We had our wedding at this venue in August 2026 and it was the best find! Not only did Jennifer deliver what was in the package, she went above and beyond to accommodate our request and help our vision come to life. We were able to do multiple walkthroughs and meet with her even though she had so many other events in between (and kept getting calls for more!). I am pregnant and have been so scatter-brained that Jennifer was literally a lifesaver and we will forever be grateful and have such wonderful memories of our special day. She helped get us in touch with caterer and DJ/Photo Booth vendor and we got so many compliments on the food, the music, and the Photo Booth with unlimited prints. It all would not have been possible without Jennifer because we had a small budget and did not know where to start. Everything went smoothly and she and her staff were on top of it all with guests and getting all of our dances and events going, I would definitely recommend this place and her services. Thank you Jennifer! read more

Orangecrest Club Baby Shower Experience: Stressful Planning and Poor Communication I feel it's important to share our experience planning my daughter's baby shower at Orangecrest Club/Silent Host. From January through May, we made repeated efforts to resolve concerns and improve communication, hoping to make the planning process easier for everyone involved, but unfortunately those efforts were unsuccessful. We paid our deposit months in advance, yet after booking, the owner attempted to change previously quoted pricing for both the alcohol package and bartender. Additional fees also appeared later, including a security guard charge that had never been discussed during the booking process. Quoting the owner when we protested on the change of cost: "I'm not doing it for nothing just to break even." The biggest issue was communication. Despite repeated requests, we did not receive our contract until only 12 days before the event. The contract stated final payment was due two weeks before the event, yet we were expected to meet that deadline even though the contract was delivered after it had passed. When I asked questions about newly added fees and contract terms, responses were often delayed for days at a time. The venue itself worked well enough for our event (needs new flooring desperately), but the planning process was unnecessarily stressful. We struggled to obtain basic information needed for decorations and setup, and communication remained inconsistent throughout the process. We were told a security guard was required because alcohol was being served, but no security guard ever appeared. We were later told one had been sent away because we were "fine." The owner also left the event for several hours despite advertising an on-site "silent host" to assist when needed. After the event, despite leaving the facility exceptionally clean and being told our deposit would be refunded within seven days, it took multiple follow-ups and over two weeks to receive our refund. During one of those follow-ups, the owner asked whether we wanted to tip her or her staff. We had already tipped the bartender generously for her excellent service. The owner's inconsistent pricing, poor communication, surprise fees, delayed responses, and lack of professionalism made what should have been a joyful family event far more stressful than necessary. I believe she issued the contract after I started questioning her changes and increased prices, knowing it was so close to the event date we had no choice. She lied, she manipulated, and she should not be running a business. I gave her the opportunity to be accountable and instead she used our community forum to try to blame me for her shortcomings as an owner. Based on our experience, I would not rent this venue again. (This doesn't include all problems encountered, but for the sake of not writing a longer novel I tried to summarize best as I could.) read more

Amazing venue! I just used the venue for my mom's 80th birthday. First, the host, Jennifer, was so helpful. I could ask her any questions and she'd respond with an answer within minutes with multiple responses and/or options. All of my guests were complimenting me on the location, elegance, parking, open bar, and bouncy house. It accommodated all ages. I would recommend it to anyone. Jennifer made my mom feel like a queen and me a genius for picking this venue. You can pick a package or à la cart. The prices are reasonable on any budget. read more

My name is Reyna. I booked Orangecrest club for a Sweet 16 August 1st for My Granddaughter. We picked up the packages offered at Orangecrest club and were extremely satisfied with the outcome. Jennifer made sure that I did not have to worry about managing the event. The manager Jen went above and beyond to make sure the event went smooth and made our night perfect. I highly recommend this venue because Jennifer the manager is a true professional that will go above and beyond for your event. My expectations were 1000% meant. The event felt upscale. It made our night perfect and My Granddaughter loved it. Her friends are saying she had the party of the year. read more

