My family and I just came today first timers and we had SO much fun! Even my one year old had a great time. The owner was absolutely amazing so welcoming engaging with us in conversations with all of us, she even gave the kids some popcorn. We'll definitely be coming back. Great family night activity.

Sad to say but I wasn't a fan of this claw arcade for a few reasons. It wasn't busy with other customers on a weekend night which was a worrying sign. After walking in we found a third of the machines were empty and the rest were running low on prizes. As for the plushies themselves, they mostly were random animals/items (mahjong tiles, guitars) and characters (monkey king). It didn't really entice you to play there. While it was only $1/play for everything, honestly I'd skip this one and go elsewhere. read more

Found this place while trying to look for things to do nearby a friend's place. They are currently doing a soft opening, so it's pretty peaceful inside. They have a cute wall for photo ops and tons of toy options to win including Sanrio and Pokemon. One of the unique things about this place is there's shopping carts to put your winnings in, which is super cute. My only con for this place, which goes for a lot of these new, claw-machine focused shops, are that the toys can look SUPER cheap and have the plastic bits on it from ironing on the patches. I wish staff would trim that part or make them look not overly squished or dinky. read more

We have been to many claw machines places and I can tell you with certainty that this is the WORST one! Tried every single machine and their claws would grab and let go of the prizes right away. The claws don't have much power to them at all. Chance of winning is very close to 0. Paid $30 for 33 coins and we left with 1 prize. And we are pretty pro at this. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! So disappointed with how this place has set their machines. It was nice at first. There was a chance to win. I figured because they had whatever quality toys it was profitable for them to let you win more. Now the machines are highly rigged. I can't post the video but the claws open. You can clearly see in the video when the claw opens after grabbing the toy and moving up. Unless they can admit the claws are set to not do that once it has been fed more money please don't waste yours. read more

There's bowling available, karaoke, and a food area in between. Entrance is accessible through the mall or through the parking lot. Parking is free, plentiful in a sizeable lot for the Puentes Hill Mall. I've had my R1 card for over a decade and I've seen them have many collaborations over the years, most offer different collab plushies, and when you refill your credits, you usually get a extra reward from it. (etc: keychains, various merch, tumblers, and sometimes even a different R1 physical card) If you're a big fan of arcades, this is the spot to go. My partner and I always come out with 5+ plushies every time and it's to the point where people be staring at us for having so many plushies. Some of the claw machines though are a bit tough, to the point where it does feel a bit rigged as it's coded differently. My favorite are the triple claws rather than the dual claws, they're definitely better in terms of catching plushies out. Besides the claw machine, there's a variety of games machines in the back. They consist of racing, dancing, sports, RNG games, etc, all in the fun of the games. Some games give you tickets where you can redeem points from your card to get extra rewards, take it like a points shop. Overall, a very fun, spacious, and considerably expensive spot. You have so much fun in here that the time passes quite quickly. R1 is pretty clean and they have a great amount of staff that are able to assist you accordingly. Great spot overall.

We ordered our tickets ahead of time and so we walked in pretty much instantly. The concessions up front was good, with the usual offerings. The popcorn station had the butter bar, but they didn't have the flavor shakers like some other theaters have, which was a bit surprising. Theater seats were reasonable and fairly comfortable. They weren't the recliner ones we hope for, but it worked out. Restrooms are clean and lots of parking available.

The hand dryers are rusting, deteriorating and starting to fall apart, which looks and feels nasty. Other than that, it's a great place to catch a movie.

What was important was the movie experience. The screen was large and clear and the surround sound was adequate. It might be the latest dolby/thx specs for the average movie goer it still does the job with nice surround separations. In the end there were no hiccups during the watch. everything looked and sounded fine. For $8-9 a ticket I have no complaints. If you still want to experience going out to the movies without the crazy prices, SUPPORT THIS THEATER. The staff also were nice on a random middle of the week day.

Cinemark was always gracious to us for anything when they owned the theater. no so much with Maya Cinemas they lack on customer service period! next time im going to Harkins in Chino Hills i highly recommend you do the same. this place is on a budget and its not to service the customer...

If you love plushies, this is THE arcade for you! Almost every machine here is a claw machine filled with the cutest plushies ever. There are all kinds--big ones, small ones, rare characters, and some that are just too adorable to resist. The best part? The machines are actually fair! It's not one of those impossible-to-win places. With a little skill (and maybe some luck), you can walk out with an armful of plushies. The whole place is super clean and well-maintained, and the staff is really friendly. It's honestly such a fun and cozy spot, especially if you're a plushie collector.
