Frillz Event Rentals - Party Equipment Rentals Near Me

I rented wooden tables and chairs. The tables had plenty of splinters. I had to put table cloths over them because people kept getting hurt. Which is not the point of wooden tables. I wanted the visual of them. The tables were also wobbly. Some of the chairs had uncovered bolts in the back. One of our guest got caught and hurt by one of them. The condition of the items were just overall old and dirty. The delivery driver was also extremely rude. My dad welcomed him (since I was at work when the items were delivered) and he had an extreme attitude. He dropped off the items and told my dad in a rude manner that he BETTER see the items in good condition when he came back or else he would charge us. He also made my dad sign a contract for the damages if any. I purchased a damages waiver, so what's the point of that option? In addition, the driver wouldn't leave unless it was signed. I spent too much money ($700) for this kind of service. I was going to tip him when he picked up the items, but his attitude was so nasty. Never have I experienced something like this. Very unprofessional and poor quality. read more

What a great experience I had with Frillz! It was my first time using their services and it was a great experience. It was easy to book online and was contacted about a week before my event, via text (I love this), I did not have to reach out to them. The rentals were as promised and in great condition. The tables and chairs were dropped off on Friday and picked up Monday. I loved that! I was able to set up for my event early and not worry about having to be home for vendors the following day. Frillz deserves more than 5 stars, and I will always try to book with them first. Thank you Frillz!! read more

My husband and I decided last minute to renew our vows for our 20 year anniversary, and Frillz event was the easiest and most convenient thing on my task list. We rented tables, chairs, chargers, plate and settings, a bar and bar tables. Nadia was so kind and even made a mock up of our table setting choices a few weeks before to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. They delivered the day before on time and picked up the day after, no effort or stress on our end. I will definitely be using Frillz events for any future events. read more

Frillz Event Rentals - Beautiful! - Party Equipment Rentals Near Me

Frillz events is amazing! I planned and decorated an engagement brunch for my clients and Frillz was speedy at giving me a quote, was not pushy while my clients decided, and was fast and easy to talk to. We did have a hiccup with a rental item, but they informed me right away and even though they offered me another option, it didn't fit my design so they refunded me without any hassle, and was very apologetic. They even upgraded me to beautiful champagne flutes! The customer service was great and the delivery was on time and inventory was exact. My clients were very happy! read more

I've used Frillz before and again Nadia can through with some last minute rentals for a party we had last weekend. Thank you Nadia

I rented wood cross back and white resin chairs from Frillz and couldn't say enough good things about them. They were the only company locally that had the rustic/oak cross back chairs I wanted. Their prices were extremely reasonable and the quality of the rentals were perfect. They dropped the items off early and allowed me to keep them an extra day....which was nice because I didn't have to rush to get everything taken down. Definitely a great rental company that I will use again. read more

Renting tables and chairs can be dicey. You never know what you're going to get or the condition of the rental items. I was having two large parties on back to back days and used Frillz for tables, chairs and linens. Everything I rented was super clean and new but what was really impressive was the level of communication. Nadia was very communicative and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed from the start. Easy options to pay, easy communication and drop off and pick up was exactly as she described. I will definitely use their service again in the future! read more

I highly recommend Frillz Event Rentals! I had procrastinated with contacting rental companies for table/chair rentals and the company we normally use was all booked out. It turned out being a good thing, since it led me to finding Frillz Event Rentals. I rented rectangular tables + linens, cocktail tables + linens, and white resin chairs. Nadia made the rental process so easy and streamlined. Their rentals were much more cleaner than other companies I've worked with. I had a question about the linens while setting them up and Nadia was easily available to answer (which was extremely helpful because we were about 30 min from the start of the event!). I'm so glad I found Frillz Event Rentals, their rentals definitely elevated my event; I wish I had taken some photos of the set up before guests arrived. I am looking forward to using their services again in the future! read more
