Was skeptical about booking for my son's 3rd birthday for 46 people (26 kids) it was the cheapest option so I went for it & so happy I did!! Great customer service/friendly & for an indoor playground its on cleaner side.. love this place!!

Love love love to bring my kids here for play time!!! Prices are very reasonable and the place itself is very clean and staff is very friendly!!! Thanks Jump n Jammin!

This place is definitely worthy of every single 5-star review it has. Wanted to take my nephews to Chuck E Cheese originally but saw the 2-stars and decided to look elsewhere. At first I thought my older nephew (10) wouldn't like this place or get bored fast. Figured this was our best bet and if anything the kids could run around for a bit and we could go elsewhere. Man was I wrong. This place is located right next to the food court at the Moreno Valley mall. Definitely looks insignificant and underwhelming when you walk-in. Cost is $15.50 per child for a day pass and each child gets 1 free adult admission as well. Our party consisted of 3 adults and 2 children, ages 5 and 10. We got inside and of course the kids ran off straight away. We sat at the benches and I figured we would just watch the kids for a bit. But upon looking around I noticed there was an adult in the jungle gym. He didn't look uncomfortable like he had to crouch or didn't fit through any of the sections. I assumed it was a kids only play area but I didn't see anything on the rules contradicting it so my sister and I took turns playing with the kids. Turns out the adults are allowed to enter as well. Man o man is this place truly fun for everyone, not just the kids. My nephews were super stoked to have us playing with them and we got a great workout in! Plan ahead and bring some water or cash with you. There are lockers and vending machines inside but they are cash only. And of course with all that running around the kids worked up quite a thirst. Major plus is they allow for re-entry. This place was definitely worth every penny, truly a hidden gem. We will definitely be back soon!!!

Very cool set up, it's just really hot because it's so open to the mall that it's in but fun place.

Fun for the kids, very clean. Bathrooms clean. Well maintained. It is in a mall close to the food court.

What would the age range be here, would teens have fun?

The age limit is 12 but if you have a little one ,you can go in I took my 2 yr old granddaughter, her 33 yr old mom, my 16 yr daughter and they were all loving it.it's one over 18 free with a paid child, then each additional over 12 pays $5.95

What is a reasonable amount of time to allow for 8 year olds?

    2 hours

The aggressive kid did not have any parents with him up in the play area (probably why he was acting up).

The kids were going nonstop and were EXHAUSTED by the time we left! When we first got there around 3pm on a Sunday it wasn't too crowded and the kids had free reign to go everywhere without waiting. By the time we were leaving it was starting to fill up, so I'm glad we went earlier in the day. This place is clean, has plenty to do, and most of the staff is pretty friendly. As an observer, make sure you bring a sweatshirt because they keep it pretty chilly in there on account of everyone running around and getting sweaty! I was a little annoyed that we couldn't bring in waterbottles (metal refillable ones, not plastic one use bottles). The girl made me take them back out to my car. I understand they want to make money, but seriously for as much as I paid for the 2 hour pass... on a Sunday (I recommend going on a weekday... much cheaper) and had to buy socks, the least they could do is let us bring our own water. I understand no outside snacks or food, but c'mon. Sometimes I just don't understand why these places can't just let you go and have a good time without gouging you completely. All in all, the kids had a great time. We will come back...just not on the weekend! Haha!

Some of the other ones really require adults to do a lot of crouching, and here, it's easier for me to run and follow my kids. The cutest part is that they have a train set up inside that goes off every 20 minutes. I love this! They have tje train rides inside the mall as well that the kids always want to go on, so here the kids are able to enjoy the attraction. I like that they also have a candy station, food court and also cranes. :) Kids also love it. Definitely will be back! Parents are also included in admission. 15 for one hour or 20 for an hour and a half

The ball pit is an excellent example of balls coated in dirt and grime just waiting to get toddlers and babies sick. Clear padding at the base of a main slide is tearing off, and still no improvement to the hygiene of the bathrooms. We've now come to expect to bring extra clothing for ourselves and the kids as it's just not as clean as it was before. It's also a bummer they took out the train, although we understand it was costing them a lot in maintenance fees to keep up. Still, we will continue bringing our kids. Owners if you're reading this, PLEASE keep up with the cleanliness of this indoor playplace. You have hundreds of kids a week coming through. The least you can do is to ensure a hygienic atmosphere for families to enjoy.

We were greeted by energetic staff who asked us which package we would take. Naturally the 24 hole golf is included and decided on the escape room option. There are two options, one alien themed and the other pirate themed. We went with the Alien 51 themed one since the pirate one was in use. After a short video we had a 10 minute time limit to solve the puzzle. It's quite straight forward but quite a thinker at times. We were able to solve it with little time to spare. Me and my friend had a great time figuring it out and will gladly return to see the other offering down the line. Onto the main course, the mini golf! The courses are laid out in a way that guides you along each hour in order. Each course has its own theme ranging from a Dia de Los Muertos themed one to one with the great wall of China serving as a ramp. It was definitely a vibe and we had a blast. Some holes scale up in difficulty while others are quite straight forward. Overall this was a great time and excellent way to spend time together with a friend.

This was my first time at the Southern California Railway Museum. We went for the Thomas & Friends…read more"Day Out with Thomas" event. I have to share how impressed I was with the event from beginning to end. The JROTC or other military program was there volunteering their time to put on this event. When boarding the trains, they asked if I needed assistance with Tristan's wheelchair and getting him on the train. They also asked if we needed a quieter cab because Tristan has Autism. This made us feel extremely welcomed because my son and Godson both have Autism. It was not only inclusive but equitable. There was also plenty of handicap parking when entering. Have your placard up so they know where to direct you. The entrance fee includes a ride with Thomas and is $30.85 per person. If you'd like, you can also ride Percy for an extra $10. Of course we rode both. This event is not super large and it wasn't overly crowded. That could've been due to the rain. They do allow outside food and drinks in which helps with cost. The only suggestions I'd make is to offer more seating areas. Seating seemed to be limited even with the small crowd. Another suggestion would be to have a quiet tent for kiddos to wind down in. They had games, a hay maze, bouncers, dance tent, infant changing tent, access to the museums, opportunities to ride, photo opportunities, the museum guest shop, the Thomas guest shop, and food vendors. If your children love trains, definitely take them. Next week is the last week for Thomas and he won't be back until next year.
