    Had my wedding here and overall had a good experience. Thank you to our attendant Gustavo for all the help. He even helped improvise for a Garter because I forgot mine at home. Food was amazing and so were the drinks. Thank you for setting up so beautifully and making an amazing cake for us.

    Fantastic service. Gustavo, the venue attendant, was detail oriented and made my family feel welcomed. My daughter had her quinceañera there and the staff was very professional. The security ensured that everyone was safe. The quality of the food, cake and desserts were delicious! The bartender, DJ and serving staff were very nice. The decorations were so beautiful. A beautiful venue.

    Where do I even begin! Yesterday, we celebrated my daughter's Sweet Sixteen at Hollywood Hall--and I'm still in awe. This place is absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make her special day everything I imagined it would be... and so much more. I want to personally thank Gustavo and his incredible team. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and level of service were truly exceptional. They treated us like family and made sure every moment was perfect from beginning to end. If you're looking for the perfect venue to host your event--look no further. Hollywood Hall is it! Thank you again for helping us create such an unforgettable night!

    We had a great time at the The Hollywood Hall. The decorations/the venue was very beautiful! Our first arrival was met with a clean venue with amenities such as an open dance floor, and spacious patio!! It's a great venue to plan engagements or sweet 16's. We for sure recommend The Hollywood Hall for others! Take LOTSS of pictures to remember the amazing night when you book with them!!!

    We had a Quinceañero for my son on 1/24/2025 and it was an absolute hit! All of our guests raved about the food and portion size. The staff is so nice, accommodating, helpful and attentive. The planning process was very easy, which takes a huge stress off your shoulders. I was a bit of a hot mess the day of the quince but Gustavo was very helpful and professional. Highly highly recommend event hall! Also huge honorable mention to the bartender, that man can mix a drink

    Book, book, book here!!! I booked this hall for my daughter 15 and everything was amazing, definitely worth every penny. From the decor, to the food to the DJ every detail was perfection. All my guest kept ranting and raving about everything. My coordinator Gustavo was amazing since we arrived. He was there every step of the way and went above and beyond to insure that everything was perfect. I highly recommend this venue they made my daughters event so memorable

    We hosted our daughter's Sweet 16 this last Saturday at the Hollywood Hall. It was simply perfection! Everything my daughter dreamed her special day would be. We booked 11 months in advance. From the very beginning we were assigned an Event planner at no extra cost. (Do you how much their services normally cost?) We appreciate that they offered a monthly payment plan too. Jovanni was amazing through out the process. He listened to our vision and made it happen. He kept us on track to complete all our planning by our event date. He is very professional and courteous. We are going to miss talking to him on a regular basis. They offer different packages, the pricing is very reasonable. We visited other Halls in the area that were $10,000 more and with less services included in package. If you have something in mind that is not listed, all you need to do is ask. They are very flexible and ready to accommodate their guests. The Hall is beautiful and elegant. The owners are constantly adding new things and upgrading the venue. The outside patio was a great place to have the 360 Photo Booth and Regular Photo Booth. All the greenery outside created a great backdrop for pictures. All our guest enjoyed the food. We got many compliments as to how delicious the food was. The portions were very generous too. I was happy that our guests were full at the end of dinner and not left with wishing for more. I do have to admit it was difficult at the food tasting to make a dinner decision and the cake favors for our event. Everything was delicious! The servers Paola, Jr and Ariel worked together to keep the tables clean and serve dinner to our guest as soon as they arrived. They always had a smile while attending to our family and friends. At the end of the night they took to our car all of the things we bought with us and leftover food. The Bartender, Salvador was fast and knowledgeable at making drinks. He kept the line moving so our guest didn't have to wait too long in line. The security guard, Jose was serious and alert to what was going on throughout the venue. The day of our event Jovanni was training a new event planner. I can already tell Rosy is going to be great! She fits right in. I can keep going on and on how great the Hollywood Hall. If you are looking for a venue with everything included, at a good price and hassle free. This is the place for you! I've hosted events both ways. By far this is the way to go! At the end you end up spending the same amount of money.

