Have to say, Crazy Tuna is the best rental experience and pricing we've ever had! Start to finish, honest, reliable and affordable. We will only rent from them and definitely share them to others! What a find! read more

We had a very disappointing experience with Crazy Tuna Party Rentals. Meagan personally came out to provide a quote for our event, which we appreciated at the time--but after that, they completely disappeared. We never received any follow-up, and none of our calls or emails were returned. It's extremely unprofessional to leave potential customers hanging like that. A simple response saying you can't accommodate the event would have been the bare minimum of courtesy. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication and professionalism, I would not recommend Crazy Tuna Party Rentals. Don't waste your time!! read more

We started using them for our work events about 3 years, so this review is way overdue. Their customer service reps are helpful and well spoken. You are taken care of when you talk to them and the line rarely rings for long before I am met with excellent customer service. Their team is great at communicating day of delivery and set up. We usually provide a layout for the rentals and they always set up correctly. if they have any questions day of set up, they will call to confirm and not just assume. Their team is always polite and quick to cleanup at the time of pick up. I highly recommend their services if you want peace of mind while planning an event. read more

Great experience! Easy to book and they were able to book a large order for me, literally days before my event. Quick and easy install and pick-up. Will definitely use again and recommend! read more

Renter be aware. They have a Riverside address, but their Wearhouse is in perris! I found a closer place in Riverside for less than 1/2 the rental price. read more

I have used CTPR a few times over the years but recently rented a bounce house for my daughter's birthday party. Their staff is really friendly and helpful. Reserving the item was easy, delivery was also smooth ( on time and the two male associates were very friendly and helpful) and pick up was fast and easy. In previous orders I've reserved tables, linens, chairs and other miscellaneous items and I have always had a good experience with their items and with their staff. I highly recommend this company and I plan on using them for future events. read more

I rented some heaters for a surprise party this last weekend & the experience could have been better from the start. Their website wasn't working for inquiries so I had to email which was no problem. They communicated quick and sent over a contract. I signed & paid. I paid extra for delivery & they set up a 2 hour window for the day before the party. The heaters were supposed to be delivered between 2:30-4:30 on Friday. 4:30 rolls around & no heaters to be found & no communication on ETA. Tried to call their office & couldn't get through. Finally get a hold of someone & they tell me they're on their way & it'll be another hour & 1/2. 2 hours later - 6:30 rolls around & still no heaters! We had a ton of errands and things to get done for this party & we're just sitting waiting from 2:30-6:30 with nothing. After texting and calling I finally get a text saying they're 5 minutes away. They showed up at 6:45. This was super irritating & a waste of our time/ the entire day. Best part - they give you a pick up window of like 6-7 hours the following day. So the pickup window was 9:30-3:30. Guess what time they showed up? 9:30 am sharp. Can't deliver them on time but sure will get them back first thing. After they picked them up, i received a call 40 minutes later saying they're outside to pick up the heaters which were already picked up. The heaters themselves worked fine. But not sure if it's worth it to deal with a company that lacks communication & causes headaches. read more

Smooth delivery and affordable prices! Had a last minute change in plans and needed some items, they were a great resource!

Crazy Tuna did it again...provided top notch service with great prices! We live in a cul de sac and was looking to have inflatables staged in the street for all the kids to enjoy. A few companies said they couldn't do it but Crazy Tuna gladly did and it was perfect for our garage/front street birthday celebration for our daughter. We requested the basketball hoop after our initial order and Teresa added it with no problem. Both the kids and adults enjoyed that very much so it will now be a must at every party lol Since the party was on Sunday, they delivered it the day before and we kept it until Monday morning so the kids got to enjoy it for 2 full days. Thanks again Crazy Tuna, you will definitely be our go to every celebration based on service, prices, product quality and ability to exceed expectations. There's a reason you're a 5 star company and chosen rental company even when it comes to city/corporate clients too! Thanks again for being great! read more

I had the pleasure of working with Teresa for my party rentals. I had some issues with the website and needed to call for assistance & she helped me every step of the way, including sending me my invoice during the call to ensure I was happy with my order before I fully committed. I also received a text from Meagan 2 days before my event with information regarding drop off and pickup times. The delivery/pickup were quick and smooth. Pricing was affordable. Would use again for future rentals! read more

