My son started just after he turned one and I realized after a couple times, I wish I would of started him sooner. He has a severe light sensitivity so pools and water usually make him nervous because of his vision impairment. It took him a couple classes to adjust to the pool but the peer interaction really helped and Ms. April took a gentle approach which made him adjust to the water faster. She makes him feel comfortable to try new things in the water and learn techniques in a fun and playful way. He's all about the songs and toys! We really enjoy the time spent bonding as a parent as well with him in the water. We now have another boy who is about to turn one and with our son advancing his abilities in the water, we plan to start our youngest! The unprofessionalism and lack of organization is really disappointing. Some of the details are: - She messed up our schedule and had us at the same time with another kid which she keeps insisting that she did not, but she had no clue on our first day that we were supposed to be there at 1pm. She thought that our schedule is at 10am, and I think that is because I texted her around 9am that morning asking for the address. She might even have no idea that we are coming that day since I never heard anything back from her 2 weeks before after I paid her in full. - Her teenager assistant rolled her eyes to us and openly showing how irritated she is with my kids, and Marjorie letting it happen under her supervision (she defended her saying that she was just like that because they never had a student who got sick before). Both my kids never had any swimming lessons before so I'm not really expecting for an immediate result. However, I am expecting that they will have patience with them as I assumed that they are professional kids swimming instructors who would know how to properly deal with kids. Unfortunately, that's not the case. - After telling her that we would like to cancel and requested to refund our remaining credit (we paid her in full for the 8/30mins sessions for 2 kids), she won't answer or return our call anymore. I've been calling her using my cellphone for days with no avail. However, when we tried calling her again using another phone where the number is blocked (just few minutes after I called her again and left a VM using my CP), she answered immediately. - just an additional info for everyone: the address for the swimming lesson is NOT 975 Canyon Crest Country Dr. as stated here in Yelp. The "lessons" are done in a residential house in Chesterfield Rd, Riverside - I have to mention this as the first reason why we chose Crush Bubbles here in Yelp is because of the distance from our house and it was a let down that the location was actually about 20mins farther. I already paid when I was told about the address so we decided to just continue. As of for now, It's already been more than a month since I've been asking her to refund us with our remaining credits or the days that was not used. Unfortunately, all I've been getting so far are excuses. It's a cute little place for kids with a lazy river, three slides, a toddler area, and a wave area. I was excited to find somewhere that was a little more convenient and purchased 3 season passes. Unfortunately, we were only able to use the passes twice. When I originally asked the girls working at the front desk about the schedule, I was told that the park would be open Monday through Friday through the end of August. Based on that information, I felt comfortable purchasing the season passes because I knew my other kids would be coming back from vacation and we would have plenty of opportunities to use them. That ended up not being the case. The park was closed multiple times for private events, and then the schedule changed. I eventually called to check whether they were open and got a voicemail saying that they would now only be open on weekends until Labor Day. I emailed the park because I was disappointed and explained the situation. Unfortunately, I didn't feel like they were very helpful. I was basically told that the calendar had been posted since the beginning of summer and that it was my responsibility to check it. The problem is, I didn't even know there was a calendar to check. I was given information directly by the employees at the front desk that the park would be open Monday through Friday through the end of August. If someone had told me, "Our schedule can change, so please check our online calendar before purchasing," I absolutely would have done that. In fact, if I had known the actual schedule, I probably wouldn't have purchased the season passes in the first place. Because of the closures, private events, and schedule changes, I was only able to use my pass twice and couldn't use it when my other kids returned from vacation, which was the whole reason I purchased the passes. I think it's a cute little water park and could be a fun option for younger kids, especially if you're looking for something smaller than the big water parks. But unfortunately, the way this was handled left a really bad taste in my mouth. I completely understand that schedules can change and private events happen. What I don't think is fair is telling customers one thing when they're purchasing passes and then essentially telling them afterward that they should have known to check a calendar they weren't aware existed. I'm sure three season passes aren't going to make or break the business, but as a customer, I definitely feel like I got screwed over for simply trusting the information I was given by the employees.