    We had our daughter's quinceañera on June 22, 2024. We were extremely pleased with our event and our fantastic coordinator Gustavo! Everyone at the hall is very professional and communicate with each other to ensure that all of your requests are met! Thank you Hollywood Hall for providing us with a great overall experience! Very detail from the food, cake, candy table to the decorations was exactly what we hoped for! My daughter was the happiest girl that night and that is all we can ask for!

    OMG!! What can't I say about this venue. We hosted our daughters quinceañera this past weekend and I have to say AMAZING!! This was such an awesome experience for us from the beginning to end. The servers were very attentive and polite made sure our guests needed everything to enjoy this special Night. The food, candy table, bartender was amazing. Our coordinator Jiovanny was beyond amazing. He made sure we could enjoy the party and he took care of everything he was extremely helpful with setting everything up. He was very attentive to all of our needs. If he's around just know everything will go smoothly. Thank you to everyone at Hollywood Hall for making our little girls day very special.

    I wish I had taken the time to read some of the feedback from others who had similar experiences to ours at my daughter's quinceañera on June 30, 2023. It would have been helpful to be aware of their concerns beforehand, I want to acknowledge that the hall and the decorations were beautiful. However, there were some major disappointments with the package we had chosen (diamond package). We believed we were getting the highest package, but it turned out that steak or chicken were not included in the menu. The centerpieces we had asked for apparently required a higher package. What was most frustrating was the lack of ownership from the managers. They seemed to find excuses for every concern we addressed. It also made no sense to close the patio early since we paid for it.And pile chairs looked super tacky. The worst was the Hollywood sign, which was all over my daughter's dress and face, considering it is a business and should prioritize their customers' experience. The serving of food was also poorly executed. It should never be first-come, first-serve system. The DJ was incredibly rude to our guests, despite us being told that they could make song requests. None of our guests' requests were played. We also had a dispute over flat soda, in which the bartender argued that it was what we had paid for. Lastly, the candy table was not sufficient for 150 people, and it was clear that there was a missing tower. At the end of the day, there's a lot of beautiful halls, but what matters the most is the service the managers provide for you and how they make them feel. Keep in mind that our package was supposedly the second highest .Don't place this on human mistakes. You are a business and should focus on catching them and providing the best experience. Just be aware that the open bar does close at a certain time. Last shot was at 10.30 The food is served under two hours. Some guests asked for cake and were told there was none ...tell me why I had the two top layers as leftovers . The patio closed way before our event ended, and they're trying to say its due to prevent any altercation from alcohol which makes no sense since the patio is empty and the alcohol stops at a certain time. Some guest didn't eat. Sadly, some were ashamed to tell me right away since the serves were very rude

    This place is perfect.Got a lot of compliments from my guest. The food is good but some of my guest complain about the pasta was dry and chicken was hard and burnt. Staff are friendly and attentive to your needs.My daughters 18th birthday was a success and thank you to Gustavo for assisting me on this event.

I don't even know where to start, but I cannot put into words how incredibly helpful he was. Any questions we had he was so sweet and kind enough to answer at almost all hours of the day! If you book here, I'd highly recommend Ricardo, he is extremely organized, and what I loved most about him is how professional he was the day of the wedding while still making sure everything was taken care of. He's human but perhaps part octopus because it felt like he had 8 arms with how much he was doing the day of the wedding while somehow always looking so composed. If only we can all remain that poise under pressure! Ricardo - thank you SO SO SO MUCH for your services during the year of planning, and the day of the wedding! This venue was great, i absolutely loved it as an outdoor venue. There are a few things I would love to give constructive criticism on to the venue for future weddings but overall I truly enjoyed our investment. If you are debating, you won't regret booking Miracle Garden, just make sure you ask for Ricardo! Also -- the florals here are CHEFS KISS, the work is truly that of someone so passionate. Such beautiful work, they're ten times more beautiful in person! The blueprint of the venue made it feel like you are truly inside a miracle garden, the greenery and trees everywhere make it so magical, those small details are what convinced us! Lastly A tip - if you are planning on providing your own name place cards make sure someone in your party reviews their placement because they were mixed up for my wedding sadly, some name cards were at the wrong tables / seats (they were numbered and labeled) which was unfortunate but perhaps a mix up with the decorators when they were placing the cards. Other than that, everything else was great!

