At that point, I decided I was done and had to request a refund again. It's very frustrating to plan my schedule, drive over, and arrive ready for class only to find cancellations without proper communication or timely refunds. It was SUCH a SAD excuse for a music class, esp after having experienced Lovebug and Bloom. Also, The elephant hat smelled so bad I couldn't put it on. It was disgusting. They really need to either get some new hats or wash them or something. It smelled like wet dog. Overall, this place seemed kind of rundown. I will never be back because why would I spend money in a place with a zero customer service and subpar classes?

As you enter the Vibes here are pretty awesome, we were greeted right away and we had purchased our tickets via online and signed the waiver as well so when we came in check in was fast. If you want to save some time you can do the same if not you can purchase tickets there and sign waiver on the IPad they have for you. Once you are done they give you a wrist band and a sticker to note the time your session will be up. But they will remind you kindly when your time is up. They have a huge area of trampolines attached to a basketball hoop as well as a side trampoline that when you jump you fall into the soft cubes for a soft landing.. The Zip-line part is RAD! My kiddos did that about 20 times (appreciate the patience from the staff here) The other side of the space are huge slides, tunnels and fun obstacles that you may get lost but it's tons of fun. The bottom half of the area has this cool ball pit area and you can put the balls in a cool compartment that when you push a button they shoot up and it's super neat for the kids and keeps them busy. Overall this space is GREAT and it's pretty neat that you can host a party here or even a big group of friends if you want. They have great packets as well. Entrance is $30 per person & you have to bring sticky socks so you have good grip. They sell some here for $5 if you forget them but they do help to explore. There was tons of parking outside & bathrooms were clean. They have cool cubbies so you can put your shoes and stuff and they also have a section where you can purchase pizza and snacks and drinks as well. They have a seating area so you can hangout as well. Can't emphasize how clean this place was and appreciated that. Can't wait to come back here my niece and nephew.

My son still had a good time, but I think if he was a little bit older and knew the difference, then it would be a bust for him. I really do wish they would maintain it better. Parking lot is in the shopping center, but it does get busy and it can be difficult to find a spot. I parked on the street. There are snacks and drinks you can buy inside, and the place is available for renting out for parties and events. I'll go back there if I run out of things to do and need to keep my son busy, but probably only for a few more months.

What was most concerning was that staff did not appear to address the situation. I also noticed that many of the employees assigned to the play areas were sitting down and talking among themselves rather than actively monitoring the floor. As a parent, I did not feel comfortable having my children around that type of behavior in a family-oriented environment. Because of this experience, even though we are locals, we have chosen not to continue giving this business our support. I believe closer supervision and more attentive staff presence would help create a safer and more appropriate atmosphere for families. This was our experience and a reply/justification attempt will not change it.

I came to visit and was greeted by Jackie, a young blue eyed and beautiful woman, at the reception desk. She was informative and affable. Let me tell you about this center, the history of the stone barn dates to 1898 when the property was acquired by George Le Mesnager, a French emigrant and prominent Los Angeles vintner, from Dr. Benjamin Briggs, the founder of La Crescenta. Between 1914 and 1918, George's son Louis constructed the original stone barn and shed along with several other buildings that no longer exist. They were used for storing equipment and grapes until 1920, when Prohibition ended the winemaking industry and forced the Le Mesnagers into the water industry. As the turn of the century, this center is a place to learn about the wild animals in the Cresenta valley and LA County. It's a great place for kids and family. Overall, it's a nice center to bring kids or kids at heart.
