We started with cocktail bites, including a braised short rib bite, lobster bisque, and a shrimp bite with mango salsa. Then, they served a butter lettuce salad with pecans, cheese, and a Dijon vinaigrette, which was refreshing and light. Prime rib - 4.5/5, it was cooked PERFECTLY! A thick, generous cut with an excellent medium-rare doneness. It could have used a little more seasoning, but the horseradish cream sauce paired great with it. Creamed corn - 5/5, my favorite side. I love corn and this side's sweetness complemented the rest of the meal. Yorkshire pudding - 4/5, was surprisingly large! It was well made, I'm just not a huge fan of it. They were running a special I felt like I couldn't pass up even though it meant a lot more eggs than I can eat in a reasonable amount of time. $15 for 100 large brown eggs! I ended up giving a lot away to some friends so they didn't go to waste, but such a great deal. Their regular prices are more than reasonable as well, but depending on where you're coming from, you just have to make the drive out there.

They don't really offer much customer service here, especially if you don't speak Mandarin. I have witnessed customers struggling to get help from the non-English speaking Staff. The overall, I rate 99 Ranch Market in Chino Hills a 6/10.
