Cute and perfect little date idea! We got finished eating frozen yogurt across the street and wanted to have a cute activity!!! Once you come in you get greeted by Jesus who was the owner of the place! Tokens were cheap and one coin was per machine and owner can switch the prizes as long as it's from the same machine! The plushy wall was adorable and really perfect for a picture! It was a small claw machine place but the vibes and prizes were worth it! Owner gave us tips and tricks on how to make it easier for us! They have labubus for trading, skull pandas, and bigger and cute prizes! Will come back again when I'm out here again!

We drove all the way from South LA to come visit this place. Smaller than we had anticipated, but the kids had fun. Great business owner, very knowledgeable, gave us pointers on how to use to the claw machines, and was very accommodating with swapping out plushies for different ones that were won from the same machine. A good hour to spend for some quality fun especially if you have kids.

This place is every kid's dream and honestly... kind of fun for adults too If your kids love claw machines, this arcade is a total win. The machines are bright, clean, and actually winnable (which is huge). Tons of cute plushies, toys, and prizes that kids genuinely get excited about not the usual sad keychains you see elsewhere. The atmosphere is super kid-friendly: clean floors, good lighting, and a safe layout where parents can relax while the kids play. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when little hands needed help redeeming prizes or figuring out machines. We loved that kids could walk away feeling successful instead of frustrated. Perfect spot for: Birthday outings Weekend fun Quick reward after a good week We'll definitely be back. Just be warned: your kids will NOT want to leave

Store owner (I believe) was soooo friendly and amazing !! He taught us how to play specific games that weren't claw machines and overall the vibes were fun! Shop had amazing music and good clean vibes and the prices were super affordable! I kept wanting to play! 1 Token per play would come back here!

We had such a fun experience at Galaxy Claw. The machines are FILLED with so many different prize options like Pokémon, Disney, one piece, Sanrio, etc. the machines are extremely fair and easy to win. Go for a fun afternoon. Highly recommend and will be back.

Had a great time tonight with my gf! Jèsus was very kind. I bought $5 worth of tokens and he kindly gave another to tokens when he saw we only won 2. Also let us exchange our prizes for ones we liked. Easy games to win! Definitely coming back

A GREAT TIME FOR ME... BUT a NIGHTMARE FOR MY POCKET! I'll admit I'm a massive fan of Japanese pop…read moreculture and vocaloid, so I'm the demographic for this establishment. Hence, it's easy to drop $70 and only end up with ONE small Kaito plushie from the Round One x Vocaloid collaboration. I realize not all are ready to commit to splurging, but get ready. Especially if you have KIDS! There's a feast to the recreational senses when you enter. I immediately gravitated towards the claw games. Note, the claw games are tough, I had to look up YouTube strategies and I still only ended up with a small prize from a smaller crane. I'll be back soon for Kaito's friends! If you're big on crossovers, Round One is constantly partnering with big names like Holo Live and other anime brands/titles. Sanrio is another major contributor, some plushies and prizes are even exclusive to Round One! I spotted cups, keychains, and much more. Now, Round One also offers bowling, karaoke, 99 cent ice cream, and arcade games. Thankfully, I went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't bad at all. No one was hogging up the activities and people were civil. I thought the experience was quite calming and sobering. I spent 20-ish mins inside during a quick stop at the mall and I already want to go back... when I get paid! Fun ambiance!

Usually there are instructions showing how items should be positioned in the machines, but this time there were only reference photos inside the machine. I asked an employee if they could reposition an item (something I've never had an issue with before), and the interaction felt pretty rude. They told me, "You shouldn't look at the reference photos, those are for employees." They attempted to reposition the item, but honestly just placed it back in basically the same spot, so it didn't help at all. It was disappointing because I used to enjoy coming to this location. I don't think I'll be returning since I don't want to feel like I'm inconveniencing staff just by asking for help.

We went on as many rides as we can, my son is too short for the bigger rides and unfortunately my nephew is too tall for the kid rides. I couldn't believe how much fun it was when there isn't so many people crowding! A few rides weren't working at the time or they said it's been closed such as the gravity one, sawmill, and a boat one that was covered with a tarp. We had so much fun at the arcade, the prizes are the same as any ticket prize location, lots of games and on a hot day it's such a nice place to sit and relax. We didn't try the mini golf or the buccaneer water play area, it wasn't crowded so we definitely could've gone but we stayed at the rides and the arcade. The only downside is we cannot bring any outside drinks or food, we weren't sure if they would allow us to bring dietary restricted foods if we mentioned allergies or intolerances, but we were fine without our snacks.

The kids were going nonstop and were EXHAUSTED by the time we left! When we first got there around 3pm on a Sunday it wasn't too crowded and the kids had free reign to go everywhere without waiting. By the time we were leaving it was starting to fill up, so I'm glad we went earlier in the day. This place is clean, has plenty to do, and most of the staff is pretty friendly. As an observer, make sure you bring a sweatshirt because they keep it pretty chilly in there on account of everyone running around and getting sweaty! I was a little annoyed that we couldn't bring in waterbottles (metal refillable ones, not plastic one use bottles). The girl made me take them back out to my car. I understand they want to make money, but seriously for as much as I paid for the 2 hour pass... on a Sunday (I recommend going on a weekday... much cheaper) and had to buy socks, the least they could do is let us bring our own water. I understand no outside snacks or food, but c'mon. Sometimes I just don't understand why these places can't just let you go and have a good time without gouging you completely. All in all, the kids had a great time. We will come back...just not on the weekend! Haha!

From that moment on he was so excited about his new ball that he forgot about the new sock trauma ‍ As he was playing and running around he was enjoying pushing buttons on all the crane machines (we didn't buy tickets to use). Another employee came by and scanned his badge so my little boy could actually make the machine move and get a prize! Everyone there was so compassionate and helped make it a truly great experience for my little guys first time. Highly recommend this place! We are from out of state but if I lived in the area I would definitely buy a season pass!
