This event space is really beautiful. It's Elegantly decorated. The staff are super friendly and helpful from start to finish. They're very flexible with how you can use the space and upfront with what you can't do there. We did the packet that includes everything and all the vendors were so professional, staff was on top of everything and made it less stressful, bartender was amazing and had the best customer service. We used the event for a Quince party. The new remodel is awesome the dance floor is gorgeous, the chandeliers and décor are beautiful. Lulu was very professional, always available, and very attentive. She was a pleasure to work with. Our colors were black and white and I requested to have the seating split in half to accommodate 200 people. Lulu was so patient and had the best attitude. She never made me feel like my request were too much and made sure my husband and I were happy every step of the way. The birria, beans, rice and cake were delicious! In searching for a venue to hold my 70th birthday party, I literally sensed to go by Mistik Banquet Hall. I noticed that a lady was opening the door as I drove up and I asked her if I could possibly come in to see the property. I had been there five months prior for another event and was not very impressed with the facility, but when she opened the door and I saw the lighted dance floor, the beautiful chandeliers, the color scheme and elegant layout of the tables, chairs, and centerpieces, I was completely amazed, shocked and impressed. The kind manager, Lulu, gave me a tour of the facility pointing out the various amenities offered. She quoted a price I couldn't refuse and once we agreed, Lulu went to work making sure that every detail I desired, including colors, table settings, sound and music set up, head and reserved tables, flowers, dessert and appetizer tables, sampling of menu items and every single detail was addressed. She had the greatest 'attention to detail' that I've ever witnessed of a venue facilitator. Whenever I called her to ask her any question or make a request, if she could do it, she would make it happen. She made this birthday party the best birthday party I've ever had in my life. My son-in-law said it looked like a major production and with the venue being fabulous, it made everything associated with the party fabulous as well. With three wonderful daughters spearheading the program, a husband and two amazing sons-in-law' musicians and sound technicians, and 12 grandchildren who were servers and greeters, she accommodated their requests as well and every one of them enjoyed working with Lulu. With over 125 people in attendance, all spoke highly of the beautiful venue and the joyful ambiance of the party in general. I whole heartedly give Lulu my highest recommendation for anyone wanting to book Mistik Banquets for ANY occasion. Two people, who attended my party, one has already booked their wedding and the other is making plans to book an upcoming party at this venue... Mistik Banquets and Lulu are that fabulous! She accommodated my request and even when I would change my mind, she was there to make sure everything was the way I had imagined it. We had an appointment scheduled with Mistik Banquets for a tour on April 21st at 11:00 AM, which they specifically asked us to come in for. My daughter confirmed and even texted them when we arrived--but got no reply. We waited for over 30 minutes in the parking lot, and to this day, my daughter has not received a single message, call, or apology acknowledging the missed appointment. Completely unprofessional. On top of that, we drove over an hour to get there, only to find that the venue is not private at all. It's located inside a building with a bunch of other businesses--not private in the slightest. There's no designated parking, and the only available spaces are in the back of a crowded plaza, squeezed between restaurants. The whole experience felt disorganized, misleading, and inconsiderate of people's time. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a serious, professional venue. read more

The ac was not working and when ur packed in there like sardines in august that was a no for me also that venue in a shopping center was also a no for me and the security guard they have is beyond ridiculous. The staff and a bartenders were great and attended to everyone as quick as they could, but midway through a security guard and some smaller guy in a black shirt were saying they were at capacity despite no signs being displayed showing what max occupancy was, so some of our family got kicked out despite having wristbands they provided showing they could re-enter. That was what down graded the score to 3. If you're going to enforce occupancy, have clear signs that say what it is or have wristbands from the start, not sometime during the middle of the event when people are going in and out for food/ snacks in the outside table, that's just scummy read more

Found this venue on google & fell in love so I booked a tour right away. First off, there's great parking, which I was nervous about, a lot of venues had horrible parking. Right when i walked in i was instantly obsessed, this venue has a perfect mix of farmhouse/ industrial feel but it's modern and beautiful. The walls , as silly as that sounds were beautiful, the chandeliers are stunning but the wood planters were my absolute favorite . It's spacious, and the way the seating is set up gave people enough room to get in-between tables comfortably ! The bar area was gorgeous , and even the bathroom were pretty ! Lol Araceli went over pricing and packages with me , and i explained to her my hesitations. We had booked a venue for a wedding and we're completely taken advantage of, so i was nervous about planning another large party. She reassured me she would be there throughout the entire planning and answered all my questions . I was so in love I left to pull my daughter from school early so she could see the venue herself.
