We had a fantastic time! We held a birthday party and during planning, we were able to check out the location and they answered all the questions we had before booking the party. Jeffrey and the team were fantastic! They were there in any way possible. The laser tag games were fun! The location is very clean! Restrooms very clean and everything very well stocked. Great spacious party rooms that you can decorate with your theme, which was very nice. Booking was easy as you can do it online, and you can pay an extra fee to bring your own food as well. The schedule and ease for all the players worked well for everyone.

It was our first time here at LaserLand. We were invited by my daughter's friend. Their start time was 2:30pm. When we got there it wasn't packed which was really nice for a Saturday. They started Laser Tag right on time. It was mixed with other people that had reservations at that same time. They also had an employee helping out making sure everything went well. It was a good group and the kids were able to play comfortable. The only thing after each game my daughter kept saying it was so hot and it was stuffy in there. The air wasn't flowiThey were able to play a good amount of games in the hour time slot they had. The employees provided a roll of paper towels and small cold waters for everyone. This was my daughter as well as some of her friend's first time playing Laser Tag. They all enjoyed it very much.

    Friday late night fun!

My son celebrated his birthday here. We booked the after hour slot, so we wouldn't be stuck to a schedule. It worked out perfectly! We had the place to ourselves, and everyone had a great time. We would definitely recommend this place. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, which was much appreciated. Thank you, Jeffrey for your help!

I had the greatest time playing laser tag with my cousins! The employees do a great job explaining the rules and games and keeping it fun!

*Late review from about a month ago* Me and my kids were so excited when we saw Laser land place close by our house. We waited for it to open. When we visited the facility, it was nice. It had multiple Laser tags theme, a trampoline and VR. My kids are 9,8 and 6. When we arrived, there were two staff there, one (I assume) was the owner, whose behind the counter, and the other young man that stand by the laser tag room. I wasn't exposed to VR, laser tags when I was growing up, so all these things were new to me. I got to ask some questions to the person behind the counter, which one would be appropriate for my kids' age. He did explained one or two things to me but I still didn't really understand. Then the business phone started to ring one after another and I lost my conversation with him. I bought 3 laser tags for my kids anyway in which they had fun. The other young man that took care of laser tag was super sweet, catering and understanding to my questions and concerns for the age appropriate decision in choosing the laser tag theme. After my kids were done with laser tags, they wanted to do trampoline and VR. Trampoline was fun and easy to understand. The VR however, froze about three times when my 8 yrs old playing it. Again, the staff was helpful and let my son repeat it again. Then when it was my 9 yrs old son turn, it kept on going but kind of "stuck." Seemed it was hard to use/ the games was not sensitive enough to pick up objects in the game. So I felt it was not a wise spending. By this time I noticed another staff came to shift, and I got to ask her some clarification about the differences in the laser tag themes and their level of difficulties aligned with the age appropriateness. I understood more after she explained it to me. But by that time, I already spent 7 laser tags, 1 trampoline and 2 VR. So I didn't purchase other games. The cool thing was every purchased loaded to a card, and that card would accumulate points. That was pretty efficient and I love perks like that. The place looked clean and the bathroom also well kept. The downside, for a non gamer Mom such as me, things was very confusing. The price for each game are pretty steep too. This comparison only with other old laser tags place that I could buy two hours unlimited, (but only one theme, which was a plus because I didn't have to make decision which one they should choose), with small arcade that occupied my 6 yrs old without breaking the bank. Another downside was seemed understaffed, we waited by the cafe to order pizza and Dippin Dots for a good 30 min but no one available to help us. Seemed either they were occupied with phone, or other guests. Thankfully the place is the same complex with Wendys, Round Table Pizza so we went there instead.

Went with a few friends they explain the game modes well and they are nice people. Great first time doing laser tag!

I grew up in Japan and I've been going to R1 since 2005〜 Machines are pretty frequently updated here and it's maintained somewhat good. Time to time there are some rhythm games that has faulty censor, but I'm sure it will improve in the future as I've seen this place improve as a whole. One of the downsides for me is Spotcha, as a lot of their "sports" games/machines tends to be faulty and the last 3 times I went, the batting cage especially tends to not be working, but still letting people in. If it needs maintenance, I think people will understand if they put a barricade or a sign that says "under maintenance" rather than just leaving it open and people will just go home disappointed. Keep the actually working ones open, and close/put up a sign might help with maintaining customer satisfaction level. I think they're doing a great job with brining in colab's though!

