We rented a mechincal bull for a western themed family christmas party. They were easy to order frim and work with before and on the day of the event. They came nice and early in the day, had plenty of power cable options to extend it to where we had a dedicated circuit in our laudry room. They were very friendly and helpful in providing operating instructions. They came to pick it up on time and even let the little kids ride it one more time before they took it away. In early August 2024, I began my internet search for tables and chairs to rent for my sister and brother-in-law's 50th wedding celebration. I read the reviews for Esparza Rentals and found them to be very positive. When I contacted the company to explained that I lived in Fresno County and the party was being held in Riverside, they were very willing to work with me. On the day of the event, two young men delivered the tables and chairs. Even though it was already warm, they unloaded the tables and chairs and placed them very close to the area where the party was going to be held later in that evening. They asked that the tables and chairs be stacked in the same order so they could easily reload them. My experience with Esparza Rentals was positive. The staff and the owner, Reina Esparza are easy to communicate with, they work to resolve any problem that may arise and most of all, very personable. This is my second time using Esparza Rentals and I just wanted to stop on here to make sure that they were given the proper credit for their services. I first hired them in the middle of the pandemic in 2020. We had a drive through baby shower and they provided tables, linens, and chairs for our event. They delivered and picked up the rentals on time. They were very professional and prompt which is why I decided to use them again for my recent event. They are a family run business so things like emails and invoices don't always arrive promptly but I know that they are a business I can count on if I need party supplies. Today is my daughter birthday party and we're left with nowhere to sit and no tables because they just decided not to deliver it because it didn't meet some stupid minimum which would have been fine however they just thought you know what I don't feel like doing this today so I just won't and you know what let's not bother contacting the customer to let her know she needs to make other plans.