We have used this rental company numerous times for party supplies - mainly tables and chairs, though I know they have a lot more. The online request form is easy to use with a modern site and visible pricing. From ordering, to quote approval, to confirmation, to delivery/pickup, the process is fast and simple - no fuss at all! Super responsive for changes and the folks that deliver/pickup are always friendly and professional (especially now with Covid restrictions). I'll definitely keep using them for all our party rental needs. read more

These guys are awesome! I've been using them for at least the last 6 years or so. I've rented tables, chairs and various jumpers over the years - small, large, combos, wet slides. They may not be the cheapest, but they're always prompt and polite, they've never not shown up or had to cancel last minute, and their rentals are always nice and clean! read more

Poor communication...they dropped off my rentals when I wasn't at home. The speaker rental was picking signals and making a buzz-frequency sounds and in addition, the microphone rental wasn't working when my dj tried connecting it. It would have been better if their technicians tested it out in our presence before the drop off to ensure us it works perfectly fine because at this point I was just told by word of mouth that it works without proof. And most important I really needed the microphone to communicate with my large crowd without screaming, which never worked at all. So pretty much had to find other means . Tried reaching out multiple times regarding this matter, but no further communication regarding this matter has been made. read more

An easy 5 stars! We paid roughly $175 with delivery/pick up for 2 tables, 12 chairs, corn hole, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, and a large trash can. The guest loved the additions to the party! We will 100% use them again in the future. The team was responsive, flexible, and quick. I have nothing but good things to say about Crazy Tuna Party Rentals! read more

The rental service initially had good customer service; however, when we picked up the chairs, I noticed they were in very poor condition. There were black scratches and dirt on each chair. I messaged the number I was given for communication and never got a response. read more

This was my second time working with Crazy Tuna. I like how they're very responsive and easy to work with. I rented 50 chairs, 8 tables, linens, 2 tents, and an ice chest. Will definitely use them a third time :) read more

This company is so reasonably priced. We were able to order quickly and easily. Their website has accurate pricing so you can see what things are going to cost (or at least closely, I assume prices can vary based on needs/order) and their representative was very communicative. The rentals showed up when they said they would and were clean and great quality. Their team was professional and friendly. 10/10 would recommend/ rent from again! read more

What a rip off of a company. Unprofessional ! Won't answer questions or calls. Didn't do there job and still taking the money for it

I can't even to begin to say how amazing Crazy Tuna was to work with. We had a beautiful out side reception planned for my daughter wedding. We change our plans more than once and without a missing a beat they were there to support this very stressed mother of the bride! But of course then the rain came! Determined to help the bride and grooms dream event come true I called Teresa and Joel. Again without a beat "we'll meet you at the site and come up with a plan". And boy did they!!! You can tell from the photos and all the happy faces it was absolutely amazing! The Crazy Tuna Team is amazing and we were absolutely blessed by their support! THANK YOU CRAZY TUNA read more

The actual service of delivering my order and picking it up was fine, the business practice are unethical. I called in, was given a quote, signed the contract, and paid the deposit. The next day I was given an altered contract to sign that had an additional $132.61 for a tear down fee that is supposedly standard for larger orders but was not in my original quote. After going back and forth with them, they just blamed it on the employee being new and would not discount or wave the fee. I eventually agreed because the fee was refundable as long as everything was picked up the same as delivered. Had they reached out about the fee before changing the contract it would be one thing, but to do it after and then not even work with the consumer is just scummy. I had to reach out 2 days after my order had been picked up to ask about my refund. Once I got the refund it was only $130. I don't want to be petty over $2.61 but their business practices are completely unethical and I will not be suggesting them to anyone. read more

Easy to work with. Always thorough. Rentals items are always clean. I use them all the time.

I recently rented chairs, tables and linens last Sunday. And I was impressed with their professionalism and over all service. I talked to Ms. Teresa and she made the transaction smooth hassle free. I love that their chairs are so clean and doesn't really need any chair cover. The tables always needs to have linens anyway. Their prices are affordable than others which you can check on their website. (It a plus that they are transparent to their prices unlike other company they have website but doesn't show prices and u have to contact them for a quote) Also, kudos to their pick and delivery guys very polite and on time. Its a plus that they wear uniforms and have tools to transport / carry the items to make it time efficient. They're well organize. I would definitely use their service again and highly recommended. read more
