The location was clean, this includes the plane space and the seating area for adults. Another positive is that it didn't smell like feet. The food was above average, many options, but I didn't try a lot of items. The two employees, a teen boy and girl were very helpful with assisting the children, although they seemed young to be unsupervised. An area of concern for me was the food service/safety. I had ordered a hot beverage and it was brought to me without a lid and placed on the table. At that moment, my child reached over to grab food and spilled the entire hot drink on himself. Thank God, it was not serious and I was next to him able to assist him without needing medical attention by a professional. Being that it is a kids place, I wish they would implement lids for all hot drinks to avoid something like this in the future. I think this is also something that a supervisor could have noticed before the food got to the table and prevented. read more

After booking my son birthday party it was awesome adults/kids had a blast. My son first experience for a party never liked it but we gave this place chance after we went for general pass very nice staff, sensory friendly, very attentive staff, help out when my son overstimulated lower the music, cut cake when he wanted it and set up absolutely magnificent. This place is amazing! They plan EVERYTHING for you. We just did our daughter's 5th birthday there, I gave her the theme and they executed everything from A-Z. All we did was show up. Perfect indoor playground for the kids. I brought my 7 year old son and his friend and they had a blast. To begin this place is immaculately clean, upon entry all kids receive a clean brand new pair of non slip socks and adults have a choice either socks or shoe covers. There is plenty of open seating for adults to hang out and watch the little ones play. Plenty of arcade and virtual reality games (extra cost). Overall I would definitely come back to let the littles ones have fun and exert some energy. read more
