We celebrated our granddaughter's first birthday at Play All Day Playground, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful experience! From A to Z, the owner took care of everything for us, including the catering, cake, and goodie bags. She also decorated the entire place in the beautiful theme we requested, and everything looked absolutely amazing. The owner was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. The playground was very clean and spacious, and the restrooms were kept clean at all times. I was especially impressed by how frequently the employees checked the floors and restrooms as they passed by to make sure everything was clean and that everyone was having the best experience possible. We highly recommend Play All Day Playground for any special celebration. We will definitely be back very soon! Thank you, Play All Day, for helping us create such a beautiful and unforgettable memory for our granddaughter. read more

I did enjoy this play space! The set up was nice! I had my daughter's 1st birthday here, and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was told I would have help in setting up but it wasn't much though they did provide decorations for the kids table. We probably just needed better communication regarding this. The set up/ layout was very ideal for food set up, a small ice cream chest (without ice) . I would come here again for play dates. It is a cute small play space for kids and very ideal for toddlers. It is street parking though! read more

This place is amazing! It was so nice to have the party package that included everything. We just brought food and cake for my son and daughter's joint birthday party! Beyond that, I had a very unique theme platypus/koalas and music, Anna was able to make it happen! I can't believe it!! She is very talented, can't thank her enough! She really put in time and effort to making each event special. Thank you! read more

What a fun, clean and enjoyable place for kiddos to play! I love this perfect location with plenty of street parking! We just found out about Play All Day LA and will def be back! Super friendly and welcoming staff too! read more

Seriously one of the best play places I've ever been to! The set up is perfection because as a parent you can comfortably sit anywhere and have eyes on your kids the entire time. It's incredibly clean. They provide snacks and drinks that you can buy. The owner Anna was SO accommodating, she let me sign the waiver after I got the 3 kids settled in. If you've ever been to a play place you know the second you walk the kids get so excited and that small detail of her letting me just get settled before signing it was so helpful. A perfect play area for smaller kids separated by the larger area for older kids! Absolutely recommends this place, incredible service and the kids had so much fun. Thank you Anna! read more

Horrible customer service!!!! We hosted a two-hour Non-Private Party 10min before the end, we were told our time was almost up. I asked politely for 15-20 minutes to wrap up, especially since there were no other parties waiting, the facility remained open with no other kids and it was weekday. Instead of being understanding or flexible, the staff spoke to us very strictly and told us that if we stayed even a few minutes past our booking time, we would be charged a high extra fee. The employee stood over us, repeatedly telling children to leave playground immediately. It created a very stressful and uncomfortable atmosphere. I barely had the chance to thank our guests or properly end the celebration. This could have been a happy birthday memory, but unfortunately, the rigid attitude and lack of kindness from the staff ruined the experience. Horrible customer service, zero loyalty to customers, so sad, because the space itself is lovely. read more

I hosted a third birthday here and it was incredible!!! The kids and adults alike had a great time. The venue was clean and was spacious enough to accommodate our 25+ adults and 20 kids. The owner, Anna, was super sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond by coordinating the third party live character and balloon/bubble show vendors and was super generous by allowing us to take our time when winding the party down and leaving. Looking forward to hosting another kiddo birthday here. Thank you, Anna!! read more

We had one of the most amazing experiences at Play All Day! My family and I drove 50 minutes from Culver City with our two toddlers, excited for a fun day of play--only to realize that a private birthday party was about to start, and the play area was closed for the event. Most places would have simply turned us away, but the owner went above and beyond. She graciously let our kids play until the party started, showing incredible kindness and generosity. That small act of compassion made all the difference--it turned what could have been a huge disappointment into a magical day for our little ones. Her kindness has made us lifelong customers, and we can't wait to come back! If you're looking for a wonderful play space with truly caring ownership, Play All Day is the place to go. Highly recommend!!! read more

The place was great fr my niece's birthday. Staff was very carrying and supportive. I highly reccomend it.

Yelp said they close at 8, Came all the way here for them to say it's closed for private event. Should let people know to call in advance to see if place is open to the public read more

Not sure about which outstanding services all the reviews are raving about, but we had a bad experience. Attended kids birthday. We were the only customers besides other 2 random kids. They didn't even let us stay 15 minutes after the "party time" was over. I would understand if it would be a weekend or if there was a line by the door. Plus the conversation with the girl on the front was not pleasant nor empathetic in any way read more

Such a great indoor playground! Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained, which is so important when it comes to kids' spaces. The owner was incredibly kind and clearly puts a lot of care into the business. My child had an amazing time, and we will definitely be back! read more

According to their website, they are open Saturdays until 8pm, but when we arrived, they were closed with no notice or sign on the door. We drove an hour with our two children, so this was very disappointing. Please keep posted hours updated to avoid situations like this. read more

Clean and fun place for kids, nice seating area. Limited parking spot on the back( you may find spots on the streets in front of the place too ). Clean and well kept restrooms . On top of the climber / slider, tunnel and trampoline, and the big ball pit, these place have two separate games powered by air compressors -- they can be a little noisy, but kids absolutely love them, which means parents can sit back and relax read more

Love this place. There was a water issue in the bathrooms and they took care of it immediately. Great service and support staff

This place is awesome plenty of street parking and it was very easy as a parent to watch my kid and not have to follow them around because everything is pretty contained and there are tons of seating. There were tons of kids for my daughter to play with. We went on a Saturday. They are also pretty reasonably priced only $25. read more

The Best & Easiest Birthday Party Ever! We just had our daughter Charli's 3rd birthday party at Play All Day LA (@playallday.la), and it was hands down the best and easiest birthday party we've ever thrown! From start to finish, everything was seamless, fun, and perfectly curated for kids and families of all ages. I reached out to Mary about hosting our party, and she handled EVERYTHING! She had all the vendors lined up--food, balloons, cake, and even a crepe maker. Our theme was unicorns, and she went above and beyond by bringing in a unicorn makeup artist who did adorable makeup, nails, and hair for the kids. It was a huge hit! The facility itself is spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly interactive. The kids had an absolute blast, and the space is designed to entertain children of all ages. It's truly a dream venue for any parent looking for a stress-free, memorable birthday celebration. If you're looking for a place to host your child's next party, Play All Day LA is it! What can I say! They are life savers! My son's 4th birthday was cancelled at a playground I had booked in Encino due to the Palisades fire. I woke up Saturday morning frantically calling every playground I could find and Play All Day was the only playground that picked up my call at 8AM on the day of his party! They were able to put together a beautiful party for my boy in a matter of an hour or 2!! Mary the owner is a sweet wonderful person who made me feel like I was having a party at a dear friend's house. Her staff are also so kind, helpful and sweet! The playground is fun and very clean. You know when a business genuinely cares when they give their all to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied! My sister was also so pleased with their service that she quickly booked them for her son's birthday next month. Thank you all for being so incredible! EVERYONE had such a lovely memorable time! read more
