Expensive for what it is ($50 per child for two hours). The arcade is a bit small and kids got bored after 1 hour

The music system was awesome and you could choose to use the bumper car area as a dance floor which was SO fun with the sound system and lights.

LOL in response to this nonsense: No one showed any rudeness…read moreor disrespect until DISRESPECTED. Like I said, you have women with such mad faces and attitude when you first walk in and aren't even greeted it automatically creates a hostile environment for parents who are just trying to find some time together and enjoy. Some of which, are postpartum, and as ladies themselves should've acknowledged that. This is why not everyone who lands from idk where should decide on opening up a play place and then saying things like " don't throw balls" the balls belong in the pit to 2/3 year olds. HOW RIDICULOUS?And then has the audacity to come and say things like can you tell your daughter to stop throwing the play balls. LOLL that's crazy. The alcohol was an honest mistake and was put away immediately. We had no idea it wasn't allowed. And SECOND, you should've been THANKFUL we bought some light to your negative most dimmed MID play place and that swatting FLIES (btw) we bought that for everyone and in fact, could've brought you some business. We had toys for EVERYONE, and we're including EVERYONE in the play place. YOURE WELCOME. AND ALSO, one more thing LOL I know you want to call it a party SO BAD, but that's not a party, just because we're a huge collective does not mean it's a party... I can't believe you've survived this long in the business, YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE AND USE TONES THAT SOME PEOPLE DONT PLAY ABOUT. They need to be retrained. Check your employees don't try to check your paying customers. Lol we're the ones putting food on your table, not them.

I cannot express how nice and gracious the staff were. They were so accommodating and made sure all race car riders were safe and everyone in the arcade had no issues. They had every arcade game imaginable as well as an interactive AI experience, a pool table that most adults enjoyed, air hockey, bowling, so many claw machines... I definitely plan on coming back and planning my son's birthday party here!! And I'm coming back to win the big bear!!! I was so close!! The space, the staff, the activities... all top quality and excellent! A++++ Highly recommended!!

Not a pleasant experience, especially when you're trying to celebrate a 3-year-old's birthday…read more We called ahead and spoke to the owner Lucine, who told us the soft play area had a private party but the arcade and kart racing were open to the public. We called again when we were 30 minutes out to ask about height requirements. Our call was missed -- and they called us back, so they had our number. We drove from Simi Valley to Sherman Oaks to find the entire place shut down for a private event. When we arrived, Lucine informed us that the party had upgraded their package, which resulted in the entire venue being booked. They had time to make signs for the party but couldn't take two minutes to call us back and save us the trip. Or save my 3-year-old the disappointment. When I said I'd be sharing my experience, Lucine handed over free passes -- then asked if I'd still be leaving a review. That told me everything about the gesture. It wasn't an apology. It was damage control. We may give them another chance, but this visit was sloppy and unprofessional. Call ahead if you're planning a trip. And maybe call twice. Edit to add: I already noted in my original review that an attempt was made to remedy the situation -- bringing it up again here with a dollar figure attached feels more like a rebuttal than a genuine response. For accuracy, what was offered to my three children was two rides and an arcade card each. I'd also push back on the characterization that it was 'gladly accepted.' When you're walking out the door disappointed with three kids, accepting something in the moment isn't the same as feeling made whole. As for the 155 five-star reviews -- a business that opened in September with 155 Google reviews but only 21 on other platforms raises valid questions. That kind of gap doesn't happen organically. It happens when customers are specifically directed to one platform. An honest review is not an attack. I shared our experience so other families can make informed decisions, and I stand by every word of it.

Everything is super colorful and set up in a way that actually keeps them entertained instead of getting bored after 10 minutes. One thing I really appreciated was how clean it was. That's always my biggest concern with indoor play places, and this one felt really well taken care of. The staff were also really nice and present without being overbearing, which made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. There's a good mix of things to do too--areas for younger kids and enough going on for slightly older ones so no one feels left out. It's one of those places where kids can just run around and be kids while parents can actually sit for a second and breathe. Overall, it just felt easy, fun, and stress-free. Definitely a spot I'd come back to or recommend to other parents looking to get their kids out of the house.

