Imagine this... Billy's older brother: "Hey, Mom, Where's little Billy?" Random party goer: "He was last seen petting the Tiger." (Tiger looking extra guilty & licking his lips) Billy's Mom: starts crying hysterically, "Not my Baby boy" Suddenly, Billy comes around the corner licking his own lips while holding a shaved ice from the shaved ice truck at the party and says, "'mommy, why are you crying?" Phew!! (Crisis adverted) Wait... Where's suzie? (Billy's little sister).... (Que to the dramatic piano) Dun, Dun, Dunnnnn Moving on shall we! Thankfully, for your sake and for little Susie's sake.... Critters Squad Wildlife Defenders only has birds, bunnies, guinea pigs, porcupines, snakes and other fun, cute, furry little animals/reptiles that won't harm you.... Just make sure to follow the directions of your assigned wildlife team member. For us, our first and only encounter with CSWD was at a recent birthday party that we attended for one of our daughter's fellow classmates. Like most kids birthday parties, all the usual suspects were on site. A bounce house, a birthday cake, snacks for the kids, a table for all the gifts and of course those wild and crazy kids running around having fun. But this party had some had special guests. Some scaly, some a bit pokey, a few that were soft to the touch and others that had 8 eyes and 8 legs! So as everyone arrived to the party and got acclimated, the host of the party got everyone's attention and had us all set up on the grass for the "special surprise." Kelvin from Critter Squad enters that chat. Yeah, Kelvin was super cool and was very knowledgeable about all of the critters and reptiles he brought out to show. He was great with the kids and parents in attendance and everyone who wanted to participate to touch, hold or get a closer look of the different animals, were all welcomed. At the party we attended, the package included a few different Snakes, a Tarantula, a Porcupine, a bird and a few other critters that were all definitely the stars of the party. Although it was not my party, I witnessed what a great addition this could be for a kids birthday party, especially if they love animals or you want to do something unique. I missed a call the next day from them to confirm the details and place a card on file. I tried calling back several times each day for a few days, left a voicemail, sent an email, but was not able to reach them until a week later. Before confirming, I was reading through other people's reviews and started feeling a bit concerned that maybe they wouldn't show up to the party, especially since I had already paid the deposit. After confirming all the details finally, I was hopeful. The day of the party came and everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and my kids loved all the animals. At the end of the day, it was worth it for me because my kids and all the other kids at the party got so much enjoyment out of it.

On the day of the party, we had the pleasure of working with Karine, Ferhat, and Leslie, and they were all fantastic. Their patience and kindness with the kids and families were beyond appreciated. Karine is incredible with children and also knows exactly how to handle parents and families. She immediately helped ease the stress and anxiety of a mom like me who had a lot on her mind. She was also great at delegating tasks and making sure everything ran smoothly. Leslie and Ferhat were equally amazing with the kids and families. Ferhat even helped us bring all the gifts to the car and moved around like the Energizer Bunny getting everything done so quickly! Ball N Bounce isn't just like a second home for me, they truly made the experience of throwing a birthday party for a child with special needs feel comfortable, joyful, and completely stress-free. No complaints about the equipment at all. My son loved the curly slide into the ball pit and the little building block area. The only thing I don't love is that the seating area/eating is behind a wall so you can't sit down and watch your kids at the same time. There were some kids doing things like climbing up the slides when other kids were trying to go down and no parent was in sight to help reel them in. There's also virtually no seating in the play area for adults. Myself and a few other parents were sitting on the floor. Also, it is kind of pricey. Entrance fee is comparable to other places ($25) and it is for an unlimited amount of time. However, I bought a small bag of chocolate mushrooms for my son to snack on and it was $3. This was the size of a snack bag you would get in like a Costco multipack. Party prices are some of the most expensive I have seen at an indoor play place. Highly recommend bringing in your own food and drink! The staff was nice and they did a decent job checking in and making sure kids weren't doing stuff that was unsafe. Having been in business for 20 years, they truly have party hosting down to a science.   The girls loved walking in the fashion show, singing karaoke to their favorite songs, and getting glammed up with hair and makeup (packages featuring manis, pedis, and facials are also available). I also loved how inclusive they were for the boys, offering cool hairdos, temporary tattoos, plus an air hockey table and interactive group games like the limbo, hot potato and "the floor is lava", so everyone felt part of the fun.   The staff took care of everything! They helped unload the car, handled setup, served the food, facilitated the games, cleaned up, and helped pack our car at the end. I added on their food package for the kids, which made things so easy! It included pizza, cupcakes, lemonade, water, and table settings with plates, napkins, and cups. They even provided serving dishes, which was great since I brought in additional food and drinks for the adults, plus a birthday cake and candles. The venue is already full of festive "Happy Birthday" decor, so you really don't need extra decorations (I brought balloons, but even those weren't necessary as they already had a balloon arch which was a great backdrop for photos). I brought my own goody bags but you can even add on the option for each guest to pick out a boutique item to take home.   To top it off, the owner Dina captured photos throughout the party and shared slideshow videos with me afterward. Dina, the owner, was wonderful to work with and was there making sure everything ran perfectly. One of the sweetest surprises was that the birthday girl got to pick a gift from the store at the end. Bubblemania was so much fun to have at my nephew's 6th birthday…read more They came right on time with all the supplies: kiddy pools, wands of many shapes, and a ton of bubble solution. The kids LOVED it! And it was great for the adults because the kids never left the bubble stations. There were so many different wands and ways to make bubbles. The lady who came did such a nice job. She was very friendly and so sweet to the kids. Any time someone had trouble, she would patiently show them how to make the bubbles. As the activity went on, she introduced other bubble making tools like a rope. Each new item captivated the kids. In particular, a few of the kids were timid at first. I thought the lady was very kind and encouraging. All of the kids warmed up to her and took part with the bubbles. I was happy to see some adults getting in on the fun as well.
