Seriously one of the best play places I've ever been to! The set up is perfection because as a parent you can comfortably sit anywhere and have eyes on your kids the entire time. It's incredibly clean. They provide snacks and drinks that you can buy. The owner Anna was SO accommodating, she let me sign the waiver after I got the 3 kids settled in. If you've ever been to a play place you know the second you walk the kids get so excited and that small detail of her letting me just get settled before signing it was so helpful. I did enjoy this play space! The set up was nice! I had my daughter's 1st birthday here, and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was told I would have help in setting up but it wasn't much though they did provide decorations for the kids table. We probably just needed better communication regarding this. The set up/ layout was very ideal for food set up, a small ice cream chest (without ice) . I would come here again for play dates. It is a cute small play space for kids and very ideal for toddlers. I hosted a third birthday here and it was incredible!!! The kids and adults alike had a great time. The venue was clean and was spacious enough to accommodate our 25+ adults and 20 kids. The owner, Anna, was super sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond by coordinating the third party live character and balloon/bubble show vendors and was super generous by allowing us to take our time when winding the party down and leaving. Horrible customer service!!!! We hosted a two-hour Non-Private Party 10min before the end, we were told our time was almost up. I asked politely for 15-20 minutes to wrap up, especially since there were no other parties waiting, the facility remained open with no other kids and it was weekday. Instead of being understanding or flexible, the staff spoke to us very strictly and told us that if we stayed even a few minutes past our booking time, we would be charged a high extra fee. The employee stood over us, repeatedly telling children to leave playground immediately. It created a very stressful and uncomfortable atmosphere. I barely had the chance to thank our guests or properly end the celebration. This could have been a happy birthday memory, but unfortunately, the rigid attitude and lack of kindness from the staff ruined the experience. Horrible customer service, zero loyalty to customers, so sad, because the space itself is lovely. read more

We had one of the most amazing experiences at Play All Day! My family and I drove 50 minutes from Culver City with our two toddlers, excited for a fun day of play--only to realize that a private birthday party was about to start, and the play area was closed for the event. Most places would have simply turned us away, but the owner went above and beyond. She graciously let our kids play until the party started, showing incredible kindness and generosity. That small act of compassion made all the difference--it turned what could have been a huge disappointment into a magical day for our little ones. Her kindness has made us lifelong customers, and we can't wait to come back! If you're looking for a wonderful play space with truly caring ownership, Play All Day is the place to go. According to their website, they are open Saturdays until 8pm, but when we arrived, they were closed with no notice or sign on the door. We drove an hour with our two children, so this was very disappointing. Please keep posted hours updated to avoid situations like this. read more

Not sure about which outstanding services all the reviews are raving about, but we had a bad experience. Attended kids birthday. We were the only customers besides other 2 random kids. They didn't even let us stay 15 minutes after the "party time" was over. I would understand if it would be a weekend or if there was a line by the door. This place is awesome plenty of street parking and it was very easy as a parent to watch my kid and not have to follow them around because everything is pretty contained and there are tons of seating. We just had our daughter Charli's 3rd birthday party at Play All Day LA (@playallday.la), and it was hands down the best and easiest birthday party we've ever thrown! From start to finish, everything was seamless, fun, and perfectly curated for kids and families of all ages. I reached out to Mary about hosting our party, and she handled EVERYTHING! She had all the vendors lined up--food, balloons, cake, and even a crepe maker. Our theme was unicorns, and she went above and beyond by bringing in a unicorn makeup artist who did adorable makeup, nails, and hair for the kids. It was a huge hit! The facility itself is spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly interactive. The kids had an absolute blast, and the space is designed to entertain children of all ages. What can I say! They are life savers! My son's 4th birthday was cancelled at a playground I had booked in Encino due to the Palisades fire. I woke up Saturday morning frantically calling every playground I could find and Play All Day was the only playground that picked up my call at 8AM on the day of his party! They were able to put together a beautiful party for my boy in a matter of an hour or 2!! Mary the owner is a sweet wonderful person who made me feel like I was having a party at a dear friend's house. Her staff are also so kind, helpful and sweet! The playground is fun and very clean. You know when a business genuinely cares when they give their all to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied! My sister was also so pleased with their service that she quickly booked them for her son's birthday next month. Thank you all for being so incredible!
