I love the wine, the atmosphere and all the entertainment. Great place great music and great prices.

I tried getting them to give me wine that was owed to me from the monthly membership, and still haven't. I had been a member since they were at their old location by UCR. We had a grandfathered in membership and they wanted me to switch over when they moved. I didn't switch over because the prices were triple what I was paying before. Because of the close and being pregnant, my wine accumulated and I was owed a bunch of wine bottles. I was only able to collect 6 at a time because of a new limit. I tried going back and was hit with a "under new ownership." This winery has gone down since the initial switch in ownership, and even more now. Service has gone down, the ambiance isn't the same, and they don't honor anything. I called multiple times and they just brush everything I was saying off and use the "new management" or "new ownership" excuse. It's quite a drive for me, so I don't like to just pop in because the schedule is all over the place. We've shown up before when it was supposed to be open, just for it to be closed. I pretty much gave up at this point, and am deeply disappointed that I paid all this money for something I didn't receive. I do not recommend this winery. Just take the extra few minutes drive to Temecula for a better experience. read more

I came here on a Monday for an Expedia Princess Cruises presentation. I can't speak for the wine or their food since it was a private event. I can speak for the ambience of the place and service. The decor was on point. The chairs were made out of wine barrels! They really stuck to the wine theme and I loved it! I was given a ticket for a wine glass but for health reasons I don't drink. I asked for non alcoholic options and got a bottle of water. She took my ticket! I guess if I want a second bottle of water I have to pay. I'm not sure. The service was OK. read more

I'm giving this place a three because I enjoyed the line dancing there with Jeff so much! Thank you for opening your doors to him as there is no good line Dancing in the Riverside area. The place is really cute. I'm not a wine drinker, but I wanted to Buy a drink there and support the establishment. I asked the waitress if they had something similar to champagne, she said no, and pointed out some sweet sparkling wines. She told me the almond was the least sweet of them, so I ordered one. It was $12, which is fine. It was a nice pour. Unfortunately I took three sips and really didn't like it, it was way too sweet and I knew if I drank the whole thing I would be sick. I asked them to exchange it for a Coors light, the 2 waitresses both told me no. I was shocked! I've never seen a bar deny taking back a drink that a patron did not like, or they offer a taster up front. I shared this with them, they held firm in their denial to swap the drink out. I told them I'd be leaving this review because That's really not the expectation patrons have these days, especially in Orangecrest!! I will go back to do line dancing with Jeff, I'll stick to beer. I suggest up training your staff, this Orangecrest crowd is not going to let you get away with that kind of service. I feel like it's a buyer beware there from me, for now. Suggestion: If your staff was experienced, or trained properly, they would've offered me a taster before I bought a whole glass! Maybe somewhere it was posted final sale or no exchanges. In April, I joined as a club member. I was charged monthly $43 and it included two bottles of wine per month. In August, the business was moving location's to Mission Grove plaza in riverside. During this time, I was still being charged monthly and had reached out multiple times regarding when I could pick up the wine bottles due to me. They stated the new location would open by September. In October, I found the new location and it was no where close to being completed. I reached out immediately to request a refund of the monthly charges and requested to cancel my membership and till this day they have not responded! They are wrongfully charging customers for services they are not providing! The picture below was taken this December 2023. It's no where close to opening any time soon! I ended up filing a claim and stop payment on the monthly auto-pay. They haven't followed up and are still attempting to charge my account. Due to the stop payment, they can no longer debt my account. They have provided horrible customer service to their loyal customer's. I hope once they do open to make things right by their clients! read more

Everything was amazing, the people their 08/10/25 were fun we had a blast. They had a band there that night and they played great music.

