I was worried it'll be too crowded, but it wasn't! Many of my guests commented how non-stimulating the environment was and complimented me on the venue choice. The price is also very reasonable, especially compared to other indoor playground packages nearby. The staff also helped with providing wheeled carts(?) to move our catering items and gifts. She also decorated the entire place in the beautiful theme we requested, and everything looked absolutely amazing. The owner was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. The playground was very clean and spacious, and the restrooms were kept clean at all times. I was especially impressed by how frequently the employees checked the floors and restrooms as they passed by to make sure everything was clean and that everyone was having the best experience possible. We highly recommend Play All Day Playground for any special celebration. We will definitely be back very soon! What was most concerning was that staff did not appear to address the situation. I also noticed that many of the employees assigned to the play areas were sitting down and talking among themselves rather than actively monitoring the floor. As a parent, I did not feel comfortable having my children around that type of behavior in a family-oriented environment. Because of this experience, even though we are locals, we have chosen not to continue giving this business our support. I believe closer supervision and more attentive staff presence would help create a safer and more appropriate atmosphere for families. This was our experience and a reply/justification attempt will not change it.
