My dad welcomed him (since I was at work when the items were delivered) and he had an extreme attitude. He dropped off the items and told my dad in a rude manner that he BETTER see the items in good condition when he came back or else he would charge us. He also made my dad sign a contract for the damages if any. I purchased a damages waiver, so what's the point of that option? In addition, the driver wouldn't leave unless it was signed. I spent too much money ($700) for this kind of service. I was going to tip him when he picked up the items, but his attitude was so nasty. Never have I experienced something like this.
