Our private event was for the Glendale facility. What a fantastic time and truly memorable event! We celebrated our daughter's 7th birthday in style with our guests saying that it was truly the best party they've ever attended. Many of the adults had as much as the kids. The regal package plus some time in the "secret basement" with VR and gaming was a major hit. The staff was very accommodating from start to finish. They allowed us to bring our own drinks and treats. We were able to use time before to set up and the staff of 7 was very helpful in all of it for the full 4 hours. DJ took our Playlist and was easy to find when we needed announcements. Parking was a little tricky but manageable. The venue is pretty spectacular. 3 floors plus a bonus basement floor (as an add on) made it more than memorable. It was a steep price but it is certainly worth it to do once for a child. Perfect for 30-40 children plus 80-100 adults, depending on the package you with. Unfortunately there is no negotiation on price. Everything is firm but at the end of the day, they are upfront and honest about the cost so just plan, save, and make it count. Highly recommend to try once. It's more than a celebration. What an amazing Space for kids to jump around, explore and be free with adult supervision of course. As you enter the Vibes here are pretty awesome, we were greeted right away and we had purchased our tickets via online and signed the waiver as well so when we came in check in was fast. If you want to save some time you can do the same if not you can purchase tickets there and sign waiver on the IPad they have for you. Once you are done they give you a wrist band and a sticker to note the time your session will be up. But they will remind you kindly when your time is up. They have a huge area of trampolines attached to a basketball hoop as well as a side trampoline that when you jump you fall into the soft cubes for a soft landing.. The Zip-line part is RAD! My kiddos did that about 20 times (appreciate the patience from the staff here) The other side of the space are huge slides, tunnels and fun obstacles that you may get lost but it's tons of fun. The bottom half of the area has this cool ball pit area and you can put the balls in a cool compartment that when you push a button they shoot up and it's super neat for the kids and keeps them busy. Overall this space is GREAT and it's pretty neat that you can host a party here or even a big group of friends if you want. They have great packets as well. Entrance is $30 per person & you have to bring sticky socks so you have good grip. They sell some here for $5 if you forget them but they do help to explore. There was tons of parking outside & bathrooms were clean. They have cool cubbies so you can put your shoes and stuff and they also have a section where you can purchase pizza and snacks and drinks as well. They have a seating area so you can hangout as well. Can't emphasize how clean this place was and appreciated that. Can't wait to come back here my niece and nephew. read more

Absolute hideous place! The staff threw a heavy ball on my neck on purpose. They said i can go in the laser tag place downstairs to get my phone cause i left it, tried to go downstairs and they said "leave" And they came with the manager. We had both our sons' birthdays here and it's a great experience for all whether it's family or guest they'll all have a blast. 3 floors of fun for any kid. The Glendale location is huge, we had almost 80 people and they all loved it. We catered our own food and brought our own drinks but you can always have them cater too. The environment was like a club in Vegas but with a jump park. There's a trampoline park, an ninja warrior pit and a climbing wall, there's an area for baby's and down stairs has a game room too that's extra. With the package we got a dJ and 4 hours of play. I have to say this place is great for family and friend for parties . Oh by the way they also have a bar too if you're looking for adult drinks. I would definitely have another party here. read more

Usually at places like this, you see cheap equipment, middle aged staff with attitude issues and cheap owners. The staff hovers over your guests and counts the minutes until you leave and you have to remind them constantly to do the bare minimum. Jump Club is the total opposite! Everything is exceptional, starting with the cleanness, the high end equipments, the pleasant staff and the owners who don't start charging you as soon as you ask for something extra. They provide utensils, ice chest and even ice. They don't charge for every little thing like other places. We reserved the spot, ordered catering from jump club catering (food was awesome BTW) We were all very excited to have our son's 5th birthday at jump club but we had to cancel the day before. The way jump club handled the situation was nothing less then a 5 star experience! They were extremely understanding, professional and helpful. We didn't get to experience jump club but they set it up for us to pick up the catering and enjoy. Truly an awesome experience and I cancelled the party!!!!! I can't wait to go back and actually have an event at jump club. The way they handled this situation makes me wonder how amazing they will handle my actual event! The owners/managers "the girl in the front" were extremely welcoming and responsive during the reservation process. It was so awesome here i would even do my birthdays here too and i'm over 40. If I can leave a ---star I would. I have been trying to book a venue at this location for the past month. Customer service is beyond ridiculous. They don't respond to you right away whether it's email or phone. They say give it 24hrs which is also a lie. Like I said a whole month has gone by and still not scheduled. Now I was told that it's booked all the way till December. So I tried to book their Laser. The attitude I got from Ester, who ever she is, is beyond rudeness. I would never treat customers like she did, whether she's the owner or just a coworker. After all the conversation today she hung up the phone on me and refused to book my sons event which is now 1 week away. Who does she think she is? Hope she will get same kind of treatment she offered me when it comes to her day. Would not recommend dealing with such people who think they are all that and also during pandemic working illegally. I hope they get their taste of what she put me through for the past 2 days. Stay away from this place. Unless you want this kind of treatment, which u might get a special treatment. My review has been kicked out six times now but this will not stop me for telling the truth and they can keep trying to remove my reviews but I will keep revising.
