My party of 11 made a reservation for three games here and I had the time of my LIFE. Laser Tag is my new passion. Clear rules, bright lights, and fun music? What's not to like?! The staff is friendly and filled with personality. As I mentioned before, my friends and I paid for three games. You'd think hearing the rules over and over again would be boring, but each time we had a different member of the staff explain the game and I really appreciated how they made the presentation their own! This seems like such a positive environment to work in and the positivity definitely rubbed off on me and my friends. I also love that it's right by delicious restaurants, so it's easy to grab a bite to eat after taking the game a little too seriously and breaking a sweat. I can't wait to come back!

It was my second time here even though I didn't remember coming in the first time but they have revamped little. They have validation for free for two hours of parking. There is $13 of gameplay for each game. Very affordable and great for large parties. They also have arcade as well. This place is packed from when they open to when they close. I booked a reservation and I'm so glad I did for 11 AM. I thought it would be a ghost town in the morning, but it was filled with people. Lots of fun and I really enjoyed it.

Incredible staff! Super clean, well laid out rooms, really awesome service! And the laser tag is so much fun. Our Game Master Shamir (sorry if I spelled it wrong, should have checked) was so funny and kind and still made it fun even tho we were definitely the oldest ppl in there lol! 10/10 birthday experience

This is our second time at UltraZone. We had a birthday party here for my child. For spring break, we stopped by for drop-in play. Jackie helped us get checked in, for a party of 4. She got us into the game that was just about to get started, so we lost no playtime! She was super friendly, helpful and had a lot of positive energy. Just a shout out to her and her kindness. It was the icing on the cake for today's special day! Thank you.

We celebrated our daughter's 10th birthday here at Ultrazone! I initially called and spoke with Angel to inquire about making a reservation for about party of 20-25 guests. He was pleasant, provided information and answered all my questions. I received an email for a temporary 24-hour hold to keep the time slot for me which allowed me to time before making a decision. I called back the next day and provided a $100 deposit for the reservation which was applied to the balance during the day of the event. Prior to the event, I called to inquire for accommodation of a larger party and ended up selecting the exclusive weekend party package. It included the North Garden Room which was extended with another area to fit our party of 48. The rooms were private, spacious, and decorated with string of lights and plants which had a cute garden feel to them. Green and blue colored air balloons and table clothes decorated the tables. Plates, cups, napkins, plastic utensils, serving spoons and tongs, ice bucket, and cupcake stands were provided and set up. We had unlimited drinks including pitchers of various drinks of our choice which included lemonade, fruit punch, soda, and water. We brought in our own food, small bottled waters, and party favor bags. Our hosts Sophia and Emily were amazing, sweet, patient, very attentive, thorough, and efficient. They provided us with the brief agenda, with updates throughout the event, coordinated with other staff members on set up, clean up, and coordinated timed events with all guests in the rooms, to the laser tag areas, arcade area, and back to our room for food, drinks, and cake time. We had soooo much fun! We had close to 45 players with kids and adults randomly placed into red, blue and green teams. Prior to each game, we had a quick debrief in a separate room to go over safety rules and instructions. Our hosts were funny and made us laugh! There were two 12 minute laser tag games, one which was held near the beginning of the event, and one which was held near the end of the event. We had time to eat and play at the arcade in between the laser tag games. The laser tag areas were spacious, air conditioned, with fun dance music playing! Our hosts walked around during the games to ensure safety is maintained which included no running. Thank you again to Angel, our hosts Sophia, Emily, and manager Andrew for making our experience and special day stress free, event running smoothly, and every moment fun, enjoyable and memorable! There is parking at the structure in the plaza. Ultrazone is located on the second floor. Parking was validated for 2 hours. There is also a public parking across the way on Dickens St. for $6 all day.

Reviews are largely positive. People highlight the friendly, helpful staff, well-organized parties, and a clean, comfortable venue. The fun laser tag and arcade are popular with both kids and adults.

The party hosts were very helpful. But 2 hours felt really rushed. If you're booking for a birthday, I recommend getting at least 2.5 hours.

Kids seem to love it but the games are entirely too short for the price per gamer. It's super packed and a total germ fest on the weekends.

