My 8yr old son loves learning! I signed my son up for the tech stream center after unsuccessfully looking around my area I found this place. We drive about 40 minutes for his class. There was nothing like this near where we live so the drive is worth it... Wish we lived closer to do the after school classes. The teachers are young and energetic and are very involved with the kids. My son says Saturday is his favorite day because of his tech classes and also of course the ice cream we get afterwards. The school has many different classes for coding and even robotics at times. Hope to bring him back for years to come as I think beyond knowledge of coding t he classes help with problem solving and group learning as well. read more

My 8-year old son has gotten really into STEM-focused content at school, so when his teacher gave us a flyer for one of The Tech STEAM Center's weekend workshops he was adamant that we sign him up; and this place didn't disappoint! It was $125 for a 4-Saturday (1.5 hour each) coding workshop and he's creating his own first-person shooter video game. For a Saturday morning he is so happy to get up and go, but leaves even happier after spending time doing something he loves; the drop-off environment also gives him the autonomy to embrace his independence. The staff are amazing, my son loves the teachers who provide one-on-one support during class time, and the environment is absolutely welcoming, professional and friendly! I would recommended this place to anyone with a kid who loves technology, video games, robotics, or just likes to know how things work. They have after after school programs, weekend workshops with different topics every time, and a ton of learning opportunities for the kiddos!! read more

After attending a robotics after school class at his school, my 8 year old begged I enrolled him into a robotics class. I came across the The Tech Steam Center online and decided to give them a call. They had my husband and I go in, walk the center and meet some of the instructors. This is his second month attending the Saturday workshops and he loves it! He worked with KODU last month and on his last day, was able to save his game to a usb and is now working with SCRATCH. If your kid is into gaming he will love it here! read more

This is a wonderful center for introducing kids to coding!!! Their methods keep the kids interested and excited about learning.

This summer camp is a good place to bring your kids for extra curricular activities that delve into coding, 3d printing and computers in general.
