This was my first and last time here. I came to celebrate a friend's birthday on cumbia night and was excited for a fun evening, but the service completely ruined it. We ordered multiple alcoholic drinks, a beer bucket, and food. The cook was very kind and even made wings for us though he was about to finish -- he was the only positive part of the night. The issue was the bar staff. The bartender was rude from the start. Later, I asked for a simple cup of tap water and was told they only sell bottled water (Arrowhead). I explained I had already purchased food and alcohol and just wanted tap water. Instead of handling it professionally, he whispered to another bartender and directed me to a man behind the bar. When I repeated my request, I was told, "We're trying to make a profit." That response was unacceptable. After spending money there, being treated like a problem over a cup of water was disappointing. I was eventually given a very small cup. I also ran into a friend who mentioned the service here is consistently bad, so this doesn't seem like a one-time issue. If you value respectful service and basic hospitality, I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

The place felt kind of run-down and the overall vibe wasn't what we were expecting. The arcade area especially felt underwhelming, and the games didn't really seem worth playing. My daughter and I went bowling here today and it was lit.....and by "lit," I mean packed like a can of sardines w people who all suddenly discovered bowling is cool again!! There's an arcade w enough flashing lights to make you question reality, prizes you didn't know you needed until you saw them, and a bar w pool tables for when your bowling ego needs a break. Me and my friends showed up here to play some pool and I have to admit the bartender that works here on Saturdays is the most meanest and rudest, disrespectful, angry woman ever!! She needs to find another job, 100%! We asked her a simple question if she can help us figure out how to get these pool tables working because we didn't have the white ball and she just kept giving us an attitude the whole time. I luv this place! The prices are not bad and the drinks are plenty! I enjoyed the party space they had as it is large and can fit a lot of people. The beer prices were standard but you get plenty of choices. The upkeep is clean and still manageable. I will def be back! read more

Worst pool table setup I've ever seen. You have to check out a cue ball from the bar and they don't have enough cue balls for the amount of tables. Bartender was very rude and she didn't tell us we needed to check out a cue ball in advance even though I asked for change specifically for the pool table! $2 per game, this place sucks huge D!! read more

We went there yesterday, and the service at the bowling counter was extremely bad. My son needed to change his shoes because the size didn't fit, and the staff member actually threw the shoes on the floor. It was shocking and very upsetting. So we can play pool we pay for pool table and then they told us that there weren't enough cute balls for the pool table which makes no sense. They have like 10 pool tables here and only about six of them were used, but yet they didn't have enough key balls to play. Then when another couple of guys were nice stuff to give us their key ball when they were like oh here's we're returning the ball. Let them use it. She just shoved them off and I was like hold on don't rush me and very rude. You're looking for a place to bowl and a decent the place is pretty good. Unfortunately, the bowling lane that we were assigned to had some issues with the bowling ball coming out as well as the resetting of pins. If you are a major competitor, this might frustrate you because even keypads got stuck. But if you're just playing for fun, this place is decent with the price range. Food wise is there it is not all that. I will skip wings if you are a fan of chicken wings. It was dry and tasteless. I suppose it was nice they gave a lot of sauces on the side to add to the flavor. Wow, what a hidden gem! Very clean and tidy when entering right when it opened at 3pm on Thursdays! They offer lessons and have a cute little shop to buy bowling balls with unique designs. Jose who worked the snack bar was super sweet and friendly. Immediately said hi and just was super patient as yall know I always have a lot of questions. Kim who worked the front was on her game! Super friendly and sweet despite the how many groups were behind us. We got a lane quickly, got our shoes and bowled our hearts out. The buffalo chicken wings tasted amazing, the cheese pizza my kids devoured lol! Music was a good selection but you can make requests at the jukebox. Bathrooms were clean too! Pricing wasn't bad for 5 bowlers for one hour with shoes I think it was about 56? The bowling balls for toddlers are at the front desk size 6/7 Also they put up bumpers per player if they need it! Went bowling 2/7/26 in the evening with family. Two of us ate chicken tenders and fries. The others didn't eat anything. Less than 24hrs later the two of us who ate there are sick and vomiting. While the kitchen workers are kind, as is the custodian, the manager lady and the man tending the bar leave much to be desired. This is a convenient place to go but it will be the last time we consume any food here. As the other reviews state, it's an older place that is kinda rundown (saying it has a retro vibe is too generous) but it serves its purpose. read more

