However once they gave us a tour and sat us in the "war room" to explain the rules I knew I should have drank pre workout or something. once you enter the "battle grounds" where the laser tag begins you are walking quickly, throwing yourself against the walls, ducking, listening and everyone not on your team is an enemy. Waited half an hour and finally an employee came to open the doors. We walked in and he said if you want to play you can only get a half hour because I have another reservation. I said I booked an hour and we were on time but the employees were late. It was our first time here at LaserLand. We were invited by my daughter's friend. Their start time was 2:30pm. When we got there it wasn't packed which was really nice for a Saturday. They started Laser Tag right on time. It was mixed with other people that had reservations at that same time. They also had an employee helping out making sure everything went well. It was a good group and the kids were able to play comfortable. The only thing after each game my daughter kept saying it was so hot and it was stuffy in there. I had my son's 10th birthday party here. It wasn't a big party (about eight kids), but they all had a blast. The staff were just big kids themselves! We only booked for an hour, but that was more than enough for these kids. Each "mission" lasted about 6-7 minutes, and it was high intensity each mission. The kids were constantly on the go! The facilities were clean, but the rooms where the kids didn't look that big. They have screens for us parents to watch as the kids went on their missions, and then they also have a scoreboard so you can see how each kid is doing. Good experience recently at Lost World Laser Tag where we took my son and a group of friends. Two men at the counter, friendly and explained all the rules of each game, helped us set up. No one was here Saturday afternoon so we ended up having a private session for one hour (paid ahead of time online.). Their website is easy to navigate. The arena was big and fun, plenty of walls and places to hide and dodge. Their arcade is a little lacking, not very extensive, more as an after thought. They do have two trampolines which we did not use, and two claw machines. They do have a few board games which kept my toddler entertained. Clean bathrooms, plenty of parking outside. *Late review from about a month ago* Me and my kids were so excited when we saw Laser land place close by our house. We waited for it to open. When we visited the facility, it was nice. It had multiple Laser tags theme, a trampoline and VR. My kids are 9,8 and 6. When we arrived, there were two staff there, one (I assume) was the owner, whose behind the counter, and the other young man that stand by the laser tag room. I wasn't exposed to VR, laser tags when I was growing up, so all these things were new to me. I got to ask some questions to the person behind the counter, which one would be appropriate for my kids' age. He did explained one or two things to me but I still didn't really understand. Then the business phone started to ring one after another and I lost my conversation with him. I bought 3 laser tags for my kids anyway in which they had fun. The other young man that took care of laser tag was super sweet, catering and understanding to my questions and concerns for the age appropriate decision in choosing the laser tag theme. After my kids were done with laser tags, they wanted to do trampoline and VR. Trampoline was fun and easy to understand. The VR however, froze about three times when my 8 yrs old playing it. Again, the staff was helpful and let my son repeat it again. Then when it was my 9 yrs old son turn, it kept on going but kind of "stuck." Seemed it was hard to use/ the games was not sensitive enough to pick up objects in the game. So I felt it was not a wise spending. By this time I noticed another staff came to shift, and I got to ask her some clarification about the differences in the laser tag themes and their level of difficulties aligned with the age appropriateness. I understood more after she explained it to me. But by that time, I already spent 7 laser tags, 1 trampoline and 2 VR. So I didn't purchase other games. The cool thing was every purchased loaded to a card, and that card would accumulate points. That was pretty efficient and I love perks like that. The place looked clean and the bathroom also well kept. The downside, for a non gamer Mom such as me, things was very confusing. The price for each game are pretty steep too. This comparison only with other old laser tags place that I could buy two hours unlimited, (but only one theme, which was a plus because I didn't have to make decision which one they should choose), with small arcade that occupied my 6 yrs old without breaking the bank. Another downside was seemed understaffed, we waited by the cafe to order pizza and Dippin Dots for a good 30 min but no one available to help us. Seemed either they were occupied with phone, or other guests. Thankfully the place is the same complex with Wendys, Round Table Pizza so we went there instead. read more

