Rock climbing wall
Larissa M.

Ball & Bounce is a small indoor playground geared toward kids around 3-8 years old. We recently visited for one of my son's classmate's 5th birthday party. I've always been a bit hesitant about germs at indoor playgrounds, but this one looked extremely clean, and the kids had a great time. There's a small area in the back set up for birthday parties, and they were able to choose a theme. You can bring your own food for parties, which is a big plus--especially with little ones. My son especially enjoyed the rock climbing wall, and there's a fun slide that goes straight into the ball pit. We'll definitely be back soon to use one of their day passes!

Party room with fun wall decor and cute chairs and tables for the kiddos.

Came here for a bday party for a 7yr old. From the pictures prior to going I thought the place seemed like it would be for younger kids BUT I was wrong. This place was a ball of fun for my 6yr old!! I appreciate how nice and clean it was. They said they had been open for about 3 months. The workers seemed helpful during the party. The place was a bit hidden since we are not familiar with this shopping center. Its located on the bottom floor near the movie theater. We parked in the underground parking which was very helpful on a rainy day. It was also a pleasant surprise that the place was hosting only for our party and no public admission during our 2hr we were there. My son didnt want to leave. The decor was spot on for the bday celebration. They had alot of fun activities and equipment to keep the kids well entertained.

Indoor play ground

I like this indoornpkay ground. It is aimed more for older kids ages 3/4+ I took my 2 1/2 year old here last minute. She enjoyed her self as always. Had about 40 minute to play before they close. They also close earlier then other indoor play ground. Which is ok. It is clean inside compared to some that have been to. The girl in the front was very nice. She gave my daughter a welcome Tshirt :) I would take her back.

Mats looking a bit deflated and some tears in the bumpers around the ball pit

Good not great. One time visit is $20 and monthly unlimited is $100. Recently moved to the area and I have been trying out several indoor playgrounds to get away from the heat. To be 100% honest, this is my least favorite so far. The floor was quite dirty even though they require everyone to wear only socks so I couldn't put my youngest down to play or do tummy time. Several of the mats and netting look like they need to be replaced. The table and chairs area is only small chairs meant for children and nowhere really for adults to sit. There is also nowhere to put a stroller, which is quite inconvenient if you're coming with two very small children and can't carry everyone/everything. The staff was kind enough. Although at one point, a parent walked over to give a suggestion of gating the bathroom areas since his child kept running in to play in the bathrooms (which many children do) and the employee just gave a small smile and said mmhmm. No further discussion. I agree that that would be a great addition! I'd also like to note that I was here for a couple of hours and did not see anything get picked up or cleaned in that time. I very well could've missed something, but I don't believe I did. The place is fairly small, although big enough for my 19 month old to be entertained for a couple hours. So all in all, mission accomplished, but we likely wouldn't come back.

I came to BallnBounce for a bday party last weekend and I was not disappointed. My son enjoyed it so much we are planning his 3rd bday at this location. There rock climbing inside of the big ball pit was his favorite. There was also a zip line that went into the ball pit. For $100 a month unlimited visits for open play is a great deal for those little ones that aren't in school. My 10 month old will be coming with mom.

Very safe and clean! Loved all the various climbing, sliding & swinging things. Worth the membership

We had our son's first birthday here and it was a big success. The staff was amazing, attentive and professional. They also did a fantastic job setting up the birthday decorations for our custom theme we chose. This place is one of the better indoor play space for kids and we highly recommend it for your kid's next birthday!

Not a pleasant experience, especially when you're trying to celebrate a 3-year-old's birthday…read more We called ahead and spoke to the owner Lucine, who told us the soft play area had a private party but the arcade and kart racing were open to the public. We called again when we were 30 minutes out to ask about height requirements. Our call was missed -- and they called us back, so they had our number. We drove from Simi Valley to Sherman Oaks to find the entire place shut down for a private event. When we arrived, Lucine informed us that the party had upgraded their package, which resulted in the entire venue being booked. They had time to make signs for the party but couldn't take two minutes to call us back and save us the trip. Or save my 3-year-old the disappointment. When I said I'd be sharing my experience, Lucine handed over free passes -- then asked if I'd still be leaving a review. That told me everything about the gesture. It wasn't an apology. It was damage control. We may give them another chance, but this visit was sloppy and unprofessional. Call ahead if you're planning a trip. And maybe call twice. Edit to add: I already noted in my original review that an attempt was made to remedy the situation -- bringing it up again here with a dollar figure attached feels more like a rebuttal than a genuine response. For accuracy, what was offered to my three children was two rides and an arcade card each. I'd also push back on the characterization that it was 'gladly accepted.' When you're walking out the door disappointed with three kids, accepting something in the moment isn't the same as feeling made whole. As for the 155 five-star reviews -- a business that opened in September with 155 Google reviews but only 21 on other platforms raises valid questions. That kind of gap doesn't happen organically. It happens when customers are specifically directed to one platform. An honest review is not an attack. I shared our experience so other families can make informed decisions, and I stand by every word of it.

I have never heard of this playground before, but I've passed by it numerous times. Never been there. I agreed and we went. We got there yesterday late afternoon/evening and I was more excited to get on those slides and other games that they had, than her granddaughter was. They only allow kids between the ages of 1 to 7. Thank God we qualified and were in that age group:-)) No, her granddaughter is 5, soon to be 6 in April. They have great staff, a lot of activities to do. Rebecca & Susanna were both very kind, patient, helpful and nice with everyone. Not only with the kids. They also have a small store where you can buy drinks and snacks. The place is spotless clean and very welcoming. I was watching other kids having so much fun with their parents/grandparents. Even made couple of friends. They also do events here and the cost of 3 different packages are pretty steep. So if you have some extra money to splurge for a birthday party or any other event... this is the place to go! Everything was pretty, pastel colors and the rest is up to you. Go try this place out and you will definitely go back whenever you want. Thank you Candy Land, staff for making this indoor playground a nice, safe environment where a kid can be a kid!:-) Restrooms and parking available.

The place on the whole isn't that big, which isn't a terrible thing. We came here on a weeknight and it was pretty chill! There was one little girl who was having her birthday here but it was still open for other kids to play. It's always a good idea to call before you come though to check! A lot of the indoor playgrounds I have been to all seem very similar, but it was nice to see some very different slides and activities here! The tube slide was AWESOME, I just wish there was a way to get the tubes easily up the stairs or back up the ramp so mom's and dad's wouldn't have to schlep them up there. I was SWEATING because of course my son wanted to go again and again! Everything was clean and in relatively good condition. I liked that they had some dress up items for the kiddos. Though it is a more narrow space, there was plenty of space for the kids to climb and explore. I did not love that they had arcade games in the back, specifically one with giant machine guns. Is that appropriate for a children's indoor playground? I brought my kid here to go on slides and bounce on a trampoline, not shoot aliens with a giant machine gun. The whole place is so cute with animals hanging from the ceiling and murals on the walls but the video games take away from that cute and innocent aesthetic. Food for thought for management!

I loved that you can see both sides of the play area from the seating section, which made it easy to keep an eye on my little one while still enjoying some time with friends. Admission is $30 per child for 3 hours, which feels a bit steep, but each kid gets a free pair of branded non-slip socks -- a nice touch! Adult socks are available for $2 a pair if you need them. Everyone removes their shoes at the front gate and either goes barefoot or wears socks throughout. Shoes go in cubbies provided near the entrance. A huge bonus -- you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks (just keep them out of the actual play area). They also have a small fridge stocked with sodas and Capri Suns for $2 each, plus dry snacks and candy available for purchase if you need a quick bite.