It's a large bowling alley. There is an arcade, a food area and a bar area. The margaritas were not too good, mostly other flavors other than alcohol. The beers were good. Our family came here to bowl for 2 hours. This place was so dirty, the arcade and bowling balls were filthy. The whole place could use a deep clean. My son is 7 and everytime he picked up the bowling ball he would hold it against his chest to carry it to the lane and after 2 hours of bowling his shirt was filthy!!! I couldn't believe it. Other than it being dirty, my kids still had a blast. We ordered a pizza for the crew and that was really good! Overall the experience was okay. Went in on a Friday night, met some friends for a night of fun, staff was very helpful (first girls night there) got all 7 of us all set up & going. Pizza was delish, wings were yummy. Drinks were on point! Only thing I would've liked was lighter bowling balls for us newbies! This review is just for the billiards, darts, and bar: (we didnt use bowling facilities, arcade, or eat any food) Wasn't busy for a sunday afternoon during a playoff football game. The place is a good size and they have 9 pool tables to play on. They take quarters, its $1.50 a game and you just leave a credit or debit card with the bartender to get a cue ball to play. The tables themselves haven't been re-felted in a while, they have some rips and stains but they aren't unplayable on. For $1.50 you get what you pay for. We brought our own sticks so can't really comment on theirs. The dart boards are for steel tip darts and they have DEFINITELY seen better days (I will let the photos I took speak for themselves) But its also free to play so again, can't really complain. They have darts available to use but we brought our own, so can't say anything about the quality. You keep score with their chalkboard but we use a free dart app on our phone thats much quicker/less messy than chalk (I advise you to download a free app too and do the same). There is plenty of seating in the dart area for taking turns and having drinks. The bar had a good selection of beers on tap from looking at the menu but there were about half of the physical taps that had a little sign saying "out". But they do have a lot of liquors available too to make mixed drinks. Prices weren't bad. The ladies room was not the best, usable, but just a place for quick #1's while drinking. No toilet paper in 2 stalls and no paper towels either because they have a hand dryer. Would come back for a cheap few games of pool and some free dart games and drinks. Just know you're getting exactly what you're paying for. read more

My family and I have been bowling at Chaparral for several years now and we enjoy for the costs and it's not "stuffy" compared to name brand bowling alleys. Customer service is great and friendly. Bowling alley is decent and always has lanes available. Food is what is expected from a bowling alley. Restrooms could use an upgrade! Live band performances on Friday/Saturdays. Chaparral 300 doesn't disappoint. You save $$$ here and have always a GREAT time. read more

Waited over an hr for our pizza which in the end was still undercooked. Once we tried to go eat it as a family I the pool table area we were told our kids were not allowed. We been here many times And this July we been here 4 Sundays in a row since all our family birthdays are July Last Sunday Aug 4th We played 2 games 6 of us like always We paid our usual 2 games that we always do $115 to $122 depends if we buy socks After our game we proceed to check out we already heading out and we noticed a sign saying Wednesday and Sundays $3 per game plus rent shoes Which we said oh wow why we did not get that promotion I was already like its ok next time we go we tell them but my wife said we should ask now since we are always here I said ok We went and this lady already had an attitude while my wife ask why the promotion was not given to us I love this place all the crew are nice to us While this supposedly manager had aggravated attitude towards my wife while i listen to her talking and telling my wife that we are complaining after we played the game and the promotion was only on Wednesdays Which got my attention so i went and told her i have the picture on my phone that states Wednesdays and Sundays and i told her we need to talk to manager which i did not know that she was the manager i asked her what is her name and she immediately told me me she refused to tell me her name At that point i told her if you are yhe manager why do you act like we are committing something illegal and then refused to tell your name which is shady to me you guys no name tags or anything so we can not identify you when we complain The workers are great except this lady manager So i told her never mind its already done its fine but as a manager you should promote what you have in special and let patrons pay full price then when patron found out you have all kinds of excuses This manager or maybe owner does not deserve to be on her position because of your patrons you gain what you have now Now i see yelp reviews of this place All bad All our good times here are gone now because of this Manager lady whoever you are Hope this review helps other patrons next time Its not the money its the principle Then giving us an attitude like we don't deserve to be there anyway read more

Great Spot ............. If you want to bowl!!!! The atmosphere is great. They also play great music.!!! They have a lot of lanes and the food is good, they also have alcoholic drinks besides beer...."they do not have hot tea" but for the most part it's a great place to go with the family or perhaps on a first date. read more

If I too could choose a Negative rating, I would! Me and my best girlfriend went here to shoot pool and have a beer on Saturday night. The supposed manager of this spot, sporting an Orange Beanie tonite, on 1/14/2023, refused to share his name with me after I reported to him directly that a male patron was aggressively encroaching on the pool table that my friend and I were playing on. We are both in our 60's and this male patron was a younger man. While I was in line to get a beer for us this male patron took our cue ball that we had to put down a credit card to attain.... The "Manager" refused to do anything to remedy the situation and instead offered to return the credit card for the cue ball and waive the fee. He could care less that a male patron was aggressive with a female in his establishment . It's disgusting. We will never return to such an unsafe environment. read more

Came here the weekend after thanksgiving. The place was almost completely empty but the lady at the front desk couldn't be bothered to do anything. When I approached the desk she was on her phone so I waited politely until she raised her head. But she quickly went back to her phone. So I spoke up and said I would like to rent a lane and rent shoes for a few people. It felt like I was inconveniencing her by being there trying to bowl. Later on my sister showed up and asked to rent a lane but was treated the same way. We were on lane 19 and in an hour the lane broke down 4 times. Each time it broke we had to go to the front and ask the same grumpy worker for help. Each time the lane broke we lost a few minutes but were never given more time for our hour long lane rental. Every other frame, the number 6 and 9 pin were missing. The alley has no oil on it and appeared to not have been cleaned for a very long time. The quality of the bowling balls Here is below the average. This was the poorest experience I have had at a bowling alley ever. Poor service, high prices, and broken pin setters. We will never return here and would rather drive a further distance to avoid this place. read more
