I take my kids to the playground when there's a convenience, it is a very nice place for kids to play, everything is clean, lots of toys and jumpers to play with. The staff is very kid-friendly and they help me out a lot when i take my 2 babies there. I rented the place for my daughter's 1st birthday party last month. Kids had a blast, and moms enjoyed the party too. The staff was very very helpful and organized. They helped me to put my decoration a night before, also putting everything together in the morning before my guests arrived. Overall i was very happy with the party. The only cons , which is a major thing for me, is that i kind of felt fooled around. Initially, i talked to the management, that the staff will help me to put decorations together for additional $20, i just needed to drop off the paper flowers at the place a night before. It was 0755 PM, i called the place, girls answered that they were still open and that i could drop of my stuff. I got there at 0800 PM (it's literally 5 minutes away from my house). They were still clining the place from previous party and I asked the staff very nicely if it was possible for me to stay there and stick my flowers to the wall ( i had about 15 to 17 flowers and it would take me no more than 20 minutes to put them on the wall) and i am willing to pay that $20 extra and will tip them really good too. One of the girls called the management, and she left the room to speak to them. Came back in and said that's ok and i didn't have to worry about $20. So we put everything together in 20 minutes, i left the place. While I'm driving home i received a massage from the management, that they're gonna charge me extra $50 for keeping the staff working after hours. I felt so terrible, and it wasn't about the money it was about people being so dishonest and disrespectful with me. I also didn't know that when you rent the place for a party there's an aditional fee if you are doing "Atamhatk", and the explanation to that was that "hatik" grains and candies will be spread around and it'll be extra cleaning to do for the staff, which didn't make sense to me, cuz at the candy bar there's a lot if M&Ms and jelly beans and other tiny candies that kids take and may throw on the floor. Anyways... I still appreciate the staff for their hard work and effort to make my lill' one's party full of fun, and the management for additionally, without charging any fee, turning on their bubble machine which was an amazing adition to the party fun for kids. read more

I drove for about 40 minutes to get here and just for them to tell me they have a private event on a Friday, They should be more careful when doing private events and notify the public on yelp or other websites not just instagram or Facebook because not all of us have social media. I wasn't following the page so i didnt know they were going to be closed. It's not fair for me to be calling every single day to ask if they are open. read more

We had my 3 year old son's batman party here in March. They took such good care of us and went above and beyond, even adding extra batman touches here and there. They made it their mission to make my son's party special for him. Nare was amazing. Great communication. Very kind. Very patient. And the place is super clean. The kids had a ball. Little Beetle is awesome! We called ahead to make sure there wasnt a private party, and we were in luck as one had just ended. Our 3.5 and 2.5 year old daughters had a BLAST for what must have been 2 or 3 hours straight. All the while I nursed my newborn on the comfortable sofas they provide for the parents. The toys, floors, bounce houses and bathrooms were very clean and the place was organized for entry. They serve complimentary coffee and cookies too. :) read more

I don't recommend this place to anyone , I was there with my daughter and the lady who was in charge of this place at the afternoon shift (feb 17-2018) was very rude , she was taking away the toys from my daughter while she was playing with , saying that she has to clean up, when I made complain she didn't even apologize or gave me a convincing excuse . I can now understand why in the Saturday afternoon that didn't have even 4 children playing while this place is supposed to be very busy at that time . Little Beetle is definitely one of the largest and cleanest kids indoor playground I have been to. I have attended many for birthday parties and for my toddler's play time. The staff is extremely professional, kid's friendly and attentive. I am able to go work on my laptop while my toddler plays and is definitely in great hands. The floor is constantly neat and never stays with full of toys more than 10 minutes. They have great packages for birthdays and even have activities planned for most days of the week. The new owners have definitely exceeded customers' expectations and the place keeps getting better. I take my toddler there quite often since she feels very comfortable to play there. I have been to many playgrounds but this place was special. I took my grandchildren there. I noticed that they have toys and games for many ages. The place was very clean and the toys were all new. The entry price was very reasonable. It was only $12 for one child and $10 for my other grandchild. We stayed there for four hours and were amazed how the staff was so attentive to the children. We had complimentary coffee and pastries and the atmosphere was very positive. Then I found out that they have a monthly membership. I bought monthly membership so we can come here more often. Wish that more businesses like this open in Tujunga soon with great customer service. read more

Recently attended a birthday party here. Not impressed at all. Graffiti right outside play place with big f word plainly in sight. The seemingly untrained staff did not seem to be helping the host family at all. Music was either playing extremely loudly or for long periods of time, not at all. The staff did play musical chairs with the children and then handed them all lollipops, so they could run around and play in the bounce house and play area with lollipops sticking out of their mouth's. After it was mentioned to staff member by a parent they finally made an announcement to have the children leave the play area with the lollipops. The child's party we were attending was for a child turning three and they played some non age appropriate music when the music system was actually working. Facility is clean and new but if they run all their parties this poorly it will be a big sticky mess in no time. If you have three staff members there someone should be cleaning up, and 2 people should be monitoring the children. The music should be set at a reasonable level with children's music on, not top 40 or hip hop with questionable lyrics. It's really not that difficult. Obviously it just needs better management. read more

Let me just say that the cleanliness of any facility is very important to me especially when it's for kids. I've been to several places with my niece and the cleanliness of this place doesn't even come close to others. There are a variety of activities for children of all ages to participate in. The price is fair and runs about the same when compared to similar places in the area.....$12 for the fist child and $10 for the second which includes unrestricted daily play... Adults are offered complementary coffee and pastry. They have one of the best monthly membership of $60 for the first child and $30 for the second of unlimited daily play... The best was that they were open till 8 pm and you can book a private party. If you decide to book a party, make sure to book with irene. She is absolutely fantastic and will make sure that not only your party looks amazing with how detail oriented she is, but will ensure that you and your little one have a memorable celebration, one that you will never forget...she will accommodate, cater, and extend herself to fit your needs.
