We had a very disappointing experience with Crazy Tuna Party Rentals. Meagan personally came out to provide a quote for our event, which we appreciated at the time--but after that, they completely disappeared. We never received any follow-up, and none of our calls or emails were returned. It's extremely unprofessional to leave potential customers hanging like that. A simple response saying you can't accommodate the event would have been the bare minimum of courtesy. We started using them for our work events about 3 years, so this review is way overdue. Their customer service reps are helpful and well spoken. You are taken care of when you talk to them and the line rarely rings for long before I am met with excellent customer service. Their team is great at communicating day of delivery and set up. We usually provide a layout for the rentals and they always set up correctly. if they have any questions day of set up, they will call to confirm and not just assume. Their team is always polite and quick to cleanup at the time of pick up. I highly recommend their services if you want peace of mind while planning an event. read more

I have used CTPR a few times over the years but recently rented a bounce house for my daughter's birthday party. Their staff is really friendly and helpful. Reserving the item was easy, delivery was also smooth ( on time and the two male associates were very friendly and helpful) and pick up was fast and easy. In previous orders I've reserved tables, linens, chairs and other miscellaneous items and I have always had a good experience with their items and with their staff. I rented some heaters for a surprise party this last weekend & the experience could have been better from the start. Their website wasn't working for inquiries so I had to email which was no problem. They communicated quick and sent over a contract. I signed & paid. I paid extra for delivery & they set up a 2 hour window for the day before the party. The heaters were supposed to be delivered between 2:30-4:30 on Friday. 4:30 rolls around & no heaters to be found & no communication on ETA. Tried to call their office & couldn't get through. Finally get a hold of someone & they tell me they're on their way & it'll be another hour & 1/2. 2 hours later - 6:30 rolls around & still no heaters! We had a ton of errands and things to get done for this party & we're just sitting waiting from 2:30-6:30 with nothing. After texting and calling I finally get a text saying they're 5 minutes away. They showed up at 6:45. This was super irritating & a waste of our time/ the entire day. Best part - they give you a pick up window of like 6-7 hours the following day. So the pickup window was 9:30-3:30. Guess what time they showed up? 9:30 am sharp. Can't deliver them on time but sure will get them back first thing. After they picked them up, i received a call 40 minutes later saying they're outside to pick up the heaters which were already picked up. The heaters themselves worked fine. But not sure if it's worth it to deal with a company that lacks communication & causes headaches. read more

Crazy Tuna did it again...provided top notch service with great prices! We live in a cul de sac and was looking to have inflatables staged in the street for all the kids to enjoy. A few companies said they couldn't do it but Crazy Tuna gladly did and it was perfect for our garage/front street birthday celebration for our daughter. Poor communication...they dropped off my rentals when I wasn't at home. The speaker rental was picking signals and making a buzz-frequency sounds and in addition, the microphone rental wasn't working when my dj tried connecting it. It would have been better if their technicians tested it out in our presence before the drop off to ensure us it works perfectly fine because at this point I was just told by word of mouth that it works without proof. And most important I really needed the microphone to communicate with my large crowd without screaming,which never worked at all. So pretty much had to find other means . The actual service of delivering my order and picking it up was fine, the business practice are unethical. I called in, was given a quote, signed the contract, and paid the deposit. The next day I was given an altered contract to sign that had an additional $132.61 for a tear down fee that is supposedly standard for larger orders but was not in my original quote. After going back and forth with them, they just blamed it on the employee being new and would not discount or wave the fee. I eventually agreed because the fee was refundable as long as everything was picked up the same as delivered. Had they reached out about the fee before changing the contract it would be one thing, but to do it after and then not even work with the consumer is just scummy. I had to reach out 2 days after my order had been picked up to ask about my refund. Once I got the refund it was only $130. I don't want to be petty over $2.61 but their business practices are completely unethical and I will not be suggesting them to anyone. read more

I love that their chairs are so clean and doesn't really need any chair cover. The tables always needs to have linens anyway. (It a plus that they are transparent to their prices unlike other company they have website but doesn't show prices and u have to contact them for a quote) Also, kudos to their pick and delivery guys very polite and on time.