The wine selection is nice enough considering the size of the operation. A lot of the wines are quite mild but enjoyable. The servers are nice enough and polite enough to answer questions as they arise. The ambience is arguably the very best part! However, my main complaint is the extremely limited food menu while not allowing guests to bring in their own snacks. My first time here I brought cheese, fruit, and crackers considering we had a wine flight. The next time they had prohibited doing so while only serving pricy appetizers. I may buy a bottle of a wine from here from time to time but I certainly don't think I'll sit down for service following this second experience, which is a bummer! Would have loved to support a smaller business as flights at a winery are so fun and a lovely date night - but it isn't sensical in my opinion. Until the menu is expanded past fried food and three pizzas, I think guests should have the option to bring in charcuterie type snacks at the very least (because let's be honest, 4 dollars per microwaved egg roll is crazy.) read more

The Sparkling Mango Is sooo Good. It's Smooth and Sweet. You have to try it!! The service was also great, they were very welcoming and accommodating. Only thing is they don't service food so be sure to either eat before you come or bring a platter with you if your hosting a party! read more

We came here for the first time a couple of days ago. Place is ok. Kinda hidden but we found it. We tried flights. Wine selection is average. I wish I could give a 5 stars. But the service is not good to our like to be honest. I think customer service could be better. The place needs a little more warm welcoming besides the lack of service from the worker. I don't like to give bad reviews. The wine I tried was ok. They have several tasting packs you can buy. They come on a wine tasting tree which I like. The only complaint I have is the service. All she did was sit by the cash register. She did not engage with customers often. She asked if I wanted my receipt. I told her yes because I scan the receipts to the Fetch application. I told her how fun Fetch is, and you get cash rewards. She told me no thanks. Then said, if you need the money. I felt that was horrible to say. Why, say that comment. Like I said, I do Fetch for fun. I go to whinery often and a member of several whinery in Temecula. I travel a lot for business in Napa. I have never received bad customer service in any whinery till now. Why work in an industrial that is gear to talking to people. read more

They're having a jazz band tonight with dancing. Which I thought was cool. Really enjoyed myself. Especially after a very long day at work. Everyone was super friendly The vibe was great. This place is pretty solid. I didn't know what to expect when walking in, but I was quite pleased! We came in with the intention of just buying a bottle of wine for a family event, but ended up staying a to try out their wine flight because it was $15.00 for (5) 1oz pours of your choice. We both got our own flights and tried each wine from a different category: white, red, fruit, sparkling, and dessert. I like sweeter wines, so I had a kick out of the sparkling peach and ice wine. However, my favorite hands down was the acai berry wine (omg). During our tasting, the workers let us know we can help ourselves to some snacks which consisted of chips, crackers, and cookies. We loved that because it was fun to munch on while we were sippin'. When we were about to head out, the workers let us know that a food truck was going to come by. For staters they don't open at 2pm as advertised. We walk in & weren't even greeted by the employee. We would ask her questions in regards to the wine & all she would say is "I don't know. I don't like that wine" etc. rather then making suggestions to us based off of what sells most. Absolutely loved this place. From the pictures in Yelp, it looked so small and is a small winery, so we didn't expect much but went for one of the "Paint & Sip" events and it was awesome. Did a 5 wine taster sampler and ended up buying a bottle of one of the tasters. Only 48 dollars total. Very nice pours on the tasters and properly chilled. Excellent and friendly staff. Very attentive and interactive. Clean bathroom. All you can eat pretzels, cookies and water. Definitely going back. read more

Wines that I highly recommend are: Australian Sauvignon Blanc Classico Chilean Malbec Smoked jalapeño The smoked jalapeño red wine was so unique and tasty that I bought 3 bottles!!! Hector was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We had a good time hanging out and conversing with him about the history of the winery, the wines in general, and about music and other random stuff. I am so in love with the little winery. Sandra is literally one of the nicest and more personable people I've ever encountered in the service industry. I started coming pre-COVID and she always went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She works be herself and I have never seen her with any help or assistance. Even when it is busy, it is just Sandra taking care of us all. During the shut down, she was still delivering orders, making herself available for pick ups, etc. There were times when the online reset system wasn't working or the phone wasn't being answered, but I gave it a pass because I know she's alone. Now that we are open again, I am back and Sandra is her same awesome self. They do not serve food, but do allow you to bring your own in. There is a jukebox so you can choose your own music and there are some games available to play as well. I love this place. read more

She actually won 2 of the 3 games, which resulted in 2 free bottles of an almond sparkling grape! The games were free. Bring your own food, per there is no food handlers license.
