He was super friendly and answered my many questions. While securing the order at the store, Miguel, Sr. wrote down my specifics, Miguel, Jr. helped with pictures through text, and his little brother Geovanny helped deliver and pickup the order. DLB appears to be a very unified locally-run family business and their values are apparent in everything they do. A nice feature they also offer is an array of party packages available which include different quantities of chairs, tables, canopies and jumpers. These package deals take the guesswork out of figuring out how many rental pieces are needed and are offered at a discounted rate, sweet! They offered me three meat choices; I asked for asada, chicken and pastor. My family is usually not a big fan of pastor meat but they loved it!! Their asada is great, and they have the best chicken tacos I've had! The salsas were superb! I specially loved their red salsa. They also included two aguas frescas (horchata and jamaica) that were just perfect. They also included everything needed for the tacos as far as plates, napknis, onions, limes, etc.. They arrived 1 hour early to set up and have everything right at the time we had agreed and stayed over 30 minutes longer at the end to serve everyone's last round of tacos and they didn't complain or ask for more money which I thought was really nice. My wife loved the way they set up their salsa table with sarape and a little donkey pinata. We got a lot of compliments from my guests :) Chairs, tables, & specially the jumper were clean which is a big PLUS. They were nice enough to let me keep the chairs overnight and picked up the next day at the time we agreed. Their prices are very reasonable and you get GOOD food and great service for your money. She was busy and said she'd call us back. By Friday, after still not hearing anything, my wife called again and her husband answered. He gave us a completely different story, saying they couldn't deliver, didn't have room in his truck, and even implied that Elizabeth didn't charge us enough--like that was somehow our fault. He essentially said he couldn't help us at all. We wasted three days waiting on them instead of finding someone else. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Definitely would not recommend.
