This place is good in my 15year mom experience Here are my pros: -it's clean. Compared to my experience at SkyZone, it's immaculate. I didn't see trash or spots of goop. I climbed through it all with my toddler, and I wasn't grossed out. - engaging equipment. -they gave 2 tokens to the claw arcade. -saw employees actively cleaning, throughout my 2.5 hours there. -you can wear your own socks. I'm tired of places charging you for their socks. -the bathroom slippers they provide is genius thinking. THANK you for that! -decent snack bar Cons: -funky smell, almost like urine. I ended up getting use to it. -there's things that need replacing. Like the building blocks, the barking ball pit dog thing wasn't working, stuff looking old and dingy, netting ripping. -it was just a tad bit warm in there. The favorite play area for 6 year old. There's lots of space to run around and clomb up and down, also an separate area for younger children. They have a simple snack bar with food if you get hungry. The kids won't stop whining for me to take them back here. Admission covers all day which is nice. They do charge everyone even if you are not playing. A great spot for kids in Redlands! read more

Dear High 5 Indoor Playground Management, I am writing regarding a very concerning experience at your Redlands, CA location on February 23, 2026. While at your facility, I stepped on a piece of glass that became lodged between my toes. I immediately notified staff, but no one treated the situation with urgency or concern. I had to limp out to my car to get my own tweezers to remove the glass myself. No staff member offered first aid, checked on me afterward, informed other parents about the hazard, or took visible steps to secure the area. What was especially upsetting was the attitude I received when bringing this to your attention. Instead of empathy or professionalism, I was met with what felt like indifference and standoffish behavior. I paid $40 to visit your facility and certainly did not expect to leave injured and treated as though I was the problem. Leilani, and Natalie are extremely rude 0 out of 10. It is very fortunate that it was me--an adult--who stepped on the glass and not a child. This could have been much worse. Additionally, I feel compelled to mention that the overall cleanliness of the facility was concerning. A children's indoor playground should be held to high standards of safety and sanitation, and both of these issues need immediate attention. I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be addressed and what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again. Upon entering, there is a QR code you must scan to fill out a waiver for yourself and your children, should anything happen to someone, they are not responsible. The young ladies at the front were very helpful and friendly. I paid $15 each for my two year old and eight year old and my admission was free (cash prices). I believe it's fifty cents extra per child with cash payment and 1 adult is free per child. They assign you a cubby to place your shoes and belongings. You then receive a wrist band and you're on your way. At first glance I thought the place was small but once inside I realized how big it really was. They have a huge area for children under 5 which was great because most indoor playgrounds don't have that. There's a trampoline, ball pits, huge jungle gym and slides. There's so much to do. We played for about 2 hours and throughout our time there, there was constantly someone cleaning and picking up. Overall it was a very nice experience and I'm glad we gave it a try. It's a lot of fun for everyone, great staff, cheap and the clientele is very respectful of each other. First time coming here. Got recommended by someone. Let me tell you. The price is cheap to get in. The food and drinks are little pricey though. The cleanliness of the place is good. They have someone cleaning the floors and even going in the jungle gym spraying it down and wiping. They have an area for 5 and under. The jungle gym is pretty huge and has a little ball pit. I saw they had an arcade area when I left but didn't take a good look. One more thing is theres not really anywhere to sit if theres alot of people there. I have been going here since it opened and cannot believe how it has gone downhill! Not only has the play area for children 5 and under been cut down to 1/4 the size, but the area has been turned over into claw machines! We bought a "large pizza" for over $25 that was about 12" in diameter and 1/4" thick. I could not detect ANY CHEESE on it! We were told, "That's the only size we have." When asked for more water to drink, they asked us to return the same small plastic cup that we had been given water in two hours before! Out of the 5 children with us, NOT 1 wanted a second piece to eat. We were told to fill out a complaint form to the owner if we were unhappy. I decided that complaint would not be seen by others to warn them how the food has changed. Buyer beware!! They used to send out for Papa John's Pizza, then changed to a large edible frozen pizza they cooked, and now are serving this excuse for pizza for the same price. It tastes like cardboard smeared with tomato sauce. Currently a delicious Digiorno large frozen pepperoni pizza sells for $4.99 at Stater Bros. That is less than 20% the cost of the pizza High 5 is currently selling. The increase of cost of living and food does not justify this difference. In the past , frozen pizza was cooked at this facility, so it is possible to do so again and provide an edible pizza at least twice the size. read more