Very fun laser tag experience. Went with a friend who had an interview and they let me tag along with a couple games of laser tag! The arena is really cool design wise and has plenty of space to move around. The gear is sturdy but not too heavy to where it would impair movement. This place is very basic and small with limited choice. The staff working here are good though. We came with a Groupon and that is fairly good value. I think even the laser tag itself is decent value without Groupon. Everything else though is a bit of a rip off IMO. For example the trampoline game, while fun, would set you back $6 for 2 players for a very short playing time. Now the laser tag arena itself is very basic. There are 2 rooms, one of which has no effects or anything special at all. Its just a dark room with some walls. The other room ("zombie" theme) has a little lighting and sometimes smoke, but again it is again very basic. This has to be the most no frills laser tag I've done ever by a big margin. I feel they have false advertising too, as they list VR/ trampoline/ laser/ ARCADE, but there are no arcades! read more

So the first time we came, the laser tag system was down but we had already paid for it through Groupon so when we got there Greg told us the situation and said we could hang out for an hour while they try and get it back online so we played unlimited games while we waited but it never worked so he wrote us a coupon and said come back another day. We came back about 7 weeks later and everything was working. Huge shoutout to Michelle, she goes above and beyond for customer experience. We had such a wonderful time celebrating birthday party here. Everyone was well taken care of. Don't forget to fill out the waiver form prior to coming so you save yourself time. It does take sometimes a while to get out and play, but it was really fun and we all enjoyed ourselves. During your wait time there's also a couple free games that are available to play. They allow you to have your cake and a area to be able to eat . The manager, Shane was very kind and went out of his way to make sure everything was clear and taken care of and the entire staff made themselves available to explain things clean up and support everyone with their fun adventures here. Just had my 7yr old son's birthday here and we absolutely loved it ! Very clean facility with very spacious arenas. It can either be 1 big one or they close it in have and make 2 smaller ones. They have multiple game modes you can play but what's really awesome is the worker knows how much time you have left and will recommend which games to make the most of your time Will come back for more birthdays & thinking about having team parties here too! Not many games and a couple are out of service here but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Another gripe I have is came in and was told I was getting a pizza combo that they advertised and I HAD a group of 4 children waiting for pizza over an hour only to be told they forgot to order . When the supervisor or owner was contacted and he brushed it off and said "well the pizza was included for free" . That is not what I agreed to or paid for and had 4 small children waiting to eat only to get no food. We had to leave in a rush to feed them. After looking at the previous reviews it's obvious this is there scheme of some sorts it seems . They should just not advertise the food. read more

Went there for a birthday party a few weeks ago and this place was disgusting. The floors were sticky and dirty. The 'arcade' they had was about 4 games and some of them weren't even working. The room they put us into to explain the rules had missing ceiling tiles and the tiles that were there had water damage. The arena was pitiful to say the least. Exposed wires everywhere and a sad little fog machine in a corner. We had 2 vests with completly white screens and when we brought it up the employee said it was normal and that it didnt matter. I don't think its normal to give customers faulty or not working equipment. The party room was dingy and the floors sticky. The roof was leaking in the hallway and there was just a bucket of water just sitting there. My husband said the men's restroom absolutely reeked of urine and the family restroom had a ring of grime in the tolet bowl. They have a 'snack bar' and it's literally covered in ants and there is nothing they sell. This place is obviously not well taken care of and no one seems to care. if i could give this place negative stars i would. Disappointing i will not be going here again and i will make sure my friends don't either. read more