I especially loved how safe everything felt--soft play structures, well-organized zones, and staff who were friendly and attentive. It's also such a great spot for playdates or even birthday parties. Plenty of seating for parents, and honestly, it's one of those rare places where both kids AND adults leave happy. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun, stress-free place to let the kids burn energy and have a blast. We'll definitely be back!

We were able to book the space with little notice (even with 80 guests!) and the team went above and beyond with table settings, decorations and support, making our daughter's "Under the Sea" birthday a smash success. There is ample parking, lots of tables and chairs for adults and kids alike, and the coolest play area we've seen in town. It's filled with activities for littles (12M+) to big kids - and even arcade games in the back. It's deceptively large and endless fun. We cannot wait to return!

The place on the whole isn't that big, which isn't a terrible thing. We came here on a weeknight and it was pretty chill! There was one little girl who was having her birthday here but it was still open for other kids to play. It's always a good idea to call before you come though to check! A lot of the indoor playgrounds I have been to all seem very similar, but it was nice to see some very different slides and activities here! The tube slide was AWESOME, I just wish there was a way to get the tubes easily up the stairs or back up the ramp so mom's and dad's wouldn't have to schlep them up there. I was SWEATING because of course my son wanted to go again and again! Everything was clean and in relatively good condition. I liked that they had some dress up items for the kiddos. Though it is a more narrow space, there was plenty of space for the kids to climb and explore. I did not love that they had arcade games in the back, specifically one with giant machine guns. Is that appropriate for a children's indoor playground? I brought my kid here to go on slides and bounce on a trampoline, not shoot aliens with a giant machine gun. The whole place is so cute with animals hanging from the ceiling and murals on the walls but the video games take away from that cute and innocent aesthetic. Food for thought for management!

We were looking for a unique venue for our November wedding. We knew we wanted it to be outdoors…read moreand a place for both a reception and the ceremony so that our guests wouldn't have to travel between the two. The Enchanted Manor was the first place we looked at and we both felt that it was the right fit. Georgia has created a little oasis in her back yard that we felt fit our vibe - lowkey, but classy. We had booked originally for approximately 60 guests, however once all the pieces fell into place we were closer to 50. Unfortunately our guest count dropped below 50 just after our window to let Georgia know, but she was kind enough to offer us the price difference. We applied that balance towards renting some heaters and lighting the fire pits as the weather got colder than anticipated, as well as to handling the trash. (Pay attention to the contract, you are responsible for removing trash or there is a fee.) One thing I didn't realize before booking was that there is space for a kitchen, but it needs to be built out for your event, so make sure you consider that into any costs. Georgia was really helpful and responsive to all of our questions (we had so many) and anything that we couldn't do she had very reasonable reasons. (For example, at one point I thought I'd like confetti, but she explained why she doesn't allow that on her property which made total sense!) The weeks before I became worried that there wasn't enough decor, so we bought some items that we ended up returning. Once the rentals arrived, combined with the lighting, everything was beautiful as it was. Though there is excellent lighting, I would recommend watching your step as we did have a few tripping incidents (that were not alcohol fueled in some cases) as the ground changed. It was more due to the way things were spaced and we'd have to make sure to look down as we stepped around things, but we managed to survive. We've started to see some photos and everything looked beautiful; it was a romantic but relaxed vibe which was just what we wanted. I worried it wouldn't feel like a wedding, but it did. Georgia was a gracious host, our guests enjoyed her home (we made sure to tell them that they could rent it as well for an overnight getaway) and we can't wait to start reading her book. She gave us the sweetest compliment after, saying how kind our guests were and how that spoke to who my husband and I were as well. We stayed in touch after the wedding and I hope we meet again in the future for events or just a dinner to hear of her adventures! PS - her cats were big hits all around, too!