Coming back years later with somewhat optimistic expectations, it sadly now looks like a shell of what it could have been. On Sunday afternoon, we decided to check out Spo-Cha since we had nothing else to do while hanging out with friends. While I was already anticipating having to use shared equipment, it was honestly really gross seeing communal sports equipment just being hung up after use or thrown in the same bin for the next person to use... and not to mention, everything was VERY sweaty too. There were no attendants actively cleaning equipment (maybe one at the roller rink) and no form of paper towels or sprays to at least allow you to clean between use. Not sure if I was more afraid of potentially getting lice or ringworm, but I tried to avoid touching anything with cloth while I was there. If you're a parent, consider bringing extra disinfectant wipes or hand sanitizer. The bathrooms were not the cleanest but were fine if you're just washing your hands frequently. Not to mention, there were kids running amok throughout the establishment. Again, while it is to be expected, I was still a little concerned seeing there be a lack of parental supervision for a LOT of young kids (toddlers included). Not only is it dangerous for them, who likely don't know any better, but also for older teens and adults trying to avoid knocking them over when they disrupt games or recklessly run into people around the roller rink. While at the very least, most of the sports were fine to play (e.g. billiards, table tennis, volleyball, pickleball, etc.), when it came to the arcade... half the machines were broken. And even if they worked, then a third of those would have something wrong with it. At that point, you'd rather spend your money at Round 1 next door for arcade games and somewhat of a nicer experience. Moving on to the dining area... We did get thirsty after a while and, after noticing a pitcher of water at an empty table, we asked if we could order one as well. The staff (hiding behind the self-order kiosks, since you do not have the option to order at the register) let us know that a pitcher of water costs $8. Needless to say, consider eating and drinking before/after you come here (or just fork up a few extra dollars for a soda instead). Sure, you can say that you get what you pay for, but this place seems to have been going downhill for a while. The only person really working was the employee in a black button up checking us in and out at the counter. He was very courteous and efficient, but seemed pretty overworked. Not sure what things look like behind the scenes, but it doesn't seem like anyone else other than him really cared about the quality or reputation of this place. Overall, if you're looking for a place to kill 3 hours with a $30 budget, you've found it. If you keep your expectations low enough, it's honestly not that terrible of a spot to try different sports or get a little exercise in while having some semblance of fun. But, if you have the chance to avoid it, avoid it. Or instead, consider catching a movie at AMC or heading to Round 1 before it meets the same fate as Spo-Cha.

WARNING: SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS AT SKY ZONE COVINA…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but after what I witnessed at Sky Zone Covina on May 9th, I feel parents deserve to be aware of the serious safety concerns and lack of leadership at this location. My daughter and I are members at several trampoline parks due to our involvement in gymnastics, and we have generally had positive experiences elsewhere. When we arrived, we accidentally wore socks from another trampoline park that looked nearly identical to Sky Zone socks. Staff immediately approached us and informed us we needed official Sky Zone socks. That was completely understandable, and we purchased new socks right away without issue. The real concern came shortly afterward. My 6-year-old daughter noticed a teenage boy face down and unresponsive in the foam pit. I called out to him and quickly realized he was not responding and his head was partially buried. I immediately jumped into the foam pit to assist while my elderly father yelled for staff to help and requested someone call 911. What was deeply concerning was the complete lack of urgency from staff and management during what appeared to be a medical emergency. While I struggled alone in the foam pit trying to reposition and support a very large teenager, staff slowly walked over and just stood by. My father repeatedly asked for emergency assistance, yet management appeared more focused on the tone of his concern than the safety of the unconscious guest and took offense when called out on it. Thankfully, the teen eventually regained consciousness, after what seemed to have been a seizure, but the response from management, specifically Teresa, was extremely disappointing. When I later asked for corporate contact information, I was told she "didn't have it." I understand businesses have policies and liability concerns, but basic human compassion and emergency response should never be optional. Parents trust facilities like this with their children's safety, and after this experience, I no longer feel confident bringing my family here. Until Sky Zone Covina improves its emergency response training and leadership standards, I cannot recommend this location.