Going to the left is where the tower and bridge are. Have fun!

This is my childrens second year with Infant Swim Resource (refresher course), and I could not be happier with the outcome. Not only did they retain the majority of what they learned last summer, but they improved their survival skills this summer and seem much more confident in their abilities. My children are 2 and 4 years old and know to swim, float on their backs, and look for the nearest exit when in the water. This class is a necessity for anyone with young children that live in Southern California, because chances are good they will be exposed to water at one point or another and you might not always be there with them. The staff are so attentive and professional. I always felt I could go to them with any questions that I had. I truly feel that sending them here for preschool gave them a great foundation for when they started TK and Kindergarten. Both of them are now in 1st and 3rd grade attending the after school program here. I love their after school program because they get their homework completed and also still do fun activities. I know when I leave my kids here they are safe and taken care of!! And the best part is: THE KIDS LOVE IT HERE!! Thank you Ms. Amanda, Ms. Natalee, Ms. Crystal, and Ms. Sylvia for running such an amazing program!

My son has such a great time learning Jiu-Jitsu and doing dance and body movements. Barbara offers so many different classes and even one on one classes. The staff is extremely nice and professional and they have certifications in special ed, which makes me feel so so so good. My son leaves happy and his mood is better for the day and he's even gotten a lot more patient. I highly highly recommend this facility with barbara. Great great way to get your kids active and interact with other kids. This has been wonders for Dean I highly recommend.

It's a warm, welcoming environment where the staff genuinely cares about each child. The teachers and staff are very attentive to our kids' individual needs and do a great job keeping us informed about how they're doing day to day. One moment that really stands out to me is seeing my son hug both his teacher and the director every morning at drop-off. I never would have done that as a kid, and to me, it says everything about how safe, comfortable, and happy he feels there. Our children feel secure and supported, and it shows in both their confidence and their learning. As soon as our youngest is old enough, we plan to have all four of our children enrolled here. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the environment or the results--our kids are already reading and doing math at a more advanced level than many of their peers. We're incredibly grateful to be part of this school community.

My daughter is naturally shy and wasn't talking much but after just a few weeks, her speech accelerated and can tell that her confidence, motor and social skills were developing! All of the teachers and admin made her feel so comfortable and gave my mama heart peace of mind that she is well taken cared of. I'm very grateful for her teachers especially Miss Elizabeth who went above and beyond to care for her as she got acclimated. I really appreciated the updates of my daughter's progress and I even credit her for potty training my lil one!! Miss Tyra is absolutely amazing as well and was ready to comfort my lil one during the hard mornings. I researched several schools and not only is RIVMA competitive in tuition, but it has better operating hours, a proven curriculum that supports all of the kid's learning modalities, it's kept clean and has a great security process for pickup and drop off with their app. The owner, Dr. Chandrapala genuinely cares for the school, teachers and kids. My nephews went to this school (one going to college now) and my neighbor's kid also went here. All great kids and results of the school's strong foundation. The school not only fosters a love for learning, but also respect and good manners! I still don't know how they get all the toddlers to sit nicely and take naps ! Bottomline, I HIGHLY recommend this school! It's an investment to our kid's foundation and future and one of my best decisions as a mom

Rather than communicating openly with parents about minor marks or asking simple clarifying questions, they escalate situations unnecessarily without exercising basic judgment or professional dialogue. Parents trust a childcare facility to be a partner in their child's care, but the management here lacks transparency and creates extreme stress for families. The director has a Terrible attitude, cuts you off, and is rude. Look elsewhere if you want a facility that actually communicates and works professionally with parents.

This is ACRO GYMNASTICS so no balance beams, and some people don't seem to understand that there is a difference. I love that it's family run, the person at the front desk is her mom and yes she's older so she deserves patience. It seems like some people don't know what it's like to run a family business. I highly recommend this location to anyone who doesn't want their child to be just another kid in a class of 20 or more, I've seen so much progress in my daughter in such a short time.
