I get for trying to get my guests out of the party room. Our hostess literally asked us to leave 5 mins before they had to start cleaning up for the next party. How bout at least a 30min warning? And then a 15min warning? ...and so forth. Had my kids birthday here and had a wonderful time! Worked with the manager Cali (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) to get all the details done and she is amazing to work with, very professional and kind. Elah was our party host and she was wonderful as well! We ended up doing the highest package and renting it out privately which worked out well for our group. They let you decorate and are very accommodating to requests as long as it will follow their policies. The kids had a great time! The place was clean and they were very organized in handling all the activities. Thank you Elah for the handwritten thank you note and special gift, my kiddo loved it! I would give this place a 3.5 So the indoor playground is small, it's a fraction of the Montclair mall's kids empire. I only mention that because honestly it's so small it should be free, you shouldn't have to pay for it but it$12 fee. It's small but $5 would have been sufficient The games utilize a lot of tokens...like 5-6 Avg so a card doesn't go very far. I wish they had some games for 2 or 4 tickets so that you can really use the whole card The laser tag fits a certain number of people so if your come with a small party you will be grouped in with another party which fine depending on the age of your kids. Nevertheless my kids LOVED IT!!! The 20min time is good This spot is cool but small and not a ton of games We paid $150 for a family game of laser tag, $30 game card and the indoor playground. I think $100 may have been a better price Nice place to have in the community though. We would come back but I would plan differently. Miss Viviana was the best!!! I came with my friends for my 26th birthday and she was so funny and matched our energy. She even let us play midnight madness (where all of the lights are off) and it was so much fun. I think I walked into a wall a couple of times. We celebrated my sons 10th birthday here on a Sunday morning and we were very impressed with everything. I had read the service wasn't that great but I actually experienced the opposite. Staff was so nice and friendly and they helped us to stay on schedule with the time frames. All the kids enjoyed themselves and had a blast playing in the jump zone area afterwards. The only thing I would probably request in the future is more time (if that's even possible). Parties come with a 2 hour time limit and we purchased 2 rounds of laser tag but it felt very rushed. I think with 2 rounds of laser tag the party time frame should be extended to 1 hour. I had the adults eat first while the kids played laser tag but it wasn't enough time and I ended up having to rush them out (practically kicked them out) of the party room to make way for the kids to eat. Even though this was a small hiccup everyone enjoyed themselves. All the adults also raved about the food. They enjoyed the pizzas we purchased (supreme, veggie, and pepperoni) as well as the wings and breadsticks. We will definitely be coming back for more birthday celebrations! Oh, and Yami sent a really nice hand written card to my son as a follow up thank you with a coupon to use during free play. That was such a nice touch and not all business do that. Came here as first time visitors yesterday 3/5/25 after reading reviews online. I wish I would have gotten the persons name that helped us! They were fantastic! As first timers we were unsure about what they offered and how it worked, and they talked us through pricing and what they had. We started with laser tag and then did the VR. The laser tag was awesome! It was just me and my daughter, and I can only imagine how much more exciting it would be with more people, we loved it! Next was the VR, we LOVED this. Staff are friendly and kept up with sanitizing the place while keeping it clean. Kids laser tags was fun and the price for the tag was not that bad $11 for 20 min. The indoor playground does cost separate and requires a different wristband for play which I didn't know about until one of staff approached me to tell me. Since the playground looks open and no was monitoring it you figure it's go but it wasn't. Playground is $11 as well but all day. It's great for little ones. Great place overall! This is really more of a 3.5 star review. We had our son's 7th bday here today and it was the first time we've ever been to Infuzion Zone. The good- the kids had a blast with the laser tag! And even the indoor playground was a bigger hit than I expected. The staff were very nice. I'm sorry I can't remember our host's name but she was a nice young lady who was very helpful and polite. Tim was also very helpful and apologetic when things went a little haywire which brings us to the bad.... 2 hours is just way too tight of a window, especially when they can't even get you all of the food that you ordered on time. The pizzas are delivered from a local pizza spot- they are just ok. If you order any extra food (I ordered wings, chicken strips and salad), they are prepared onsite. Unfortunately none of the extra food that I ordered was prepared for our party and thus did not actually make it to us until much later than the scheduled lunch at 1pm. Tim worked really hard to get it out to us and was again very apologetic but it was still frustrating. I had to get the drinks myself because they were forgotten and they only gave us two 2 liter drinks for 19 kids which wasn't even enough to fill up the 8oz cups they have for everyone. There should have been three bottles for that amount of kids. Although there were apologies, there was no offer to rectify the issues so I had to request to use the party room for a little longer so we could actually finish eating. Luckily there was no party right after so they obliged. A party package here is quite expensive so I would expect for everything to go much smoother. I don't think I would recommend booking a whole party here but maybe a group laser tag session then go have lunch elsewhere. *I would like to mention that once you book, your deposit is not refundable. They don't state that online until after you already have paid. I did request the policy prior to booking so I knew what to expect, but I think they should be upfront about that. read more

They accommodated when I added extra players during the party. Clean facility. My only cons are the very small party rooms and that you can not bring outside food only desserts. The workers collaborated with us swiftly and precisely. I enjoyed every single second of the cooperation between services and their patience was high tier. I enjoyed the atmosphere as I felt like I was never at fault, and everything was super fun. I ULTIMATELY recommend their laser tag and VR and is the most fun you can have with friends.
