Called them in, they delivered the chairs when they said they would, they picked them up when they said they would. my girlfriend recommended this place to me and I heard such great things about this place. I was pretty disappointed that I had a bad experience with them from the start. messaged them one week before my event and got no answer. finally got a hold of them three days later. gave my information, time, and date. we agreed on a price and I gave the go-ahead. after that, they did not give me information about when and what time they will deliver, even after asking. I got a call the day before the event, saying they will be arriving in one hour, very last minute without notice or anything about delivery. during delivery, I signed and paid and gave a tip, and we agreed on a set time for pick-up, which was the next day after my event at 12 noon. pick up day came and I waited all noon for them to come and pick up the jumper, texted them, and no answer. waited till 3:10, texted them, and still no answer. an hour later[4:15] I texted again and no answer. waited another hour[5:53] and still no response. not until 6:43, I decided to call them and they finally answered, telling me they will pick up in an hour. I spent my whole BIRTHDAY waiting for them to pick up their jumper and not a single text message or anything. spending 8 whole hours waiting for them is ridiculous. if you're going to rent from this place, go ahead. they do have good prices and many jumpers to choose from but beware of the bad customer service. like late/no replies, very last minute, and poor communication skills and planning. read more

I was in need of tables and chairs quick because the previous rental company I was working with turned out to be unavailable when I had planned my event well in advance with them. I was worried I wasn't going to find anybody that could help me in such short notice and still at a reasonable price. I was able to get everything I needed at the time I needed, in the price range I wanted, and on the day I needed. I was also able to add a mechanical bull to my reservation literally a few days before the event date with them since my mechanical bull rental had also fallen through.
