The team at Live Love Play is the best in LA. My daughter's third birthday was magical. They took my vision and amplified it to a level I didn't think was possible. I highly recommend you book the package where they decorate for you - it takes all the stress away and you just show up to your party and enjoy! The staff was incredible on the day of was incredible as well! They treated us and our guests like family and made sure everything went smoothly (not an easy task for a bunch of 3 year olds!). Such a beautiful venue! The new owner Jack has completely rebuilt the backyard. It is now an oasis! The service provided by Jack and his team is amazing. We were looking for a venue for my daughter's birthday party and we checked out many places around the Glendale area. We needed a place with a massive outdoor/indoor capability. Live Love play was perfect for us! The inside for the kids to play was extremely clean and safe. The outside was out of this world! A giant tv screen, lush green turf and beautiful covered patio. Water misters for the heat! How cool is that. The best part is Jacks service, he is super cool and very nice. I highly recommend Live Love Play read more

We hosted our son's 1st birthday party at Live Love Play Playground, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The space was perfect for little ones clean, safe, bright, and so much fun for the kids and adults alike. What truly made the day exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind, which made the entire party feel stress-free and well organized. A special shout-out to Arus, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. From setup to keeping things on schedule, Arus was amazing and genuinely cared about making our celebration special. Thaankk you read more

THIS IS NOT A SANITARY PLACE FOR CHILDREN. We came here for a birthday party and children and adults alike were inside the playground and the whole play area BAREFOOT. Even though there were signs for everyone to wear socks, there was no enforcement of this policy whatsoever, and I was truly disgusted. This is how diseases, particularly hand foot mouth disease, spread. So so disgusting. I will never return here again. read more

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. They truly brought my vision to life in the most beautiful way. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and the setup exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to Arus and Christina for making everything so seamless from beginning to end. Arus was constantly on the move, making sure the event ran smoothly and that every guest felt welcomed and comfortable. Christina was always available to answer my questions and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. All of the staff members were very nice and helpful throughout the event. I love how organized everything was and how smoothly the party went because of the staff. The older kids loved the playhouse. I also was happy that there was an area for younger kids to play in. I would def recommend throwing a party here ! read more

I just wanna give a big thanks to Jack and his crew. They went above and beyond for my boys birthday. A Magical Birthday Experience! We recently celebrated our child's birthday at Live Love Play and I honestly cannot recommend this place enough! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive--not just with us as parents, but with every single child. They truly made each little guest feel special. The space was clean, colorful, and thoughtfully designed for kids to have fun safely. There were so many activities to keep them entertained, from imaginative play areas to fun games and crafts. What really stood out was how stress-free they made the entire planning process. They took care of the setup, decorations, food, and even the cleanup--which meant we could actually relax and enjoy the day with our child. The themed decorations were beautiful and Instagram-worthy, and the birthday cake was both gorgeous and delicious. read more

We are hosting a birthday party here in a few months and I discovered that they had "Open Play" available so we popped in and the kids had a great time. This venue is a gem and we love it here. It's so open and clean, the setup is so great because you can see your littles from anywhere in the play area. Bathrooms are very clean too. Kristine was so helpful and we felt so welcome. We definitely will be taking the kids here again. It is a perfect place where parents can actually relax while the kids are burning off some energy. You put so much energy into planning a fun and memorable birthday for your child, prepping, organizing, and doing your best to ensure everything goes smoothly for both the kids and your guests. Unfortunately, our experience with Live Love Play was anything but smooth. Honestly, they should consider changing their name to better reflect the poor service they provide. I am genuinely surprised they are still in business, and I wish we had read more reviews beforehand. If you are considering this venue for your event, be sure to ask upfront about ALL their hidden fees. We were shocked to find out from a guest that they were charging people for socks so their kids could play. As the hosts, we were never informed about this. That was not the only issue. They also had a valet who asked if I would like to pay for guest parking. I agreed so our guests would not be charged, but later found out he charged them anyway. That level of dishonesty is unacceptable. To make matters worse, one of the staff members yelled at the kids for playing in the tiny ball pit. Yes, at a kids party in a kids facility, where we were paying for them to play. They also tack on an automatic 18 percent service fee, but with service like that, it is insulting. Oh, and if you are hosting a daytime party, be warned: their outdoor area has no shade. It was blazing hot and completely uncomfortable. This was one of the worst experiences we have had with a party venue. There is more, but I will leave it here for now. I hope this helps other parents avoid the same disappointment. read more

I had my daughters birthday this past Sunday and everything was amazing! I had the big bash package where they do EVERYTHING! It was so stress free to just show up and enjoy! Kids had a blast! EVERY CHILD needs to have a birthday party here! We had the most incredible time celebrating my son's 1st birthday, and things were seamless thanks to this venue! We went with their biggest party package, the "Big Bash", and it included almost everything you can think of, CUSTOM MADE, to go with our theme! Truly unbeatable. Live Love Play has a beautiful outdoor space for food and drinks and cake/pizza time, but the indoor play area has it all! At least 5 slides including an ENORMOUS spiral slide I thought was never going to end (of course I was up there with my baby), great obstacles for kids of all ages, and a play area for small babies too! The venue was very clean and perfectly set for our arrival, but best of all was the staff members. Four older women were surprisingly speedy and efficient helping us unload our desserts and drinks, as well as help us set up. They were scary fast at packing everything up for us too! And they were extremely kind with the children, treating my son as if he was their grandson. My husband and I were extremely grateful for them and were more than happy to add more to their gratuity! This place literally has it all, from multiple changing tables in the bathroom, to coffee and espresso at cake time, and outdoor heaters available if needed! If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would! Thank you all so much! read more