The arcade is relatively small, but the bumper car area is quite spacious and doubles as a skating rink after 8 PM until closing, which only allows for about two hours of skating. There's a dedicated seating area, but the snack bar is currently limited to just chips. Hopefully, they'll expand the menu in the future. In the meantime, it seems like bringing your own food is an option. The hallway leading to the restrooms is well-designed, and the bathrooms themselves are impressively high-tech, with some featuring two sinks on opposite sides, an interesting touch. I haven't visited with my kids yet, but it looks like we'll be making a trip soon. The real test will be whether they enjoy it. On a positive note, there's plenty of parking available on the side. Since it's only been open for about a week, it's worth giving it some time to develop.

My little guy LOVES playgrounds and is the kind of toddler who wants to do everything, especially since he's a pretty low-sleep-needs kid . He had a great time here, especially on the blue slide. He was still talking about that slide afterward, and I think he was so exhausted from playing that he actually slept really well that night! One thing I appreciated is that, at least on the weekend afternoon we went, there weren't a bunch of birthday parties taking over the space. It was also open later than some of the other indoor playgrounds we've tried, which is a big plus if you have a toddler who tends to keep late hours. That said, it did get very crowded, and I think the layout could be better. The play area is fairly narrow and not as open as some other indoor playgrounds we've visited, so it can be difficult for parents to sit back and still have a clear view of everything their kids are doing. There's also a mix of activities that seem geared toward slightly older kids, including video games, which weren't really my thing. The biggest issue for me was some of the older kids running around and going up the slides the wrong way, particularly the purple slide. With toddlers, that can be a little stressful because they're smaller and you can't always anticipate what's coming down the slide. I understand that parents are ultimately responsible for supervising their kids and there's a waiver, but I do think staff could be a little more proactive about discouraging behavior that could create a safety issue for the younger children. Food options for adults were also pretty limited, and the seating arrangement made it harder to comfortably hang out while keeping an eye on the kids. Overall, I'd give it 4 stars. It's a fine option for a playdate, especially if you're looking for somewhere that's open later and available on weekends. My toddler definitely had fun, and apparently the blue slide was a major hit. I just wouldn't say it's the best indoor playground we've been to.

The worst playground we have ever been to in Los Angeles. If you want your children to be bullied…read morewhile the staff stands around doing absolutely nothing, you can bring them here. I have two children, and we visit different playgrounds all over Los Angeles every single week. We noticed this new playground and decided to try it for the first time today, August 9. It was a HUGE mistake. I was 100% disappointed, and my child left this place IN TEARS. We were there on August 9 starting around 11:00 AM, so management is more than welcome to check the security camera footage and see exactly what happened. Two boys, approximately 7-8 years old, were running around the entire playground bothering other children. They were kicking and pushing kids, making faces at them, calling them names, and refusing to let other children play with the toys while saying things like, "This is all mine." And what did the playground staff do about it? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They were completely indifferent to what was happening right in front of them. The parents of these children seemed equally unconcerned. What exactly is the point of having employees at a CHILDREN'S playground if they are going to stand there and ignore children being kicked, pushed, insulted, and bullied? This was our first visit, and it will absolutely be our LAST. We seriously regret wasting our time and money coming here just because we wanted to check out a new playground. Never again.

A lot of the time it's slow Armenian music playing, and while there's nothing wrong with that, more kid-friendly music like Kidz Bop or upbeat playground songs would make the environment feel more fun and energetic for all families and kids.

Planning my toddler's birthday with them was unnecessarily stressful because communication was consistently poor. Calls and texts often went unanswered for over a week, and because they do not offer face-to-face meetings, there was no reliable way to resolve questions. When I voiced concern, I was told my event was still months away and I was "not a priority," which was incredibly unprofessional and made me feel dismissed as a customer. Unfortunately, the problems continued with the event itself. I was promised three party helpers for an event with 80 guests, including many children, but only two were provided, which was inadequate support. While I have payed for their highest full party package they did not have a lighter to light the birthday candles. They also told me that I have to bring my own ice for beverages. I had also specifically requested a fairy character, and only a few days before the party I was informed the fairy was unavailable. Even more concerning, I was told I had never requested one in the first place. I had to provide screenshots proving I had made that request. Had I not kept documentation, my concern would have simply been denied. The most disappointing part was the pattern of poor communication, defensiveness, and failure to honor what was promised. After sharing my experience, several friends told me they had gone through similar issues, so this does not appear to be an isolated incident. We used to come here regularly for open play, but after this experience, neither my friends nor I have returned. The facility may be enjoyable for children, but based on customer service and event coordination alone, I would not recommend booking a party here.
