One of the mounds of hair I saw on the play set that day.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, particularly for small businesses, but because this is kid-oriented, I felt like it was important. This place appears to be run by young girls who are also doubling as nannies to young children. The thing that was most unpleasant though was how unclean this place feels. I couldn't help but wonder how often, if ever, the play gym actually gets cleaned. Things looked visibly dirty and I saw hair after hair on the ground and play set. There were also wild children just running around playing aggressively with little to no regard for other kids playing, and it honestly seemed like parents just drop their kids off here and leave the staff to 'watch' them. Also, when the charge showed up on my credit card statement, it said it was a boxing company which seemed kind of odd. We will not be returning.

    So much fun

A wonderful place !!! All the kids are having fun!! My daughter is making so many friends! Lovely staff- very clean, very safe, plenty of a different play areas and what I like most was that there was enough staff to make sure all the kids are safe.

Fun slides - clean and very safe.

It's my first time here ! Actually the first thing I noticed was the scent in here - very pleasant! The kids loved it ! I will be recommending this place to all my friends! I will certainly be back! Clean, safe and very friendly staff- it seems like it's under new ownership.

I was on my way to my parents house when I saw this place on Burbank Blvd and figured I'd bring my 2 year old to check it out! So glad we did! The place is clean, safe, and has a good amount of different options for play! Mini bikes, seesaw, foam pit, ball pit, slides, open space, etc! The sweet girl working the front named Juli was so welcoming and explained everything we need to know with a smile! Can't wait to be back! Great pricing as well and great menu for food! Oh and also - tons of snacks and drink options for purchase!

    Kids having a blast!

The arcade is relatively small, but the bumper car area is quite spacious and doubles as a skating rink after 8 PM until closing, which only allows for about two hours of skating. The pricing is reasonable overall, though the skating entrance fee feels a bit steep. Arcade games are fairly priced, and the bumper car sessions offer good value. There's a dedicated seating area, but the snack bar is currently limited to just chips. Hopefully, they'll expand the menu in the future. In the meantime, it seems like bringing your own food is an option. The hallway leading to the restrooms is well-designed, and the bathrooms themselves are impressively high-tech, with some featuring two sinks on opposite sides, an interesting touch. I haven't visited with my kids yet, but it looks like we'll be making a trip soon. The real test will be whether they enjoy it. On a positive note, there's plenty of parking available on the side. Since it's only been open for about a week, it's worth giving it some time to develop.

Not a pleasant experience, especially when you're trying to celebrate a 3-year-old's birthday…read more We called ahead and spoke to the owner Lucine, who told us the soft play area had a private party but the arcade and kart racing were open to the public. We called again when we were 30 minutes out to ask about height requirements. Our call was missed -- and they called us back, so they had our number. We drove from Simi Valley to Sherman Oaks to find the entire place shut down for a private event. When we arrived, Lucine informed us that the party had upgraded their package, which resulted in the entire venue being booked. They had time to make signs for the party but couldn't take two minutes to call us back and save us the trip. Or save my 3-year-old the disappointment. When I said I'd be sharing my experience, Lucine handed over free passes -- then asked if I'd still be leaving a review. That told me everything about the gesture. It wasn't an apology. It was damage control. We may give them another chance, but this visit was sloppy and unprofessional. Call ahead if you're planning a trip. And maybe call twice. Edit to add: I already noted in my original review that an attempt was made to remedy the situation -- bringing it up again here with a dollar figure attached feels more like a rebuttal than a genuine response. For accuracy, what was offered to my three children was two rides and an arcade card each. I'd also push back on the characterization that it was 'gladly accepted.' When you're walking out the door disappointed with three kids, accepting something in the moment isn't the same as feeling made whole. As for the 155 five-star reviews -- a business that opened in September with 155 Google reviews but only 21 on other platforms raises valid questions. That kind of gap doesn't happen organically. It happens when customers are specifically directed to one platform. An honest review is not an attack. I shared our experience so other families can make informed decisions, and I stand by every word of it.

While it is a little high on price and everyone in the group, including parents, must pay, it was pretty fun. They have a big jumping area with few obstacle courses and basketball; they also have a zip line, which is pretty fun for the kiddos. But the greatest thing is that they have a playground inside of the arena. So similar to going to an indoor playground but with added trampolines in it, which is fun. There is no food except a pizza vending machine, which is strange, and I would not eat from that, and there are also snacks in a vending machine. They also have a VR section where you can have fun with VR for a price. Overall the place was fun, and there was plenty to do with the kids for the 2-hour price point. Kids were tired, and they had a blast and will return the next time the kiddos want some trampoline action.

The staff were also really nice and present without being overbearing, which made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. There's a good mix of things to do too--areas for younger kids and enough going on for slightly older ones so no one feels left out. I have two children, and we visit different playgrounds all over Los Angeles every single week. We noticed this new playground and decided to try it for the first time today, August 9. It was a HUGE mistake. I was 100% disappointed, and my child left this place IN TEARS. We were there on August 9 starting around 11:00 AM, so management is more than welcome to check the security camera footage and see exactly what happened. Two boys, approximately 7-8 years old, were running around the entire playground bothering other children. They were kicking and pushing kids, making faces at them, calling them names, and refusing to let other children play with the toys while saying things like, "This is all mine." And what did the playground staff do about it? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They were completely indifferent to what was happening right in front of them. The parents of these children seemed equally unconcerned. What exactly is the point of having employees at a CHILDREN'S playground if they are going to stand there and ignore children being kicked, pushed, insulted, and bullied? This was our first visit, and it will absolutely be our LAST. We seriously regret wasting our time and money coming here just because we wanted to check out a new playground. Never again.

The Enchanted Manor was the first place we looked at and we both felt that it was the right fit. Georgia has created a little oasis in her back yard that we felt fit our vibe - lowkey, but classy. We had booked originally for approximately 60 guests, however once all the pieces fell into place we were closer to 50. Unfortunately our guest count dropped below 50 just after our window to let Georgia know, but she was kind enough to offer us the price difference. We applied that balance towards renting some heaters and lighting the fire pits as the weather got colder than anticipated, as well as to handling the trash. (Pay attention to the contract, you are responsible for removing trash or there is a fee.) One thing I didn't realize before booking was that there is space for a kitchen, but it needs to be built out for your event, so make sure you consider that into any costs. Georgia was really helpful and responsive to all of our questions (we had so many) and anything that we couldn't do she had very reasonable reasons. (For example, at one point I thought I'd like confetti, but she explained why she doesn't allow that on her property which made total sense!) The weeks before I became worried that there wasn't enough decor, so we bought some items that we ended up returning. Once the rentals arrived, combined with the lighting, everything was beautiful as it was. Though there is excellent lighting, I would recommend watching your step as we did have a few tripping incidents (that were not alcohol fueled in some cases) as the ground changed. It was more due to the way things were spaced and we'd have to make sure to look down as we stepped around things, but we managed to survive. We've started to see some photos and everything looked beautiful; it was a romantic but relaxed vibe which was just what we wanted. I worried it wouldn't feel like a wedding, but it did. Georgia was a gracious host, our guests enjoyed her home (we made sure to tell them that they could rent it as well for an overnight getaway) and we can't wait to start reading her book. She gave us the sweetest compliment after, saying how kind our guests were and how that spoke to who my husband and I were as well. We stayed in touch after the wedding and I hope we meet again in the future for events or just a dinner to hear of her adventures! PS - her cats were big hits all around, too!
