This was my first and last time servicing your ranch. My experience was unprofessional and unsafe. Upon arrival for a children's event setup, valet informed me I could not drive my van up the hill and must surrender my keys to their staff. I explained my van is insured and registered to my driver only for liability reasons, so I cannot hand over keys. I was still refused entry. We were given one small cart and told to move our vehicle in 20 minutes or be locked in. With no assistance or guidance, my staff and I had to unload and carry floral arrangements up a steep hill on foot. It was physically exhausting -- I was out of breath, dizzy, and my heart was pounding. When I raised this concern, the manager on-site became hostile and dismissed it as "not a big deal." Instead of addressing the safety issue, she told me I was being disrespectful. The same lack of assistance happened when we left. Forcing vendors to surrender their vehicle or carry heavy loads up a steep hill under a time threat is unacceptable. So, we recently hosted our son's first birthday and christening at My Ranch in Sun Valley, and it was such a great choice. Linet, the owner and coordinator, was an absolute gem. She was easy to reach, quick to respond, and always pleasant and professional. She made the whole planning process feel pretty much stress-free. The venue itself is gorgeous, especially at sunset. Everything was clean and very well-organized. The kids had so much to do, the jumper, the petting zoo, the animals were clean and well cared for, and the staff was attentive and kind. Even the parking attendants were on top of it. Our guests are still telling us how much they enjoyed it, and some have even asked for Linet's info for their own events. I had an amazing experience at My Ranch as the event planner for this past weekend. The staff was very helpful with every aspect from helping me bring my car up their steep hill, to unloading my car for me, and asking me where to put things. As it got closer to the party time and setup was still in progress with vendors arriving late, the staff remained calm, collected, and helped me finish setup seamlessly. The staff was very attentive during the event as well as they helped with clean up, cake cutting and serving, made sure the tables look presentable, helped replenish our appetizer table. They got things done before I can ask them to help and that to me is professional attentiveness to details. I have been at My Ranch for two parties already and I can honestly tell you that it's the best new venue for birthday parties or for any small parties. Both Kids and adults parties. We celebrated my nephews first birthday party in early July and my cousins 40th late July. Both were very unique and fun. Linet and her team made sure that everything went smoothly and organized. The views are breathtaking from all around the property. The sunset here is magical. There are animals that the kids can pet, there's a swing set, a jumper with a slide and the tables/ chairs are included so no need for rentals. Staff is friendly and helpful. Linet and team were a pleasure to work with! They helped me execute my daughter's first birthday on the hottest day in May and they absolutely rocked it! Linet was very helpful and professional from our first call, to booking, to the day of the party. I asked a bunch of questions beforehand and she was always quick to respond and willing to help. When we pulled up on the day of the party, her team was already waiting for us to help unload the car. Her team knew exactly what to do and didnt hesitate for a moment. I was really pleasantly surprised - they had it covered. Her staff was genuinely very kind and ready to help. We recently did our sons 1st Birthday/Christening party here at My Ranch and I can not begin to explain how happy I am with how everything turned out. The owner Linet and her husband are SUCH amazing people. From our first tour, down to the planning process and then the day of the event went so incredibly easy I am amazed. Linet went above and beyond to make sure I had nothing to worry about the day of my son's party. She coordinated the whole event the day of, and made sure everything was perfect before we arrived. It was my daughter's first bday and even though she won't remember this day all of our friends and family will. I love that you get a playground, bounce house and petting zoo in one place. The petting zoo animals are so clean and soft and friendly. They have mini goats (my favorite). Bunny's and chicken galore. The bounce house was a hit and super clean. The workers there all are so friendly and helpful. They had a plan and made sure it all went smoothly. The girls were in xtra helpful. You can tell they were pros. The most amazing venue!!!! Let me start by saying how beautiful this place is. Its a kids play place but you can do so much with it. I booked my 40th birthday a week before the event. I still can't believe I pulled it off. Linet, the owner immediately helped me select my vendors. Let me tell you, her recommendations were off-the-wall. The food, the bar and balloon vendors were all amazing. She was in constant contact with me asking me all kinds of things that I did not think about. Most of my guests had never been there, and there was not one single person that didn't love the place. The view, the lighting, the animals and my favorite part which was the ride up the hill with th ATV. The tables, chairs, barrels, bar tables, cake stands, cake cutting service with dessert plates, forks Napkins, dessert cart, the animals, swings, jumper the staff and more were all included in my package. I didn't have to do anything extra. I had forgotten about my runners for the tables LInet came through, she was so quick to lend me hers. Definitely worth having any type of event here. This past Friday I went to a birthday at My Ranch. The service was exceptional, all the staff members from the valet to the animal handlers were so kind, welcoming and warm. You can totally tell everyone is happy to be there! The location is wonderful, the view is exceptional! The space is large enough to accommodate kids and adults! And they already have a play ground and bounce house for kids! The petty barn area was great! The animals were all very calm and I was able to even carry a baby goat. Such a calming experience!
