I can't recommend SolPop enough. My friends and I have been doing semi-private classes for the past month now. Why this studio is perfect for me: 1. Great instructors. Melissa and Olya make Pilates welcoming (though it gets hard real quick, trust me). They explain the moves as you go, and can provide several options depending on your needs. I have a bad knee, tight hamstrings, questionable balance... I never felt judged. 2. Great studio. It's small! There are no mirrors! It's bright and cheerful. I'd rather be surrounded by warmth and rainbows when trying something challenging than seeing my mirror image struggling to keep up. They have a range of equipment and everything seems well maintained. 3. Kid friendly, family friendly. They offer kid classes, which I'm interested for mine to try. I think their pilates kids program is one of a kind, and they can work with a wide range of ages. There's an area where kids can hang out if you need to bring them during your session. Notes for others: 1. Parking: Street (metered) parking on weekend mornings isn't difficult, and there are spots in the back. This is an area that might be busier during the week or evenings. We go at times that aren't super busy. 2. Semi-private classes: While it may be out of reach for some people, I recommend trying at least one or two... especially if you're unfit and aren't sure if pilates is for you. Before SolPop, I found Pilates really intimidating to get started in because I had no idea what I was doing and everything felt wrong. I've had a really great experience so far in learning the different forms at SolPop and feel a bit more confident... still wrecked after each session, but at least I'm not injuring myself :) read more

I've been working with Melissa for 8 months (both private lessons, and group classes) and the amount of care, knowledge, and enthusiasm she's brought have been a game-changer. She really goes the extra mile to listen to my specific needs, concerns, and goals. (And group classes are kept small, so I get a lot of individualized help there too). SolPop Pilates exceeded my expectations. What truly sets SolPop Pilates Studio apart is their commitment to being kid-friendly! The moment we stepped inside, my kids and I felt a warm and inviting atmosphere that was perfect for both adults and children alike. As a parent, it's not always easy to find a fitness facility that caters to children while still maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise. SolPop manages to provide a SAFE and perfect balance. The studio space was thoughtfully designed to accommodate anyone from 0-100 years old! There is a designated space enclosed with farmhouse door for kids to play with toys, puzzles, draw, etc. There is even a pack n' play for the little ones! This was a fantastic feature as it allowed my kids to engage in creative play while I focused on my Pilates session. Of course, my kids came out and climbed on me while I was exercising, but this just gave the other moms and myself a few laughs before our expert instructor, Melissa either involved them in exercise OR playfully got them back to their space with healthy snacks and laughs! There is a clean bathroom thoughtfully stocked with items for our womanly needs and small children's needs, i.e. portable potty chair, wipes, etc. The studio provides a SAFE exercise area ensuring that children can join in on the routines in an enjoyable manner. They also have classes designed just for children through movement stories crafted to keep the kids engaged! The most standout aspect of SolPop Pilates Studio are the exceptional instructors. Their expertise and passion for Pilates/wellness/exercise is shone through every session. I love this studio and my instructor Melissa so much! Aside from the expert instruction which makes me feel so safe that I'm working my body correctly but also challenges me the studio is set up entirely differently from any other I've ever experienced. They actually welcome you bringing your child to the class and understand how hard it can be to get a workout in with little children. The studio is spotlessly clean and has a dedicated kids area or your child can join you and become part of your workout or just play around you. Melissa managed to teach the class and keep an eye on my baby for me bringing out toys for him to play with. She's a super woman! I love SolPop Pilates! Olya and Melissa are so great instructors. They offer a variety of classes for all skill levels and ages. I love the option of being able to bring your baby or child too in case I want to get a work out in but don't have childcare that day. The studio is bright, colorful and uplifting. Olya and Melissa have different styles of teaching. Their classes are small so it feels like a private session and they are able to correct positions/postures which is helpful. I don't know what I would do without SolPop and Olya! I've been working with her privately and taking classes since 2017. I constantly get compliments on my body all because of her and have witnessed anti aging results from our work together. My scoliosis and nerve damage is so bad that I always get injured in classes, except here! Finally a pilates studio that is safe and welcoming for all ages! Melissa is amazing! I always feel really supported and have felt better and stronger in my body since working with her. Though I take mostly private lessons with her I love to catch the occasional group class when I can. It warms my heart to see so many parents being able to work out while their little ones play either on the mat next to them or in the dedicated playroom. My kids are a little older and have participated in Melissa's camps and workshops at the studio. Her imagination and ability to hold their focus is incredible! We absolutely love her! read more

I cannot recommend SolPop enough - those ladies sure know what they're doing! It's incredible how good you feel after a session with Olya. I mean, do my muscles get sore? Absolutely. but they're supposed to after a good work out - the difference is that my SolPop workouts are helping me relieve chronic pain and correct bad body habits. Like seriously? I am someone who regularly works out. SolPop Pilates class and instructors went beyond my expectations. The instructors watched all of my moves to make sure I was using my body correctly and preventing me from hurting myself. It was like I was in personal training but with others in the class. The instructors were funny, creative and patient. They also taught us the purpose behind the exercises we were doing.
