I went to ojos locos yesterday Jadyn gave fantastic service. She greeted me as soon as I was seated and immediately brought me my drink order. Food came out promptly and I did not have to wait. Very large bar!!! As a guys who only sits at the bar this is by far the most amount of open seats I've seen at a packed happy hour. They're definitely the best sports bars in the area nowadays, and luckily expanding, but still haven't made it to the SFV yet, but it's still worth my drive to one of the locations. This location will probably be our spot for Super Bowl, but the girls aren't sure if there's going to be a coverage charge or not. The one in Downey did not have a cover charge last year. The locs all have a lot of room to move about even when busy, the food is good, the bereaved are aplenty and the staff is sexy as advertised, but also professional, polite and proficient at providing service quickly when you need anything. read more

Customers should be more important than TikTok dances or streaming. Or do them separately. I left after a single drink. Which was empty for 5 minutes while I was just waiting to pay. What a disappointment, both times me and my wife had gone , first time going they brought us our beers with a broken mug at the top of the rim , I asked the waiter if we can get a different mug and she left and 20,30 min go by and never came back , we had a tall pitcher so the drink was getting warm waiting we hadn't even ordered food yet, so we canceled the pitcher because I didn't have a mug to pour it in and left. Few months goes by and we decide to try a Second time so we went lastnight and we sat at the bar and the bartended/waiter Dee was taking long to take our order but we eventually got our drinks , so my wife ordered food and the waiter Dee just kept talking to the other waiter and took my wife's order and printed the receipt completely forgetting to ask me for my order so I didn't even order anything. We went here on a Friday night! I want to check out all the hype. Plenty of parking. Restrooms were clean. The place is pretty big inside TVs everywhere you can even get your own little booth with the TV.! it's definitely a sports bar! They have a lot of beer and alcohol there. I didn't get any alcohol beverages, cause I wasn't up for it. But I can tell you there were a lot of men there. Hahahah oh yeah, it's a sports bar.! all the ladies that work there are super nice and friendly! And I can tell you they're way prettier than Hooters ! They always keep checking up on you if you need anything! As far as waiting for the food, it did take forever. Our taco plates came first and it was cold, but we didn't make a big deal. The Smashburger came out hot and was amazing! What made me confused , I was a little shy to ask was we got the taco plate and we got Carne Asada. I wasn't sure why they charged a dollar extra for each taco. I'm not sure if it's because we asked for Carne Asada, but it wasn't a big deal. They did have security there. I was a little bit disappointed because they don't have that much food on the menu but then again it is a sports bar. We'll definitely be back when football season starts! I can't tell you when the waitress started to take our order (by the way she was super sweet) she went by my husband to take the order haha, and he backed off a little bit and saw that. The Good.. the service was great and beers nice and cold, fast service and friendly staff once you got past the part you will read at the bottom of this review. The Chips and Dips trio was great but you do need more chips! The Bad.. Shrimp tacos just don't it's not like legit shrimp one would expect it's simply the small "salad" shrimp this would be much better with average size shrimp like 3 or 4 can make a nice shrimp taco, get them nice and red pink and garlic buttered up... but i get it who actually goes for the food? lol The Ugly.. The amount of "security" in plated vest is entirely unnecessary this is a restaurant and the location and city isn't this "bad" as a business man coming in after work I felt like I was walking into a prison to see an inmate or maybe I was the inmate.. going to the bathroom there is one standing outside, coming in I'm frisked and wanded, inside there was 4 plus walking around.. I went out to my car and trying to get back in was a hassle, more wands and the security guy acting tough with interrogation, again it's a restaurant fellas calm down. I'm not sure I'll return if it's this way all the time it just didn't feel inviting nore comfortable at all...
