This place was your typical jumpy place where you know it's dirty and it could be cleaner but there's just so many kids and not enough workers I feel like those workers need to do a little bit more beside just standing around they need to go clean inside where the kids are throwing the balls and the little toddler area where all the little two-year-olds and under kids go cause it's filthy in there. My kids of course had a great time and I just tried not to touch anything. Ithr bathrooms were clean i appreciate that they keep those clean and the even have a step thats the kids can use to stand on while washing their hands was overall a good experience. read more

Fun spot! Our kids played for 4 hours here. Only down side is the jungle gym doesn't have padding like most places so when climbing we all ended up with super bruised and burned up knees lol. It has fabric over the ply wood but that's it. Zero cushion. We also witnessed a few baby's with nasty leaking diapers. So they need to say over the intercom as a reminder to change the kids because that's pretty gross touching other kids pee. And I get this is on the lazy parents but still super nasty. read more

This place is definitely worthy of every single 5-star review it has. Wanted to take my nephews to Chuck E Cheese originally but saw the 2-stars and decided to look elsewhere. At first I thought my older nephew (10) wouldn't like this place or get bored fast. Figured this was our best bet and if anything the kids could run around for a bit and we could go elsewhere. Man was I wrong. This place is located right next to the food court at the Moreno Valley mall. Definitely looks insignificant and underwhelming when you walk-in. Cost is $15.50 per child for a day pass and each child gets 1 free adult admission as well. Our party consisted of 3 adults and 2 children, ages 5 and 10. We got inside and of course the kids ran off straight away. We sat at the benches and I figured we would just watch the kids for a bit. But upon looking around I noticed there was an adult in the jungle gym. He didn't look uncomfortable like he had to crouch or didn't fit through any of the sections. I assumed it was a kids only play area but I didn't see anything on the rules contradicting it so my sister and I took turns playing with the kids. Turns out the adults are allowed to enter as well. Man o man is this place truly fun for everyone, not just the kids. My nephews were super stoked to have us playing with them and we got a great workout in! Plan ahead and bring some water or cash with you. There are lockers and vending machines inside but they are cash only. And of course with all that running around the kids worked up quite a thirst. Major plus is they allow for re-entry. This place was definitely worth every penny, truly a hidden gem. We will definitely be back soon!!! read more

Place is ok, they have taken an odd stance on safety and cleaning- asking all patrons to comply with the state mandate for mask but then writing in BIG BOLD LETTERS - they will not act as mask police. Odd, I wonder how they feel when they get sued for covid exposure either civilly or in an administrative proceeding like Workers Compensation. We are here today due to the excessive rain - some kids and adults are wearing mask, some kids and adults are not. It's frustrating as the mask only work with consistent compliance, but here we are. This place is GREAT! It was a good place for my 2.5 to burn energy away from the summer sun. The apparatus is large enough to handle adults and the moderately nimble adult can maneuver without a problem. It's clean and the workers are very kind. You can leave and come back in the same day (keep your wrist band on). This place is super fun. Highly recommend! read more

This place is pretty cool! It's huge...granted I haven't been to many of these indoor playgrounds, but adults can play too! It's open enough so you can have a clear view of your kiddo in most spots. Recommend you follow your kids around. There was one aggressive kid (around 6/7 years old) that my 4-year old ran into, but good thing my husband was up there with him so nothing really happened. So, we just promoted our kiddo to stay away from the mean kid. The aggressive kid did not have any parents with him up in the play area (probably why he was acting up). There are tons of slides, rock climbing, and a ball shooting area. There were employees walking around cleaning the play area while we were playing. Friendly staff, girl in the front explained the rules/deals since it was our first time there. Make sure you have sock, if not, some can be purchased there. I also like the location inside the mall. Last time I set foot there, it was an arcade. Brought back memories! 5 stars! read more

Absolutely horrific experience here. Discrimination again Autistic children. No patience or people skills at all! A staff member name GiGi and her manager on duty are very unprofessional and rude and could use a refresher in Customer Service. I was there for my nieces party on 6/1/24 and I noticed that GiGi was having a disagreement with a family member. The party was over and they were basically cutting bracelets off aggressively saying the party is over. She was trying to explain to them her stuff was still inside and I understand the no shoe policy and maybe my family member did not. I attempted to defuse the situation and bring my cousin her things at the exit and as I am passing the things over the corral, GIGI started reaching for my wrist to cut mine off as well!! I told her I was gathering my sons things together and trying to help him understand we had to leave because he is autistic and she continued to repeat herself, mock me and roll her eyes while repeating she needed my bracelet! My son was in his wagon by the tables and I pointed him out and explained that I am leaving I just need to go get my things and she continued to repeat herself over and over. I asked for her manager and she came over and was very condescending saying well the party was over 20 minutes ago. My son was not out playing in the structure, he was in his wagon because we were leaving. I tried to explain the situation to her as well but she was smirking and being rude. I told her my sister just paid to have a party here and on top of that purchase all the food so almost a thousand dollars spent to be rushed and treated in this manner and she was mocking me saying "no it wasn't". I was not trying to get additional time and overstay what was prepaid. If I wanted to stay longer I could have easily paid. I come here often because my autistic son loves it but never again. Completely unprofessional and rude. I highly recommend Kids Empire. The customer service is great, they have a snack bar and they stay open until 10pm on the weekends. Not to mention the amount of dust on the structures and how filthy everything is. Will never return. read more