My family came here one Friday/Saturday night, I don't remember which and there was no wait, all the employees were very nice. We had such a good time. I think the best part is that they were so accommodating! My daughter (6) was kind of scared, it was just her, her dad and I that were playing and the employees offered to turn on some lights just for her. Even once others joined in on the games they kept the lights on for her. I feel what we paid was extremely fair for how long/how many games we played. The concept is cute. But over all for the price isn't much worth it. They need to remodel or keep up with things that need maintenance. Bathrooms smelled like pee too. The party rooms were ok but kinda dirty. The room they review the rules and all smells and the benches need to be re upholstered. It's just needs a lot of fixing. BEWARE of this place! BEWARE!!!!!! I and my family booked a party for my son and initially when I went to the place to look around, I spoked and met Miguel. He was SO KIND, ACCOMMODATING and AMAZING. I told him that we are planning to celebrate my son's birthday and emphasized to him that MY SON IS DISABLED AND MENTALLY CHALLENGED. Miguel was even kind enough to offer that he can arrange toning down the music in the laser area if it's too much for my son. But I said it will be ok. But I do appreciate him offering anyways. Day of the party, everything was initially doing great, party area was decorated very nice with the neon theme, laser tag games were done and kids enjoyed. Not until after.... We were asked to go to the party area. I ordered and reserved food from them. Because I wanted everything to go smoothly after the games and expecting the foods will just be served without any problems. The eating time was supposedly from 6pm-7pm. Kids sat down. My son sat down, Patiently waiting. 6:15 pm, no foods yet. I went out to ask for the bottled waters that was supposedly part of the package that I paid. But no bottled waters were served. Can you imagine the kids after exhausting their energy from the laser games and not being able to drink after???? Most especially for my disabled son. What I and my husband doesn't understand is why the bottled waters were not served ahead of time while waiting for the pizzas and other foods from their source outside their facility. 6:30pm strikes, and still no foods and drinks served. My disabled son is getting restless and verbalizing being thirsty and bored waiting in the eating area. My husband tried to console him by letting him blow his birthday cake first and let all the kids and other guests sing happy birthday even they haven't eaten yet. So desserts were served first to the kids because obviously they were tired, hungry and we are still waiting for our ordered foods. The situation is UNBELIEVABLE. The has not yet given our bottled waters, drinks and foods! When I went outside , I spoked to a staff named " Greg" and calmly ff up about our ordered foods, and he said " I know...it should have been here at this time". 6:40 PM... FINALLY, Greg went inside our party area and brought in the drinks... the kids who were patiently waiting for 40 minutes sitting started to stand up and go get their drinks in the table. Can you imagine how thirsty they were????? playing an hour of laser tags, eating slices of cake waiting for their drinks. Then to our surprise, when Greg came back with the pizzas, HE SHOUTED RUDELY TO THE KIDS when they told them to sit down. Mind you, HE SHOUTED RUDELY. I still kept my composure and told the kids to just go back to their sits and I will pour their drinks in their table. My husband, in defense of the kids, then told Greg, " The kids are just thirsty" UNBELIEVEBLY, GREG SNAPPED OUT AND STARTED POINTING HIS FINGER TO MY HUSBAND AND STARTED TO CURSE HIM AND EVEN DARE HIM TO GO OUTSIDE FOR A CHEAP FIGHT. WE WERE ALL SHOCKED... THE KIDS, THEIR PARENTS, OUR GUESTS AND MOST ESP MY DISABLED SON. I called the other staff Miguel for help because Greg was harassing us and I told him that it's traumatizing my disabled son who was witnessing everything. BUT EVEN MIGUEL WAS BEING VERBALLY ATTACKED BY GREG WHEN GREG SENSED THAT MIGUEL WAS UNDERSTANDING OUR SIDE AND PROTECTING US FROM HIS PSYCH OUTRAGE WHICH IS SOOO DISTURBING. All this time, we were calm and Greg was the one who is AGITATED AND OUT OF CONTROL. The owner, Cris was called by Miguel. I called the COVINA POLICE DEPT for our protection. And Greg was kicked out of of the place. I emailed the owner for this experience. No response. Very traumatizing to my disabled son. Me and my husband and our guests are all healthcare workers. Our patience is our virtue. We patiently waited for the foods, patiently console my disabled son and the kids, patiently control our tempers even if such staff as Greg was displaying such AGITATION, RUDENESS and UNCALLED behavior not only to us but to our kids. Me and my husband did not pay for this kind of experience. AND SO IS MY SON. Otherwise the staff facilitating the laser games is super nice and was kind enough and did selfies with our kids, the event party area is cool and well decorated , Miguel was super calm and helpful during the commotion. Otherwise, if there wasn't any unpleasant experience and traumatic experience for my son, the party could have been a successful one.... but sadly to say, it was not. read more
