This is not my first time at a claw machine establishment but I truly enjoyed it like all the others I have visited. First, the employee (owner?) at the front was absolutely the sweetest. Explaining everything to my friend since it was her first time trying a place like this. It's a great place to waste an hour with friends or family. Kids would absolutely enjoy it. It is small, smaller than any other claw arcade I've been to but their point system is better than others I have seen. You have 2 options: 1. Keep your prizes 2. Trade in your prizes for a better prize behind the counter. Including but not limited to Pokemon cards and the current popular needohs. Not sure if they have a point system where you can turn in your plushies and save points, I didn't ask, but if I were local that would be an awesome option. Need help with a machine, they oblige you in any way they can. Making it easy for the smallest to oldest person playing. The establishment is cute, love their little stuffed animal photo op in the front. I would say if anything a better range of toys that are popular would have been more enticing to spend extra coin. Great business owner, very knowledgeable, gave us pointers on how to use to the claw machines, and was very accommodating with swapping out plushies for different ones that were won from the same machine. Affordable token packages and they also have monthly plan Claw Machines: they have a variety of keychain and medium size claw machines. They also have different games like the spinning clip and 10 second game. I felt the claw strength was very fair and the claws have grips, which is a good sign. Prize Trade Wall: Wide selection of plushies, blind boxes, anime figures, PopMart, Labubu and I think I even saw a Nintendo Switch 2! You can trade you plushie in for points and you can save up over multiple visits Customer Service: Their staff and owners are very friendly! They walk around and restock the machine and customers if they need help. Cute and perfect little date idea! We got finished eating frozen yogurt across the street and wanted to have a cute activity!!! Once you come in you get greeted by Jesus who was the owner of the place! Tokens were cheap and one coin was per machine and owner can switch the prizes as long as it's from the same machine! We made a visit yesterday, It is a smaller arcade but we loved it and it was perfect for my autistic son. The galaxy and planets theme was sooo cute.