I had some moments leading up to the event where my emotions and stress levels were quite high and Jen did a phenomenal job easing those feelings and making me feel relaxed and reassured that everything will be wonderful and it definitely was. I had so many of our friends and family compliment the venue and tell me how beautiful the service was. I would highly recommend this space for your next event. If you need a place to host an event, this is the place to go! Jennifer from start to finish was the best host! She helped my family and I get through a very difficult time. She ensured that our Dad's Celebration of Life was a success! And I can say with full confidence that it was flawless. Jennifer took the time to address all of our concerns from beginning to end. Every detail from the catering, to the place setting, to the color coordination was spot on. She ensured that I was able to pay tribute to my dad and had her set up ready to go for the powerpoint and music. Highly recommend! read more

We had our wedding here January 20th. I was hesitant due to the recent influx of less than stellar reviews but I wanted to call and meet in person before making any snap judgements. Phyllis coordinates the event space and she was a very nice person. Most complaints in these reviews are from people who clearly didn't read the contract she provided you. My event went off without a hitch. She was accommodating to our crazy schedule and was very helpful when I needed to reach out by email. Phyllis offers a rental package that comes with linens, chargers, goblets, and napkins among other items at an affordable rate. This honestly made set up and take down a breeze. If in need to host an event again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose the orange crest club again! read more

Can't say enough about what an amazing experience we had with this venue. RUDE!! Let me start off my saying my sister had her wedding her and it was absolutely beautiful, she gave me the suggestion to look into it for MY WEDDING. I was doing some searching for my 2027 wedding, and was looking around to getting just QUOTES. I emailed them and asked how much it would be, told the my date and how many people and what I was expecting. The rude lady(JENNIFER) told me "in two year, we have plenty of time. Message me in two years." LikeWHAT!? All the venues that I saw already before even thinking about looking into this one didn't even have a problem, especially with how far out my date was. Just rude. read more

Let me start off by saying what a sweet person Phyllis is. She made the experience so much easier and stress free. Now, let me get into details. Found this place for my cousin's wedding reception and it was great. From the size and location to the wait staff. Everything was great. Phyllis helped throughout the whole process. Made it seem like she was also a part of the family. She made the whole experience AMAZING. If I could, I would book the banquet hall for all events; birthdays, graduations, etc. This place is truly a hidden gem read more

We had our wedding here on November 6th, 2021 after waiting it out from covid. Definitely five stars . The hall is simple but elegant, clean, beautiful windows and pretty spacious. The manager is majorly RUDE! We still had a 1/2 hour on the hall and she came in and started shutting down our party. Told the D.J to start winding down, lower the music and said that the music was offensive. Personally I thought she was a bit raciest. read more

Good communication leading up to the event and very fair pricing. Manager is great with the decorations and the place looks better in person. Photos don't do it justice. My only fair criticism is on the day of the event, as others have pointed out, the manager became very controlling. Our caterer did not want to serve before we (bride and groom) arrived, but they notified me they were being pressured. We could only cut the wedding cake in the room, we had to use the kitchen to serve it. Despite paying for the venue until midnight, we were being rushed to wrap up our reception. Manager seemed very put out when the family wanted to stay until our closing time. Lastly, family was helping clean up at the end of the night and tossing trash bags into a truck bed. As recyclables are worth money in CA, the manager accused a family member of attempted theft and "stealing" verbatim. Mind you, these were our own provided cans and bottles. This caused an altercation, which thankfully was settled, but not a good choice of words to use towards family members who have been drinking. I understand wanting to protect your venue and taking all necessary precautions to do so, but in my opinion, there is some hospitality to be expected from an event coordinator. We loved the place but almost felt like a burden. read more