5 Stars - Unforgettable Kids' Party! We had the BEST time celebrating my grandsons' birthday at LiveLovePlay! The carnival-themed setup was stunning--every detail from the décor to the cake was perfect. The soft play area kept the kids happy and engaged, and the staff were so kind and helpful throughout the day. As a somewhat hands-on grandma, it can be hard for me to let go of control--but I felt completely at ease thanks to Christine's exceptional planning skills. The entire team made it easy for me to relax and truly enjoy every moment of the celebration. Everyone had a blast, and we'll never forget it. Live Love Play has one of the best play set ups among the various indoor play venues I have been to for birthday parties. The kids always have SO much fun here that they don't want to leave. I have done my share of indoor birthday parties thanks to southern CA's sweltering heat, and Live Love Play's team absolutely stands out in terms of the help they provide during set up and clean up, not to mention throughout your whole party. They are so supportive, enthusiastic, and efficient. Besides that, I am happy to hear that they also have free play sessions during the week, and I will be checking that out as well. Highly recommend! read more

I celebrated my baby boy's first birthday and his tooth celebration party at this venue yesterday and it was absolutely lovely! The place was very well organized, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything from start to finish. The venue itself is beautiful, indoors there was a fun and safe play area for the kids, and outdoors there was a separate seating area for parents to relax and enjoy. We felt completely supported the entire time, with staff supervision and assistance throughout the event. All the parents enjoyed the outdoor space, and it truly created a joyful and relaxed atmosphere for everyone. I highly recommend this place for any celebration related to your child. I've been here several times for birthday parties, and my kids always have a great time. They love it! However, one concern I've consistently noticed is the lack of attention to the kids safety gate. During an event this past weekend, I saw multiple workers/helpers leave the safety gate open, and there was no one stationed at the front to monitor kids coming or going. While I understand it's ultimately the parents responsibility, it would show a great deal of care and professionalism to either keep the gate securely closed or have a staff member at the front to ensure no child wanders out. A little extra attention to this safety detail would go a long way in making the experience even better. read more

Live love play is one of my favorite indoor playgrounds. This is my second time hosting my kids birthdays at this playground, and both times we had an exceptional experience. One of my favorite things about this playground vs others is the fact that they also have the huge back yard ! We hosted my daughter's fifth birthday party here and everything was perfect! Christine was super easy to work with and so accommodating of all my ideas, and having an hour to set up at a venue is so helpful for a kids party, so many places give you like 20 or 30 minutes. Plus, the women who worked there were so helpful setting everything up! I got lots of comments about what a lovely space it was and how the parents had just as much fun as the kids hanging out! read more

Absolutely awful experience. This place advertises itself as a fun zone for kids, but in reality, it feels more like a high-security detention center run by an overzealous supervisor named Christine. From the moment we walked in, she hovered around my son like a hawk, scolding him for simply being a child -- "Don't touch that," "Don't throw the ball," "Don't play with that." Apparently, joy is strictly prohibited here. To make matters worse, it's shockingly expensive. You pay a premium price expecting your child to have fun, only to be met with tension, judgment, and constant surveillance. Christine's attitude was unfriendly at best and openly hostile at worst. Her presence alone was enough to suck all the life out of the room. If you're looking for a place where your kid can laugh, run, and actually play, avoid this place like the plague. The service is appalling, the atmosphere is cold, and Christine clearly missed the memo on what a children's play space is supposed to be. Save your money -- and your kid's spirit. read more

I have done several birthdays here and have attended many birthdays. It is such a clean and safe place for kids. The play area is very big and you have a visual of the kids the whole time. They have a outdoors area as well that can fit a lot of people and vendors. You can have so many vendors come and there would still be room for your guests. The people that work there go above and beyond. Arous and Aida always help me everytime. They are there early in the morning before my parties and always accept my deliveries. Arous and aida help me set up for my events. Without them I would not be able to do it all. They decorate the sweets table, help set up the kids table, set the food outside, and manage the whole event. If you are looking a place to have your kids event look no further. read more

I walked in and walked out of my daughter's beautiful birthday without a sweat and that in and of itself is worth every single penny. Talk about amazing customer service! This is the best place to hold your child's event. From beginning to end the entire planning process was seemless. At first, I started planning everything myself but once I spoke with Christine, she took over the entire planning process and it was such a relief. Everything was absolutely beautiful, they truly out did themselves. Talk about paying attention to detail from the kids table, to the backdrop, to the cake. Highly recommend their full party planning package. Also, wanted to say a huge thank you to the four ladies helping coordinate and organize the day of event. Arus, Aida, Anush, Silva did a wonderful job catering to the guests needs and helping me organize all the activities that were set for the day. They were kind, helpful and knew exactly what was needed at all times. Everything flowed so well with the help of their coordination. Truly could not be happier with the customer service. Where do I even begin? For my son's first birthday, I kind of wanted the best of both worlds. I wanted all my guests kids to have a place to play and all of the adults to have a designated area where they can socialize and enjoy adult time. The staff was on top of it all from the decor to the cake to the service. They made my baby boys first birthday so special!!