Came here with some friends, but they charge $7 for adults to even just sit inside. Since we didn't have kids we sat on a bench and watch our friends kids run around for a few hours. Not the best location, but the kids seemed to have fun, so it was worth it for them to get some energy out! read more

This Indoor playground is large with one side for older kids and another for 5 years old and below. There is a small food court which is a plus. The staff was nice and they were actively cleaning the playground while we were there. If you're looking for a place for your child to burn off some energy, look no further. We got here at 11 on a Sunday and it was the perfect time. It wasn't crowded at all. We got our food orders in minutes and there was plenty of seating. It started getting crowded around 2:30. The facility is clean and bright and easy to navigate. The staff were all friendly and effectively accommodating and doing a good job. The restrooms were clean and I like that they have loner shoes to use the restroom. Parking was plentiful but seating got tight once it got crowded. Pricing on the weekend was $16 for kids and parents are free with paid child. Our kiddos had a blast and of course they didn't want to leave. I'm not saying this place isn't a lot of fun for my son and the customers with their kids who come are wonderful. But I am questioning how well they disinfect the surfaces there. Last Christmas we went and granted there were a lot of parties going on but we both got the worst flu of our lives. This season I got the flu shot! So we waited to go back until recently (May) and a day and a half later I have a sore throat and a bad cough. You have to take my word for it but I'm rarely sick. So if the surfaces aren't disinfected daily I hope they will be in the future. Alternatively they can get some big UV lights and turn them on at night and that will kill bacteria. My grandkids loooove playing here and I actually don't mind bringing them, I pay $36 for them to play for 2-3 hours & I spend about $40 on pizza & snacks. The thing is that they loved the papa John's that was available previously... we show up today & papa John's is no longer available, but they have frozen pizza you can order for $25 ... but it's taken well over 30 minutes to get it... the kids don't like pepperoni so I'll have to pick it off. The pizza was small not worth $25. I hope they work out the issues with papa John's, I was willing to pay the delivery fee or pick it up myself but the manager said no. I wanted to find a place indoors where my 4 year old son could get some of his pent up energy out and play. I found High 5 Indoor Playground through a search on Yelp and wanted to give this place a try. Upon entering, I realized what a huge place it was! It was much bigger than how it appeared from outside. You fill out a waiver form at the front desk right when you walk in and it's saved for future visits. The pricing, in my opinion, is fairly overpriced. The cost was $14 for a child over 9 months, and one parent is free with that child. Another parent is $7 on top of this, which seems ridiculous. Parents should be free, as we aren't the ones even allowed to be on the structures! And the fact that you have to pay for a baby that's 9 months and older is insane. They can't enjoy any of the amenities. Alright, I digress. There are two areas in High 5, one is a larger structure meant for older kids, and there is also a 5 and under section. The younger kids are allowed on the larger structure, but older kids are not allowed in the 5 and younger section. And when I say this, I absolutely mean it. There was a robotic voice that came on the intercom to scold someone who was older for being in that area. I have in addition to my 4 year old, I have an 8 month old daughter. I brought in my stroller so that I could push her around, but you are not allowed to be anywhere with it except right by the entrance. Also, no outside food or drinks allowed, and they check very closely. They want you to go buy their overpriced drinks and food instead. If my son didn't love this place so much, I would have rated it lower than 3 stars. He absolutely loves the slides and the ball pit. He could spend all day here easily. So, I have to stick to my 3 stars. We go weekly to High 5, so it is fairly pricey. They offer 10 admissions for $120 but it's not a ton of savings. Overall, not too bad. My friend and I took our kids here yesterday, excited for them to play. It was $18 for a Friday which I thought was pretty expensive, being both our children are a year and a half and they're not going to play that long. The 5 years and younger section looked great at first but as I looked more the floor appeared really dirty and the slide you could visibly see discoloration from dirt. The ball pit looked eh. I tried not to think about it since we already paid but I don't think I'd go back. The kids had fun but it's not worth the risk of that many germs. read more

