This is strictly from my experience as a walk in customer, not there for events. I needed my 1 year old son to burn energy on a rainy day so I found little beetle, which was the closest indoor playground to my house. Admission was very reasonable. My son was interested because it was a new environment for him and new toys to play with, however, many of the toys were so beat up, didn't have batteries, half broken. It just seemed not taken care of. Like nobody ever goes through and maintains the toys and play things. My son still had a good time, but I think if he was a little bit older and knew the difference, then it would be a bust for him. I really do wish they would maintain it better. Parking lot is in the shopping center, but it does get busy and it can be difficult to find a spot. I parked on the street. There are snacks and drinks you can buy inside, and the place is available for renting out for parties and events. I'll go back there if I run out of things to do and need to keep my son busy, but probably only for a few more months. read more

Perfect place for our daughter's birthday party! The owner is so sweet. I told her the theme and she put everything together, with zero effort from me. All I had to bring was the food. Fantastic venue for our daughter's 4 year old birthday party. The owner was very helpful and communicative with us leading up to the party. They were very clear about what the party package included and even offered add-ons like balloon arch and poster set ups for my daughter's wish to have a Frozen theme birthday party. The play place was perfect for the kids and visible for the adults. The play area is perfect for kids between ages of 2-6 and even my 7 year old son had a blast playing in the area in addition to the arcade machine in the play area. They accommodated us with a space for our own hired face painter and even helped set up outside food we brought (in addition to the food they provide with the birthday package). When the party was over, they helped clean up very nicely and professionally and did not make a fuss about trying to get us to leave quickly even though they had another party to set up shortly after. I very much appreciated the kindness and professionalism they displayed. All of our friends were so happy to see how well the party went and a few said they will be coming back to host their kids' parties here. Can't recommend it enough! read more

This place is dirty. Non of the games work. Dirty fingerprints on panels and games. They do not require socks for playing patrons. It's a free for all. Absolutely irresponsible. Nothing works here. I Highly recommend Little beetles for play dates and parties. This place is the cleanest and most organized playhouse in tujunga/ La crescenta area. I am taking my kids to little beetles atleast 2 days a week and alway been impressed by how clean an neat this place is. I have done my daughters birthday twice at little beetles and Amalia (owner) made the most beautiful decorations and balloons.(pics posted on the bottom) She has very reasonable party packages and provides the most. For both parties all I had to do was to bring cake and food and hang out with my guest while Amalia took care of the rest. Little Beetles is the best playground in the area! There's so much for the kids to play and enjoy.They have a big play area which is very well maintained. They also have snacks and soft drinks for purchase. We had our son's birthday party at Little Beetles and everyone enjoyed the party. Again, the place is very well kept and clean. My daughter has been going to Little Beetle for a couple of years now with her grandparents and she loves this place. It has all the attractions a kids play place should have and more.. its a very clean and sanitized environment. The parking is amazing and spaceous we never have a parking problem and the owner is the sweetest and very friendly with kids you can tell she loves kids. A good option for younger kids and I was excited and impressed when I first came because it was a brief visit and I didn't notice things right away. Second visit we were there longer and I noticed a lot of the electronic toys didn't work or were broken. Not a huge deal. But then I noticed a lot of the toys were missing play pieces. I understand that they're prone to being moved around and misplaced, but they were nowhere to be found and these play benches are pointless without the toys. The Home Depot workbench had nothing with it both visits, and the play grill had nothing too. No balls for the ball thrower push toy, no cars or trains for the track... How does a kid play with a toy track without cars or trains? Also the area for older kids with the climbing structure and ball pit had a lot of sharp edged zipties where it holds the padding in place. I sliced myself on one and wondered how many kids have done the same. This place has a lot of potential and I will still return, I just wish it was a little more complete. read more

One of the largest and cleanest kids birthday party places on foothill blvd. Ani the coordinator made sure the kids were having non stop fun. She decorated the table had musical chairs, bubbles, jumpers, tattoo artists, gourmet pizza and cake cutting service. Complimentary cookies and coffee was a big hit among parents. What a cool place!! Honestly, I was a bit prejudice about coming here. Though I live near by, or actually is it cause I live near by, lol, that I thought to myself that it probably wont be that great of a place... but I was really taken away from how cool of a place this was. The staff is super friendly and actually will take a few minutes to interact with your kids, which I never see with ANY other indoor playground, and on top of that they are careful and compassionate with kids. My one year old was having a blast getting the cushion building blocks and stacking them up and then running into them, LOL. My four year old had a blast in the jumper and with the dolls and the mini ball pit. They were having such a good time! My biggest reservation with this spot is the pricing - every time I want to take my little ones I need to pay a total of $22!! I dont know how to wrap my brain around this to as to why such high pricing... I'm wondering if their rent is insanely high (which I've heard through the grapevine it is), or is it up keep?? I dont know... but its kind of a steep price to pay. BUT the kids have an amazing time!!! They have stuff for kids all ages (up to 10..?)! Location is nice, easy to find and park. My son liked on the toys LB had to offer. I would have given them 4 stars, however the floor in the play area was very messy. None of the employees ever cleaned up in the 2 hours we were there. We've been to a few indoor playgrounds and there always seems to be a staff member cleaning up to avoid kids tripping or stepping on something. We probably will return on a rainy day. read more

Visited Little Beetle for the first time last week and was very impressed. Not only are the staff very friendly but the facility also provides a spacious place for my child to play. I had been to play areas before but none which compare to Little Beetle. There is a tremendous amount of activities available which will keep your child busy/happy for several hours. Very unprofessional staff or owner, u cant tell, brought my 2 kids and my niece with a cake and baloons to just blow the candles for my 2 year old no biggy, no party, they said u cant bring cake or baloons, if u want to do it u have to book the entire place $$$ if the kids wouldnt complain i wouldnt stay a minute, i have hige trampoline with 2 swings and slide and all other intertainment for kids just wanted to have something different, waste of money, very rude staff. read more

I really love having his place within walking distance from my house. My 4 year old literally watched this place being built and Little Beetle is a favorite topic of conversation for her. It's a decent size place that hosts a HUGE jump house with a built in slide and obstacle type course. There's a cute mini ball pit for little ones, an inflatable basketball hoop (the powered air type), play kitchen, dress up, train table, child's trampoline and exercise bike, a couple cars / ride ons, smaller lap toys etc. The main attraction of course is the bounce house. This is a more physical type of indoor playground, so even if it's cooler outside you definitely need to prepare for your kids to work up a sweat. I love the fact that they have a changing table in the bathroom as Im usually with my nine month old. The price is pretty fair and you can save money if you buy the monthly package. The reason I have not bought one though is because my daughter loves indoor wonderland playground just as much as they (in our opinion) are two different types of play places. It would be nice if both businesses came up with some kind of monthly deal where you could go to either one. Not both in same day, but the choice between the two for a month. Little Beetle is definitely one of the largest and cleanest kids indoor playground I have been to. I have attended many for birthday parties and for my toddler's play time. The staff is extremely professional, kid's friendly and attentive. I am able to go work on my laptop while my toddler plays and is definitely in great hands. The floor is constantly neat and never stays with full of toys more than 10 minutes. They have great packages for birthdays and even have activities planned for most days of the week. The new owners have definitely exceeded customers' expectations and the place keeps getting better. I take my toddler there quite often since she feels very comfortable to play there.