I could ask her any questions and she'd respond with an answer within minutes with multiple responses and/or options. All of my guests were complimenting me on the location, elegance, parking, open bar, and bouncy house. It accommodated all ages. I would recommend it to anyone. Jennifer made my mom feel like a queen and me a genius for picking this venue. You can pick a package or à la cart. The prices are reasonable on any budget.

This was a devastating task and they reached out to churches also awaiting responses. They made a $500. Deposit before their walk thru. On the day of their appointment they received a call from the church to confirm they could use the facility and dining hall. The Family apologetically informed the owner that they were accommodated and no longer needed to rent the hall. The lady became upset, told them they had wasted her time and said she was not going to refund their deposit! Who in their right mind abuses a grieving family, senior citizens and in a very vulnerable state due to the circumstances? I am appalled and will do my best to get this information out to everyone. How dare you take advantage of this black family grieving, emotionally distraught and looking for help!

    THANK YOU BONNIE & TEAM FOR THE BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER!! I will start this review off by saying…read morethat I photograph weddings, so having a gorgeous scenic spot to marry my boyfriend/fiancé of 11 years was the #1 on our list and The Pond (+ the overcast weather haha) DELIVERED. And the #2 thing on the list was having a variety of backdrops to photograph against which we also found here no question. We first toured The Pond and met with Bonnie (the owner) back in September 2022. We had already toured 5 other venues and this ended up being our second to last tour and last day of touring. The second I stepped on the premise I knew we had found our place. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, breathtaking, and well taken care of. The pond is also full of bright koi fish and other cute little friends like ducks walk around. I felt like we were already late in booking a 2023 date, but to our luck they had May 5, 2023 open which was also 11th anniversary! Easy and done. This hidden gem venue has charm and is the most unique and scenic venue I've ever been to. The main selling points for us in addition to the views were: 1. Full Bridal and Groom houses to relax and get ready in. We each had 8 bridesmaids and groomsmen + our family so it was very important to us that we could find a place that could accommodate our large party to get ready in. They also have separate parking for the wedding party right next to the Bridal/Groom houses and another larger parking lot for guests which is also free for them 2. Fun and unique areas for all of our guests to spread out and explore. Including the gazebo overlooking the pond, fire pit (for s'mores), and cove underneath the gazebo to experience a waterfall. There was also a ton of space for all our vendors to set up including a Boba Table and Photobooth 3. Affordable price that included 1 hour rehearsal the day before, 10 hours on the premise for the wedding, and our package also included the DJ and Bartender team. This was great because those vendors are already used to working with Bonnie's team and DJ Richie killed our lighting throughout the venue as well! They also set up heat lamps for us when it got colder at night 4. DIY everything! I have been looking forward to planning my wedding my whole life and had a lot of decoration and vendor ideas. Bonnie and our Coordinator team (YourDayYourWay) helped make all our ideas and plans come to life and were gracious about accommodating everything we asked for including keeping the sails down in the ceremony space for our photos, letting us do special cups for boba, and letting us choose our catering (5 Elementos Food Truck). The whole event was 100% customized by us and this was so cool since I know a lot of venues have strict rules they never bend. And for anyone who may be deterred reading this because they don't want to DIY everything, I promise the venue still looks great just as it is even without all the extra stuff. Seriously! 5. They allow sparkler exits! Not many venues in CA allow this and I was stoked they had the perfect spot for it If you happen to stumble upon my review and are wondering if you should book The Pond for your next event/wedding, just do it! :D