Super fun for my 7 month old & my 8 year old. I have a 12 & 11 year old boys who were too cool to play so I would say it's probably better for younger kids. It's super clean, even the bathrooms! I would say the only negative thing is that anyone who wants to just enter has to pay a fee which was kinda dumb to pay for my boys just sitting there. Back in May a friend invited us for her son's birthday and we had a great time. So much we had my son's 1st bday hosted here. Our hostess Ashley was awesome at communicating with us, helping organize and within the parameters of our time alloted giving us the freedom to chose the pace of the event. All our friends that brought their kids shared how enjoyable it was and their desire to return again. A couple commented on how clean the facility is and ranked it superior to other indoor playgrounds they have been to previously. I went today and although it was great with my family the staff was nonexistent. Rather than play kid friendly music, the worker had her playlist connected with adult club music on. Yes, I liked it, but for my 2 year old son and other children?? Super inappropriate. What was the biggest flaw to me though was the lack of work the staff showed. The three ladies never once left the front desk. On company time, they should have utilized it more efficiently. Get up and tidy the play areas, vacuum the carpet, clean the restrooms, for gods sake wipe surfaces down and sanitize!!!! These ladies should be ashamed with their work output. read more

We went on a day where there was an elementary field trip so there were about 50-60 kids in there and was a bit chaotic for the size of the place. We celebrated my daughter's fifth birthday at Jump 'N Jammin January, 2023. It was a last minute reservation yet they never made it sound like it was a problem. The morning after I made my phone reservation (yes, I never had to set foot in the place to make my reservation) someone called to see if I had any questions. The day of the party my party host called to let us know her name and that she'd be waiting for us. Once we arrived she was at the loading dock ready to take all of our things. We didn't have to carry anything in ourselves! Jimena (our party host) took care of hanging all of the decorations, setting up the tables and laying out the food. She even offered to serve our guest. After our time in the private room ended, Jimena cleaned up the entire mess and packed all the remaining food, gifts, trays, etc. and loaded them on the cart to help us get it back to our car. So once again we didn't have to carry anything. They also provided us with the items we forgot to bring i.e. forks, spoons, a lighter, and even serving spoons. Our guest also noticed the great customer service. Overall, this turned out to be an amazing birthday party for our daughter and the best, easiest, birthday party to host for us the parents!!!! However I brought my 17 daughter to just sit with me while they played and they wouldn't let her in unless I paid 17. We had our party back in march for my daughter who turned 2! we absolutely loved the place. The only downside was you only get 1 hour at the party room, I wish it can be rented the whole 2.5 hrs you are there so the parents/guardians are not out in the playground and standing. other than that, I highly recommend the place for kids! This place is fantastic! Everyone must wear socks just FYI This location is in the Moreno Valley Mall (right between Sears and Jcpenney) which is kinda cool. We took the kids on a Sunday around noon and it wasn't very packed at all. The prices aren't bad for the amount of play the get. The play area- a huge and very tall obstacle course type structure. There are 4 different slides which are big enough for adults to enjoy with their kids as well. There's an area for babies and little ones which is nice, my 7 month old enjoyed it for a bit. There's an area with the ball launchers which is where my 4 year olds spent most of their time shooting each other! There's a small rock wall to climb but I didn't see many kids trying that out. At the very end there was a bounce house as well. There's a small area in the front for parents to sit which is nice and there are little benches inside the play area. They sell waters and snacks from vending machines and the bathrooms were very clean. I did see staff cleaning the play area often which is definitely a plus! read more

Wow! Wow! Wow!!! Look No further... this is DEFINITELY the place to bring your little ones. This was our 3rd time here and Not the last. We came different times and hours. I'm beyond impressed by the Customer Service they have. Management is amazing! We had My sons 2nd Birthday Party April 21, 2018 from 5-7 and it was the BEST decision we Ever made. We were well taken care of by the staff.. we'll organized. All we did is pay.. All you do is bring your party stuff and they setup EVERYTHING. You get to enjoy your time with your guest and Birthday child. Food wise: You place your Oder with them from a menu there partnered Up with Round Table. (That's the only down side) but Food is nice fresh and warm when it arrives. We ordered Pizza & wings it was Good, Can't go wrong. You could bring chips, dip, candy and a Ice chest. Of course your own cupcakes, Cake desert.. I bought a wood cup cake stand and they were fine with it. We had our own music playing (Not to loud) All My guest LOVED this place Everything about it. From the Customer Service, Party Room, Food, Decor that I bought well colored and theme organized, staff and management. Pay: You Pay for what you get.. and I Give it a A+ They also give the Birthday child a bag were your guest gets to sign it, which is pretty cool. Cleanness: The 3 times I been here I always seen staff cleaning the entire place which is a plus for me. I been to the Tyler Mall playground and my child has always gotten sick there. They Do Not sanitize the playground but this place does! Playground: It's fun for adults also weight limit I'd say 300 pounds. I had a guest that weights 245 and they were going up and down the slides like nothing. They have a baby infant to adult side and a mini rock climbing wall.