Reminiscent of the Discovery Zone playgrounds from back in the day. Very spacious and a lot of play space. They also have a separate section for under 5 (although IMO they need more employees to make sure the older kids keep out of that area) The employees are constantly sanitizing and disinfecting, which is great. The food and drink selection is small, mostly for the little ones. The worst part is getting the grand baby to leave! Definitely will be going often. read more

I used to come here a lot as it was relatively close to my house and the kids loved it! After moving a bit further away, coming here hasn't been as often but my kids and I came yesterday and they still absolutely love it! The pricing hasn't changed in about a year or so since we last came and honestly, it's not terrible. For myself and two kids, we pay $33 to get in. Mind you, they spend HOURS here so breaking down the price into all the hours spent, definitely worth it. I have not once encountered an unfriendly employee or seen the place dirty. They're always mopping the foam pads and cleaning in one way or another when we're here as they can in between all the kids playing! J find myself wanting to continue coming back as it gets the kids energy out and some of mine since I go on the playground with them! I did notice they changed a couple things they used to have that they don't anymore and removed from the playground like bulls at the top of the bigger kids area that you could sit on and kind of bounce around but it wasn't a HUGE hit with my kids so didn't really impact their fun at all! As long as my kids enjoy this place, we will keep coming back as we can! read more

My husband came and paid for my two children to play. I came and met them and the lady at the front wanted to charge me to just go in to watch my kids play. $7! My husband said adults were free and she said "yes, with each paying child" we paid for two children. She said because I didn't walk in with them I had to pay. That doesn't make any sense. This place is so cute! It's fairly new, about two years old, and you wouldn't know it's there just driving by. I searched "kid activities" near highland and this place popped up. There are two sections, one area for all kids and another for 5 and under. That was great for my 3 year old niece because she was able to use the kiddie corner to warm up to playing with others than she was excited to go to the big kid area. The staff walk around and clean the entire time, it makes you feel good to have kids playing with the various balls and blocks and not be too worried about crazy germs that would be at a place like Chuck E Cheese. There's a cute snack area and the prices weren't as high as I thought they'd be and they offer a good selection of items. My favorite part was that there were two TVs that were off in the snack area and I asked if they could turn on game 4 of the NBA finals and the staff said yes had no problem figuring out how to find the game for me. Starting from the beginning. We thought it was closed from what we thought was the front door. Filthy windows. the inside foam floors are very dirty (I expect some dirt because of the daily usage). $18 is expensive in comparison to other places but they can play as long as they want. They force you to pay an extra $7 and buy socks if you supervise. Socks are NOT "one size fits all". some of the play equipment was broken (steering wheel with balls in it). no outside drinks allowed. Pretty much a money grab. I am giving two stars because I am grateful someone took a risk and started their own company where I can take my child when it is hot or cold outside. I would come back for convenience but I know it will get familiar quick because there is not a lot of play equipment. A real cleaning company should come and shampoo carpets and clean equipment. especially flooring read more

Highly recommend High 5 Indoor Playground! We hosted our daughter's 5th birthday party there. They were easy to work with. I dropped off theme specific decorations the Thursday before the party. High 5 staff set up the entire room, we just had to show up with cupcakes and party favors. It was a perfect mix for kids age five and under. There were a handful of babies less than a year that enjoyed the smaller area. The kids had a great time. It was easy to observe them in the open netted areas. The staff were visibly seen cleaning the play areas too while we were there. Great experience and they created a fun stress free birthday party. read more
