My daughter's Quinceañera was on Sunday 3/29/2026 at Hollywood Hall (Moreno Valley), and everything was absolutely amazing, from the the Consultants Maria, Gustavo, their team; from the DJ, to the bartender & waitstaff, to the food, dessert/candy table to the beautiful cake and decorations. The day of the Quince, I was impressed with the entire team! They were professional and very attentive. They made sure everything ran smoothly, every step of the way and their exceptional service helped make this day unforgettable. I would highly recommend Hollywood Hall to any family looking for the perfect place to celebrate their event. Thank you for making our night so special! My only complaints and/or disappointments and the reason I gave (4) stars instead of (5)? First: * The DJ is supposed to call/text and get in touch with you no later than a week before your event and he didn't call me till 2 days before the event and I was unable to communicate any of my wishes such as; give names of court/party, ask questions about USB-pictures and/or give preferences on music. I was told by consultants prior to, to just download pics to a USB and they would play a slideshow in the background of her pictures. (I was never told, I'd have to make the slideshow myself prior to??? So between my sister and the DJ, they came in clutch and figured it out but I was disappointed, it was not what it could have been). SECOND:* We had a small prayer & blessing ceremony outside in the patio area one-hour prior to the Quince starting. We had family coming from all directions some over 2 hours away and we were not advised there would be NO bathroom access till doors opened for the event. We hosted our daughter's Sweet 16 this last Saturday at the Hollywood Hall. It was simply perfection! Everything my daughter dreamed her special day would be. We booked 11 months in advance. From the very beginning we were assigned an Event planner at no extra cost. (Do you how much their services normally cost?) We appreciate that they offered a monthly payment plan too. Jovanni was amazing through out the process. He listened to our vision and made it happen. He kept us on track to complete all our planning by our event date. He is very professional and courteous. We are going to miss talking to him on a regular basis. They offer different packages, the pricing is very reasonable. We visited other Halls in the area that were $10,000 more and with less services included in package. If you have something in mind that is not listed, all you need to do is ask. They are very flexible and ready to accommodate their guests. The Hall is beautiful and elegant. The owners are constantly adding new things and upgrading the venue. The outside patio was a great place to have the 360 Photo Booth and Regular Photo Booth. All the greenery outside created a great backdrop for pictures. All our guest enjoyed the food. We got many compliments as to how delicious the food was. The portions were very generous too. I was happy that our guests were full at the end of dinner and not left with wishing for more. I do have to admit it was difficult at the food tasting to make a dinner decision and the cake favors for our event. Everything was delicious! The servers Paola, Jr and Ariel worked together to keep the tables clean and serve dinner to our guest as soon as they arrived. They always had a smile while attending to our family and friends. At the end of the night they took to our car all of the things we bought with us and leftover food. The Bartender, Salvador was fast and knowledgeable at making drinks. He kept the line moving so our guest didn't have to wait too long in line. The security guard, Jose was serious and alert to what was going on throughout the venue. The day of our event Jovanni was training a new event planner. I can already tell Rosy is going to be great! She fits right in. I can keep going on and on how great the Hollywood Hall. I wish I had taken the time to read some of the feedback from others who had similar experiences to ours at my daughter's quinceañera on June 30, 2023. It would have been helpful to be aware of their concerns beforehand, I want to acknowledge that the hall and the decorations were beautiful. However, there were some major disappointments with the package we had chosen (diamond package). We believed we were getting the highest package, but it turned out that steak or chicken were not included in the menu. The centerpieces we had asked for apparently required a higher package. What was most frustrating was the lack of ownership from the managers. They seemed to find excuses for every concern we addressed. It also made no sense to close the patio early since we paid for it.And pile chairs looked super tacky. The worst was the Hollywood sign, which was all over my daughter's dress and face, considering it is a business and should prioritize their customers' experience. The serving of food was also poorly executed. It should never be first-come, first-serve system. The DJ was incredibly rude to our guests, despite us being told that they could make song requests. None of our guests' requests were played. We also had a dispute over flat soda, in which the bartender argued that it was what we had paid for. Lastly, the candy table was not sufficient for 150 people, and it was clear that there was a missing tower. At the end of the day, there's a lot of beautiful halls, but what matters the most is the service the managers provide for you and how they make them feel. Keep in mind that our package was supposedly the second highest .Don't place this on human mistakes. You are a business and should focus on catching them and providing the best experience. Just be aware that the open bar does close at a certain time. Last shot was at 10.30 The food is served under two hours. Some guests asked for cake and were told there was none ...tell me why I had the two top layers as leftovers . The patio closed way before our event ended, and they're trying to say its due to prevent any altercation from alcohol which makes no sense since the patio is empty and the alcohol stops at a certain time. I left my phone on the table and the "waiters" were cleaning up & my phone suddenly went missing. Sunday morning I went to check the hall to make sure it wasn't there, Because my iPad is connect to my phone and it said it was in the hall. They said that the cleaning crew did not find anything. Then Monday morning I went back to the hall and made a police report and i don't know if they got scared or something but Tuesday morning they claim they found my phone "Behind the trash can" and called my sister to return it. Am hoping this feedback helps others and improves the venue experience.. Overall, we were initially impressed and fell in love with the hall from the moment we saw it. Julia was super polite and helpful, and the centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous. No doubt this hall is beautiful..major problem was the serving staff. We noticed how unorganized the food was distributed. As a result, half of our guests from the same table received their meals promptly, while others had to wait for over 10 minutes for their food, some guests even asked the servers for their first plate which was frustrating since they kept telling them they didnt take direction from guest and they had to wait.This was frustrating, as they were simply trying to get their first serving. Another aspect that fell short was the candy table. While it appeared gorgeous, it was not nearly sufficient for our 150 guests. the soda served at the event was flat, which was quite disappointing considering everything else. I forgot to mention how a serve snatched a plate from the cheographer. Furthermore, we had an issue with the main manager, who yelled at my mom despite her having permission from Julia to put ice behind the bar. This behavior was completely unacceptable and marred our experience. One of the most upsetting part of our experience was the difference between the upfront deal we agreed upon and the actual execution. We thought we had the highest package as that was what was offered only to find out we didn't, and we weren't allowed to have certain things. The patio looked gorgeous at the time of the contract, so we went ahead and got it. Sadly, we were unexpectedly kicked out 1 hour and 30 minutes before our party was supposed to end. Furthermore, when we arrived at the area, it was not presentable. All the chairs were just piled up, and messy, etc. Finally, the Hollywood sign lightning on the floor ruined many of our pictures and videos. While we understand the venue may be promoting their business, it was not something we wanted as a backdrop for our daughter's pictures. We asked the DJ to remove it, only to be informed that an additional charge would be required. This was not mentioned or outlined in our contract, which was very frustrating. Now I am stuck with a video of my daughter waltz with the Hollywood sign all over her dress and face. I hope this helps anyone. Make sure you ask as many questions read more

I went to an event here again last May, and i was surprise what the new management have done for this place. i was like jaw dropping about all the improvements!!! beautiful decoration, the walls, the restrooms, even the DJ booth! i love that the cake was like in a swing and the dessert table match the party theme,. Also there was a Photo booth. Outside there is a "lounge " area really cool to hang out. About service, the waitress were on top of their game like checking if our table have drinks (soda,water) or bringing us our plates with the food still hot, cleaning after, serving for the brindis. bartender was friendly. I got so impress that i'm planning to have my bday party at this place!!!
