Dec 2025 - Ted blind boxes
Kevin M.

I had a fun time checking out Infinity Claws. These claw machine arcades are popping up from city to city over the years. This location is in the busy Diamond Plaza of Rowland Heights. The location itself is very clean and tidy. The staff here were very accommodating. They took their time explaining how each machine is set up. Each aisle has certain points attached to their machines based off their difficulty. The points can range from 1-3 points depending which machines you grab a plushie. They offer various options of plushies and also some blind boxes inside the claw machines. What separates them from other claw arcades is the prizes you that you can trade. They offer other bigger character plushies, blind boxes, toys, and collectible figures. We had fun here and won a few times to trade for a prize. I'd definitely come back again with our family and friends. ( ^_^)b

This place is definitely a cool little place to come check out especially if you like the claw games! It's kinda pricey but it makes it worth it because mostly every time you play you win & theres alot of other fun games you can play as well! If you have kids they will definitely have a good time here!

Going to update my review because I had a different experience when I went this past weekend. I was in Diamond Plaza for dinner and wandered over for a post dinner stroll. It looks like the plushies in the machine are now arranged randomly so it gives you a good chance of winning. It's about $1 a token (I paid $20 for 22 tokens). Each of the claw machines are $1, $2 or $5 (depending on what the plush is). For $20, our group won 5 plushies from the claw machines, which I think was pretty good return. The plushies were also pretty cute. My favorite was the dinosaur that I won (lol). I believe that you can upgrade you plushies for some of the items that they had up front (I saw labubub's on the display). I am not sure how that works because I ended up keeping all of my plushies (they were so cute!), but that's something that customers can do if they don't want to go home with a bunch of random items. I will definitely be back next time I am in the plaza.

Really liked this place as they indicate which ones are harder than the others. You can also gather a ton of plushies, and trade them for better things depending on the number of points they were worth. Would definitely recommend coming here!

Infinity Claws has quickly become my favorite claw-cade! This was my first time visiting and definitely not the last time. It's such a fun place to visit and the staff is very friendly! There's green machines (1pt), yellow machines (2pts), and red machines (5pts). You can accumulate points to trade up or you can just keep the prizes that you win. The trade ups are really cool though! Prizes range from Pokémon cards, collector cards, pop figures, key chains, blind boxes, and large plushies (probably more that I forgot to list). I spent $10 and earned a total of 6pts. I decided to trade up for a Pop! keychain of Lisa from BlackPink and a cat plush keychain. I was pretty happy with my winnings. Next time I might try the red machines to win a Labubu.

More items you can trade your prizes in for, based on token value.

What a cool concept. I've never ever won anything from a claw machine, so I was a little apprehensive of trying out this place. But the manager and employees were nice and did a great job of explaining how everything works. So glad I tried it out! There are 3 levels of claw machines in terms of cost and prizes. If you win a prize (a plushy), you can keep it OR trade it in for a different prize of equivalent value. I dropped a plushy on my first try but grabbed one on the second attempt (winning a bird stuffy). Then I traded it in for a Marvel key cap 2-pack (Spider-Man and Thanos). Score!!! If you love claw machines, this is a must try.

My daughter was absolutely THRILLED to go home with a bag full of plushies in a BACKPACK bag! Love this place!!!

Absolutely love this place! First claw machine place that I've been to where the claw machines have difficulties labeled which is perfect for my daughter. Have been here maybe 4 times since we found this place and the prizes do change for time to time which keeps us coming back. Being able to trade is great (til I realized my daughter traded a stuffed animal for a single jar of play-doh aka traded a dollar for a single tub haha!) If you are looking for a place to spend some time with friends or family, COME HERE! P.S. claw machines are double tap on the buttons so DO NOT rapidly double tap the button when dropping the claw or else the claw will close prematurely (try explaining that to a toddler).

I check out all the claw machines in the area and this one is actually VERY fair. We won 4 plushies out of 11 tries. The claws actually grab and also snap in on double tap. Most games are $2 or two tokens but there are a few that are $1 and $5. Would recommend this place if you like to WIN! Trading in was pretty good as well.

The "hard" prize I won at Infinity Claws. Boxed, mystery plushies like this one cost five tokens per play.

