I had ordered a hot beverage and it was brought to me without a lid and placed on the table. At that moment, my child reached over to grab food and spilled the entire hot drink on himself. Thank God, it was not serious and I was next to him able to assist him without needing medical attention by a professional. Being that it is a kids place, I wish they would implement lids for all hot drinks to avoid something like this in the future.