I had my event here 8/8/19. The venue itself is nice, clean, affordable, and spacious. It includes tables and chairs which you will have to provide linens and chair covers yourself if you wish. The kitchen is open but you can not use the stove to cook. There's a fridge and plenty of ice that can be used which is also great. There is an outside area that is very beautiful too. It's fenced in and has a lot of greenery. When I first interacted with Phyllis, she was friendly and provided tons of information. Throughout the times we did meet, she continuously asked if we would have someone "play bartender" mind you we only served soda, water & tea. There was no alcohol involved. I didn't think it would be such a huge deal to have someone stand behind the bar to hand out sodas and water but she demanded that we had someone behind the bar. She had asked if we were going to be servicing appetizers, I told her well we will be serving "nachos, pasta salad and fruit" she then replied "wow those are your appetizers".... The day of the event, she still insisted to have a bartender and demanded someone be behind the bar. She also told us when we needed to start feeling up the sinks with ice and placing our drinks in the ice. She was also a bit intrusive and invasive. I had a table setup where our guests can put there gifts and cards, it was also a memorial table for two family members. As I was changing in the restroom she goes in and says "do you have a table setup for gifts because you just had a guest bring a big gift" which I then explained to her where the gift table was. After that she periodically would walk out from the kitchen to I guess, check on how everything was going. Because of everything that happened it did make a couple of our guests feel uneasy. With all that being said, Phyllis does offer decorating and she did a great job on that. Overall I would say everything was ok and that's why I'm giving 3 stars. If customer service was better that would of made our experience better and I could of gave more stars. read more

Don't get this place the manager she's so rude she will think u will steal there stuff horrible service when it comes to her .

This place is amazing. Just had my daughter's Quinceañera there and it was nothing short of fantastic. Phyllis is awesome. She answered all my questions and was there every step of the way. Going with the decorations and service package was worth it. The servers were attentive and polite. Phyllis was there with them making sure nothing was out of place and going as planned. Anything that came up unexpected Phyllis went with the flow and assisted as much as she was able. 10/10 I will always recommend this place. read more

I had my Wedding here and the manager was a pest she allowed the air conditioner to turn off when the weather was 103 degrees all my guest were sweating and crazy hot for like 2 hour.she complained about everything I wouldn't recommend this hall just because the manager.the building is nice but she is not very professional read more

I'm giving this establishment a high rating based on the wedding party I attended on Friday evening. I am not privy to all the details that went into the choice of making the OrangeCrest Club the wedding venue. All I know is that we had a pleasurable night. The wedding was well planned by the coordinator and she should be commended for having done an outstanding job. The wedding and the party right afterwards are to be onsite. When we arrived there was great hustle and bustle, but we could see that we were early. The decorations were in place, the tables were nicely covered with chargers and place settings. The front of the hall was where the wedding vows would take place and it has a nice size dance floor with a side for the DJ's sound equipment. The restrooms were easily accessible and the bar area was quickly found as you enter the hallway. Outside there was plenty of parking for guests and on the front of the building there was an area for nice wedding pictures. On the far side there was a semi patio area for those that needed to have fresh air. The service did a great job keeping up with the ceremonies, the food lines were quick and the bar was tended professionally. Like all weddings, it is the moments for the bride and the groom to shine and I would like to say that the OrangeCrest Club offered a nice venue for this wedding. read more

Was here for a retirement party. Now the location itself is great my concern is with the service. One of the servers "Tyson" made me and my wife feel very uneasy. The guy kept hovering over my son. There was 7 other kids in the place and he kept zeroing in on my son. Total creeper, we would purposely go outside to get away and he would find a way to come around and hover. Other family members noticed his odd behavior as well. When my wife made the manager aware of the situation she was very dismissive. Instead of being understanding and telling him to back off she stated he's a close friend, great with kids etc. No parent should have to feel the way we did today instead of enjoying the party I had to watch where "Tyson" was at all times. No reply needed since the initial interaction regarding him was dismissed. read more

Extremely disappointed. We had confirmed our event date, paid our deposit, and signed our contract to reserve the venue. Received a phone call a couple days later where the manager started the conversation with "You're going to kill me...." and notified me that she had double booked the venue and had to cancel our date. She apologized once and offered no accommodation(s) or dates. Quite disappointed with her approach at notifying us that the venue was no longer available for a date we confirmed over the phone on several occasions. Overall, not a good experience. read more