I've visited Infinity Claws twice, and I've always had a great experience, but today stood out to me. The employees are genuinely so kind, and they truly want to see you win. I also love being able to trade claw machine prizes for bigger prizes. Their arsenal of prizes is impressive, and I will continue to go back. Attached below is one of the prize items I won at Infinity Claws. :-)

The recommended option for the physical card is load $55 for 300 credits that includes a $20 bonus. Clean, empty (we came on a weekday), and we still didn't get to try all the amenities. $30 for 3 hours honestly got us through arcade games, bowling, playing pool and volleyball. And 99 cent ice cream to top it off? Amazing. Note: the mall itself is pretty much vacant. Wouldn't try to go shopping. 4/5 stars due to roller skating and go karting not running when we came.

This place is every germaphobe's nightmare. I remember when Spo-Cha first opened and thought it was…read morea decent little spot to do some activities. Coming back years later with somewhat optimistic expectations, it sadly now looks like a shell of what it could have been. On Sunday afternoon, we decided to check out Spo-Cha since we had nothing else to do while hanging out with friends. While I was already anticipating having to use shared equipment, it was honestly really gross seeing communal sports equipment just being hung up after use or thrown in the same bin for the next person to use... and not to mention, everything was VERY sweaty too. There were no attendants actively cleaning equipment (maybe one at the roller rink) and no form of paper towels or sprays to at least allow you to clean between use. Not sure if I was more afraid of potentially getting lice or ringworm, but I tried to avoid touching anything with cloth while I was there. If you're a parent, consider bringing extra disinfectant wipes or hand sanitizer. The bathrooms were not the cleanest but were fine if you're just washing your hands frequently. Not to mention, there were kids running amok throughout the establishment. Again, while it is to be expected, I was still a little concerned seeing there be a lack of parental supervision for a LOT of young kids (toddlers included). Not only is it dangerous for them, who likely don't know any better, but also for older teens and adults trying to avoid knocking them over when they disrupt games or recklessly run into people around the roller rink. While at the very least, most of the sports were fine to play (e.g. billiards, table tennis, volleyball, pickleball, etc.), when it came to the arcade... half the machines were broken. And even if they worked, then a third of those would have something wrong with it. At that point, you'd rather spend your money at Round 1 next door for arcade games and somewhat of a nicer experience. Moving on to the dining area... We did get thirsty after a while and, after noticing a pitcher of water at an empty table, we asked if we could order one as well. The staff (hiding behind the self-order kiosks, since you do not have the option to order at the register) let us know that a pitcher of water costs $8. Needless to say, consider eating and drinking before/after you come here (or just fork up a few extra dollars for a soda instead). Sure, you can say that you get what you pay for, but this place seems to have been going downhill for a while. The only person really working was the employee in a black button up checking us in and out at the counter. He was very courteous and efficient, but seemed pretty overworked. Not sure what things look like behind the scenes, but it doesn't seem like anyone else other than him really cared about the quality or reputation of this place. Overall, if you're looking for a place to kill 3 hours with a $30 budget, you've found it. If you keep your expectations low enough, it's honestly not that terrible of a spot to try different sports or get a little exercise in while having some semblance of fun. But, if you have the chance to avoid it, avoid it. Or instead, consider catching a movie at AMC or heading to Round 1 before it meets the same fate as Spo-Cha.

No warning, or anything that they were closing. We asked if we could quickly finish our game, and he again told us to leave the facility. Awful service, and it put a sour taste in my mouth as we weren't allowed an extra 2 min to finish what we paid for. A warning would have been nice. On top of it, the course is BORING. It's not decorated, no theme, and they designed it so when you play, the balls easily fly into other courses or in the bushes. A bad design overall and not thought out. Please do better Boomers :(

Our group was a bunch of 5/6/7 year olds and the group they played against was 10-12 year olds so I felt like that was a little unfair but no one got seriously hurt so that's all you can ask for. My least favorite part was the arcade. Some of the games weren't working so that's a bust. Our kids were too young to use the VR game so it would have been nice if they got to ride the bumper cars twice instead of just losing out on that. On top of that there was only one person staffing the VR game, the mini bowling and the bumper cars so it was like 10-15 minutes between each option and there were only maybe 8 bumper cars so when there's a line the kids had to wait about 20 minutes just to ride the bumper cars. There were lines for the bumper cars and the VR so no one used the bowling because there wasn't enough staff.
